Only one roll of TP provided, seemed already used too. Kitchen was pretty beat up. Also advertised parking in the driveway, but a car was at the very end of the drive way our entire trip. Not a big deal, but if you advertise parking in the driveway then make it not possible it’s annoying. Bed was comfortable, couch felt like a literal rock. The entrance is also quite low, my wife hit her head and she’s about 5’ 10” and it was not a comfortable walk down for me either. Close to stuff mostly, short drive. Just not well maintained, kinda grimy. "

The space

A recently updated spacious apartment located in an older 3 family home which consists of One bedroom, 1 bath and a fully stocked kitchen. Room 1 has a Queen Size bed. In addition, there is a Sofa bed that is available for bigger groups as well as many amenities and comforts. With this being a 3-family home there are other guest in the building. There can be times where it can be a bit noisy, as expected in a building being shared with others, but nothing outside of quiet hours.

Guest have access to everything in the apartment. as well as the backyard if coordinated use ahead of time.

Interaction with guests

I give my guests space, should you need anything during your stay just send me a message or give me a phone call and I will make myself available to assist you. I may be able to possibly accommodate special request as long as it's coordinated ahead of time.

Other things to note

Please observe quiet hours after dark/ late into the night and absolutely no parties are allowed. The property is located towards the top of a small hill and there is only a sidewalk on the opposite side of the property . The apartment is located on the second floor, about 23 flights of stairs total to the apartment. This is a diverse family-oriented neighborhood located with proximity to the downtown area, as such there will be some general background noise typical in most cities. During the summers there are many outdoor family gatherings and BBQ's making this a very vibrant neighborhood but outside of the summer it's very quiet. The area where the house is located is considered safe, but this is a city, and anything can happen anywhere at any time so I always like to tell people to have a general common sense in travels in the whole city

*Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress we stock on all of our beds! How could we make it any more accommodating? By putting blackout curtains in both rooms so that sensitive sleepers (like myself) don't have to carry eye-masks everywhere.

*In-unit laundry is tucked away so that you can avoid costly trips to the laundromat. Or worse, put dirty clothes in your bag that'll smell on the plane ride home.

*Even the living room sectional folds down to comfortably sleep a tired guest coming back from an adventure filled day. Oh, and did we mention that the TV pulls out and rotates so that you can sit back and watch your shows on our 55" ROKU equipped smart TV? It’s also on “Guest Mode” so once you sign in, it’ll sign you out of your accounts upon checkout!

*Like we said above, restaurants are fun, and Lynn/ the neighboring towns have a lot to offer. But in the event you want to chef up a nice home cooked meal, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need. French press if you're fancy, standard coffee maker if you're not, mixing bowls, cutting boards, the works. We even have a special Ramen bowl with chopstick inserts!
