- "MJM Stay is now at the top of my list when searching for a place to stay. We stayed in a cute apartment in Malden just outside of Boston. It was perfect location for an easy commute to the city or to explore the greater area. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner/property manager is very thorough and takes great care in her properties. The amenities such as the pool, workout room, game room, and outdoor area were a great added bonus within the city. You could stay right in the complex and find things to do. Great setup! It was an easy drive into Boston, and if you choose, Uber is an affordable option as well. Train station is near by, but we did not utilize that for transportation this time. Read your welcome email. It literally contains everything you need to know for your stay and ensures the property is well cared for and you have an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property."

- "The apartment was very clean. It had the basic amenities we needed. It is a modest apartment, but only about 20 minutes from downtown Boston and a good price. My only concern is that the stairs up to this second floor apartment were very steep. The stairs up to the bedrooms on the third floor were even steeper. We were a group of senior citizens with some physical difficulties. I think that the advertisement for this site should indicate that it is not amenable to those with disabling conditions. We had some difficulties on the stairs. I would also recommend that the owner consider adding just a few more railings or hand-holds on the stairways. That would have helped considerably."

- "Checking is was no issue. Driveway was tight. Happened to stay when temperature was above 100 degrees for 2 days. Was told that to not turn on all of the a/c units as it would pop a breaker. In retrospect, I should have asked which units to NOT turn on as we did pop a breaker and has no A/c. Took a while bit they did send a representative to reset and then had no issues. Bathtub in 2nd floor bathroom doe not drain while taking a shower. Other than these issues, the property itself was awesome."

- "This is a great house with lots of space!" - "We had a very large group visiting from out of town and the bi level set up was ideal! Everyone was really pleased with the rental. The space felt newly renovated, spacious, beautiful flooring, responsive property manager, and every kind of kitchen gadget you could ever need. I like to give a fully honest review. We had to deal with a little bit of uncleanliness with some of the fridge drawers and shelves being dirty and the bathroom floor having hair and dust. Also, a couple of the kitchen drawers didn’t work properly and when pulled to open they nearly fell out. But these were such minor issues that didn’t take away from a great stay so I still rate this place 5 stars. "

- "Our family spent an extended stay at Rachel’s place in Malden while visiting family in Boston. Rachel was responsive, accommodating, and generally lovely. The home was clean, came with everything we needed for a great stay, and accurately depicted in the photos. The location is great if you are looking to make your way into downtown Boston as the Orange line is a short jaunt from the home. Also, Malden center has several awesome restaurants, cafes, and shops! Would 100% start here again!"

-Our home features a lounge couch which is not only for sleeping an extra guest, but is also perfect to snuggle up in one of the many extra blanket for a cozy movie night on the large 50” smart TV with a bowl of popcorn.

-The space was designed with children in mind, providing toys (Duplo Legos, lacing boards, puzzles, board games and books) for all ages, a highchair, step stool, and a pack-n-play with a 2" Memory foam mattress and all organic cotton crib sheet and blanket, making sure they have the best environment to thrive, by reducing harmful household toxins and having a beautiful yet secure place to stay….so as a parent you can truly kick back and relax.

-Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure that every surface, linens and towels are washed with natural environmentally friendly cleaners and disinfected with hot steam. BONUS – Bleach/Toxic/Fragrance-free.

What some of our guests don’t like about our listing:
-There is no included yard in the provided guest space, the owner reserves this for their own use. However this house features a nice covered porch area with seating for enjoying time in the fresh air. There are also many attractions very close to get out and stretch restless limbs- including a zoo, peaceful hiking trails which you can see the Boston skyline from, parks, and indoor obstacle courses and escape rooms, all easily found with the help of our guest guide book.
-Our home is a multi-family property which means there is a potential for noise and sounds of footsteps from the apartment above where the owner lives. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and the only space shared between them is the basement laundry area.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. All our rooms feature queen beds and the bonus room is equipped with a brand new queen sofa bed with an included memory foam topper.
All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens.
Enjoy complimentary wireless internet with Netflix, tea, coffee, and oatmeal during you stay.
The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.
