- "This place was amazing! Being able to just walk out and have places to eat was a dream. Cherie was always easy to reach and was accommodating with any requests I had. She also gave me some great food recommendations for places nearby, such as Umi Sushi (my personal favorite). The place had great decor and it was so easy to get to Boston and Harvard square. Wish we were able to stay longer. 10/10, would stay again. Thanks again Cherie!" - "This property is beautiful and couldn’t have asked for a better host. The entrance was a bit confusing but glad Cherie was actually there to assist since she stays on the lower level. With that being said she 100% gave us our privacy yet made herself available if needed. The home was so cute , had everything you needed and more, cute fresh flowers and complimentary drinks and snacks. If I come back to Boston I will definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Took my daughter trick or treating around the neighborhood and loved that we had near by options for food and necessities. Thank you so much Cherie for being Amazon! "

Guest Reviews:

- "Family trip for outings. This home was a great place to stsy" - "We were very happy with the cleanliness and space of the house. The location was excellent. The host responded very quickly whenever we had a question." - "The property was clean and had clear instructions. There was plenty of room for our sports team of 8 to sleep comfortably, and (bonus) there were 2 showers! The host was very responsive. Overall a great stay!" - "We stayed for three nights in Arlington and really enjoyed our time. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed, with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. The AC was great and very helpful during some of the hottest days we’ve had this summer. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and are very clean and well organized. Our hosts thought of many extra touches that we all appreciated— some games and toys for kids, plenty of paper towels ant kitchen supplies, an iron and ironing board, cordless blinds and blackout curtains. There was also a portable crib and high chair in the closet. (We didn’t need them, but someone with small kids would!) One thing to mention— The staircase going up to the second floor is extremely steep, almost like a loft ladder. Our kids stayed upstairs and were fine, but if they were younger, we would have been hesitant to have them climbing up and down that staircase. We love the area and would love to stay again. Thanks!!"

Guest Reviews:

- "We totally enjoyed this up-to-date, very clean studio. The neighborhood is just around the corner. Parking is especially convenient. The owner was easy to reach and communication was excellent." - "We really loved this place. Stayed for a week and enjoyed having an actual home away from home. We brought our daughter along who is under 2 and she loved the appartment as well since she had a lot of space to move around. I can therefore totally recommend this appartment for a small family as well. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We were there during Halloween and went Trick or Treating in the neighborhood and had some nice conversations. Thanks for a wonderful week in Arlington, Gina and Oscar!"

Guest Reviews:

- "This adorable and sunny apartment was perfect for my daughters' and I on a visit to Boston. There was more than enough space for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the AC units worked well. The little back porch is cute with a lovely view. We walked into the village and also drove to Alewife station, which made getting into Boston easy. We were comfortable and happy during our stay there! This unit might not be a great pick for people who are very tall OR who have mobility issues with stairs. It is on the 3rd floor, as stated in the listing, so it's up 2 flights of steep stairs. The ceilings are low in some places (hallway, shower). We are not tall and have no issues with stairs, so this wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for some of you. Overall we were very happy here. This place is very comfortable, relaxing, welcoming, tastefully decorated and comes with all necessary appliances including a new washer and dryer which both worked very well. There are two TVs, many places to charge devices, lots of small details that make it a great find, and plenty of storage. Highly recommended."

Home away from home for work or graduate school.

Guest Reviews:

- "We had the most pleasant stay in Arlington. Martha and her family are the most kind and friendly hosts we have ever experienced. The house was very spacious, newly renovated and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our family of four. The girls loved playing on the dead end street, located in a very kid-friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed the summer evenings in the backyard and had good AC indoors. The funitures and beds were very comfortable. If we ever come to Boston again, this is the place to be."

We have added thick sound insulation in all walls and ceiling to reduce that as much as possible, as a result, 95% of guests are not bothered by the sound. However, you will still hear steps. This is not a bunker.

Change of dates Policy: Once the full refund cancellation window has closed, guests may add dates to their reservation but cannot shorten their stay or change the check-in date. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure a full refund if travel plans change after the cancellation policy has taken effect.

Guest Reviews:

- "My gf and I stayed here while we were in Boston for a wedding. Apartment was very nice and clean and hosts were very friendly. We would 100% stay here again " - "We loved this studio apartment! Highly recommend it. Everything was extremely clean, it had everything we needed and it was a great location. It was easy to access public transportation and we felt very safe walking around. We’ll definitely stay here again!" - "Amazing location with easy access to public transport! The area is very nice with friendly neighbors! The unit is comfy cozy for 1 person extended stay, or multiple if its a quick stay since it is a smaller unit. I stayed the whole summer while taking a class for my masters program. The hosts are amazing and easy to work with and answer back right away or within a reasonable amount of time! Only negative which is no ones fault and can be solved with earplugs, is its on the bottom floor and you will hear every footstep taken above you. I believe the hosts do a good job with making sure all people staying understand that it is a multi family house to remain respectful and not have parties etc."

Guest Reviews:

- "This apartment was perfect for our recent trip to the Boston area. It was far enough out of Boston proper that we could relax and unwind at the end of our day, but still a short Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go each day. Very nice furnishings and very clean! Oscar was easy to communicate with and check-in and check-out were a breeze. " - "We were visiting family in Boston area and this location was perfect. The unit was very clean and bright and the furnishings were perfect. "

Guest Reviews:

- "My husband and I were in the area for some medical appointments and were so pleased to be able to stay in this lovely, well appointed, comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The space is beautiful and light-filled, the beds very comfortable and the house is just a block away from the Arlington bike path, an excellent, nature trail reaching from Cambridge to Concord. Gina and Oscar were very kind and responsive. We would love to return someday."
