Sound Insulation:
This is a multifamily home. You will hear steps from the floor above because New England house structures are old and sound and vibrations travel easily. We have added thick sound insulation in ceilings to reduce that as much as possible, as a result, 95% of guests are not bothered by the sound. However, you will still hear steps. This is not a bunker.

Change of dates Policy: Once the full refund cancellation window has closed, guests may add dates to their reservation but cannot shorten their stay or change the check-in date. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure a full refund if travel plans change after the cancellation policy has taken effect.

This is a really nice, really clean, 1,300 SF suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa. The bus stop to Boston and Harvard Square is across the street, rapid transit takes you to all points in the city. Easy and close major highway access and free parking.

Spread out in our 1,300 square foot place. Compare this size to others, you will not be cramped in our place! Two full private bedrooms, one has a king bed, the other a queen. There's a large living room with a sleeper sofa and we supply a roll away hotel style cot. Everything is washed prior to your arrival, all the beds are stripped of sheets and comforters and washed. We supply two full sets of white, crisp, clean bath towels for each bathroom. There's two full bathrooms, each with a shower. A fully applianced kitchen with place settings for six, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We supply a coffee maker and electric tea pot, along with coffee and tea. We also supply soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion in each bath.

There's central Air Conditioning for those hot summer nights and of course central heat. The lighting is plentiful, with dimmable LED ceiling lighting throughout the entire place, and when dimmed creating a very warm environment.

There's private entry access from the sidewalk. The suite is on the second floor (not in a basement like some others) with nice views of the street below, lots of sun and many windows. There's even a small deck off the living room.

There is free off street parking for a car, if you need space for more then 1 car, please let me know. The parking space is very close to the door, so bringing luggage in is very easy.

- "This adorable and sunny apartment was perfect for my daughters' and I on a visit to Boston. There was more than enough space for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the AC units worked well. The little back porch is cute with a lovely view. We walked into the village and also drove to Alewife station, which made getting into Boston easy. We were comfortable and happy during our stay there! This unit might not be a great pick for people who are very tall OR who have mobility issues with stairs. It is on the 3rd floor, as stated in the listing, so it's up 2 flights of steep stairs. The ceilings are low in some places (hallway, shower). We are not tall and have no issues with stairs, so this wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for some of you. Overall we were very happy here. This place is very comfortable, relaxing, welcoming, tastefully decorated and comes with all necessary appliances including a new washer and dryer which both worked very well. There are two TVs, many places to charge devices, lots of small details that make it a great find, and plenty of storage. Highly recommended."

The space features a new central heat/air conditioning/air filtration system, a comfortable living/dining space with a high-quality queen pull-out sofa, Jens Risom upholstered rocker & solid wood dining table with seating for 4+. The Samsung 43", 4K TV is equipped with basic cable and streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. - access your own accounts) to enjoy after a day out.

The kitchen has butcher block counters, a new Bosch dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and all the bar tools a mixologist may need.

Bedrooms have quality hybrid mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows & bedding. The bathroom has a deep jacuzzi bathtub, rain shower head & toiletries so you can pack light. You will also have private use of the new washer/dryer in our remodeled basement utility space.

So, you can get into the city quickly, but the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood to get away from the hustle of the city when you are ready to relax. At the end of the street, a very short walk, there is a bus stop to Alewife with other bus lines two blocks to Arlington Center. Room in garage for bike storage. Or perhaps your canoe or kayak to experience Spy Pond, which is 100’ from the garage.

Each bedroom comes equipped with a standard queen-sized bed, fluffy pillows and clean linen, desk and storage space, good lighting and a complete shared bathroom. Guests are given complete access to the kitchen to cook meals, dine and socialize; the living room to lounge; the laundry space for washing and drying, and other common areas within the apartment, which are also completely accessible to guests.

1 of the bedrooms has an ensuite twin room. Bedrooms are with queen beds encased in soft linens, ample closet space, good lighting and a work-centric desk area suited for remote work and studies.

The apartment and all bedroom doors come with a specialized keyless access lock (you will be given your own code). Utilities are all included and cleaning of all common spaces are done each week.

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.
