One of the "3W" towns, Weston is Boston Metro area's most prestigious neighborhood which is centrally located with only <30 min to downtown Boston, with easy access to major highways, commuter rail stations and many local universities, etc.

Next to a beautiful woodsy park, this is a spacious (~2000 sqft) secondary unit (like one of Duplex townhouse units in a structure, half of a big house) which has its own private entry/exit.

Outdoor pool in the yard is open from June to September [no lifeguard!].

There are backyard chickens so if you'd like, host can provide some farm fresh eggs. -:)

Garage is not accessible, so please park on the parking spaces for the vacation unit which is perpendicular to the garage. Or you can park on the street opposite to the mailbox. Please do not park immediately in front of the garage doors or block the circular drive way.

Normally I wouldn't book a place with no reviews, but thankfully this one worked out great. Check in codes worked great until our last night when they were prematurely changed. We were able to reach the Plushy management in Arizona, who contacted the owner. It was late at night, but the owner was friendly and got us into the house. It is a 5 minute drive to Whole Foods and Market Basket supermarket shopping, as well as many other coffee shops, restaurants and stores. Also many local walking trails along nearby Charles River. In the winter time, the Weston X-Country Ski Track is within touching distance.

Also 1.4 miles to Woodside T-stop (4 minute drive) and very close to the junction between I-95 and I-90 for easy commute anywhere around Boston.
