- "Bob and Rita's guest house is a true gem! From the oh so easy keyless entry system to the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms and floors, from the comfort of the beds/mattress to the absolute quiet of the house, from the thoughtful layout of the furniture detail to the abundant kitchen supply it was a pleasure to experience and to spend time in. Highly recommend!" - "This is a great rental. The apartment was spotless, we had plenty of space for the three of us, and it was an easy walk to everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again."

- "We totally enjoyed this up-to-date, very clean studio. The neighborhood is just around the corner. Parking is especially convenient. The owner was easy to reach and communication was excellent." - "We really loved this place. Stayed for a week and enjoyed having an actual home away from home. We brought our daughter along who is under 2 and she loved the appartment as well since she had a lot of space to move around. I can therefore totally recommend this appartment for a small family as well. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We were there during Halloween and went Trick or Treating in the neighborhood and had some nice conversations. Thanks for a wonderful week in Arlington, Gina and Oscar!"

This is your new home. The apartment is half of a totally renovated, stately, side-by-side, two-family home two blocks from Arlington Center. On a quiet dead-end street that ends at Spy Pond, experience the access and energy of Arlington Center while enjoying the warmth of a friendly neighborhood. The home is three floors, fully furnished. The third floor is semi-finished for storage or perhaps a workout space. Downstairs includes a gracious foyer with a beautiful staircase, plus a back staircase, a living room with a bay window and beautifully tiled fireplace (not working), a dining room, and a large, newer, eat-in kitchen with loads of cabinets and all the essential dishes, etc.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a double and a single. New bath with shower. Plus an office for one person. A brand new porch serves as the entryway and a delightful place for morning coffee. The side patio has a small garden area, table, and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a large basement with laundry and lots of storage and space.
The apartment comes with parking for two cars in a driveway one house away. There is no on-street, overnight parking in Arlington. At the end of the street, a very short walk, there is a bus stop to Alewife with other bus lines two blocks to Arlington Center. Room in garage for bike storage. Or perhaps your canoe or kayak to experience Spy Pond, which is 100’ from the garage.
No pets. No smoking. Longer term rentals are an option for a lower rate.
- "We had the most pleasant stay in Arlington. Martha and her family are the most kind and friendly hosts we have ever experienced. The house was very spacious, newly renovated and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our family of four. The girls loved playing on the dead end street, located in a very kid-friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed the summer evenings in the backyard and had good AC indoors. The funitures and beds were very comfortable. If we ever come to Boston again, this is the place to be."

- "My gf and I stayed here while we were in Boston for a wedding. Apartment was very nice and clean and hosts were very friendly. We would 100% stay here again " - "We loved this studio apartment! Highly recommend it. Everything was extremely clean, it had everything we needed and it was a great location. It was easy to access public transportation and we felt very safe walking around. We’ll definitely stay here again!" - "Amazing location with easy access to public transport! The area is very nice with friendly neighbors! The unit is comfy cozy for 1 person extended stay, or multiple if its a quick stay since it is a smaller unit. I stayed the whole summer while taking a class for my masters program. The hosts are amazing and easy to work with and answer back right away or within a reasonable amount of time! Only negative which is no ones fault and can be solved with earplugs, is its on the bottom floor and you will hear every footstep taken above you. I believe the hosts do a good job with making sure all people staying understand that it is a multi family house to remain respectful and not have parties etc."

- "This apartment was perfect for our recent trip to the Boston area. It was far enough out of Boston proper that we could relax and unwind at the end of our day, but still a short Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go each day. Very nice furnishings and very clean! Oscar was easy to communicate with and check-in and check-out were a breeze. " - "We were visiting family in Boston area and this location was perfect. The unit was very clean and bright and the furnishings were perfect. "
