Located in Lynn's historic Diamond District, just 2 blocks to the Atlantic Ocean, 12 miles north of Boston, and 5 miles from Salem Center. This 2 bedroom unit is located on the 1st floor of a 3 unit Victorian house, renovated in 2020 with modern finishes and original architectural charm.
Upon entering the unit, you'll find 10 foot high ceilings, and natural light pouring into the living room that opens into the eat in kitchen with 9 foot quartz top island. Seating for 4 at the island or around the table in the bay window. Full size fridge, range, dishwasher, coffee/tea provided.
Down the hall are 2 bedrooms: main bedroom offers a queen sized bed, seating area for two and TV with streaming. Second bedroom offers a full size bed, across the hall is an office for those working on the go! The full bathroom offers a hotel like set up with the vanity area separate from the toilet and shower. Soaps, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

This 3 bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit house, with all the amenities of home: full kitchen with dining for 8 (6 @ dining table, 2 @ island) living room with Roku TV, 3 bedrooms; 2 with queen beds, 1 bedroom with half bath ensuite provides a twin bunk bed and twin bed (twin cot available for additional guest fee), perfect for extended families and small groups, equipped with board games, toys, and Roku TV. Although it is fairly close to the beach, be forewarned that it is a hilly walk. That being said, it was nice to have such a scenic view going into town. 11 Fuller Terrace is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The completely remodeled apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a two family home. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining area, study/work nook and sun room. The private driveway can accommodate two cars. There is additional parking at the bottom of the street.
Please see house rules/booking settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.
The space
There are two bedrooms with a king bed and two bedrooms with a full-size bed with pull out twin trundle beds.

The kitchen contains a 36 inch Thermador professional range with pro hood, Thermador refrigerator and dishwasher.

The sunroom is surrounded by windows and has two loveseats a rocking chair and a reading chair for getting some fresh air or enjoying your coffee/tea in the morning.

Guest access
This is the second and third floor of a two family house. The first floor is a completely separate rental unit as well.

There are two parking spots in the driveway. There is ample street parking at the bottom of the hill. There Swampscott Commuter Rail stop is 3 minutes drive from the house and provides fast, easy access to Boston and Salem.
