THE CHELSEA HOUSE is an apartment, on a tiny one-way street, the 3rd floor of a quiet, clean three-family brick building. The unit is very well maintained and recently furnished. Hardwood floors, exposed brick, and slanted loft ceilings creating lots of light, charm, and a warm cozy atmosphere. Free on-site parking upon request.

Please remember, Chelsea is right outside of Boston, not directly in the city, but very close, less than 10 minutes away by public transportation. All public transportation is 3 - 10 minutes walk.
The Chelsea House is on the third floor, with 24 steps to climb, consider this when booking, especially, if you have large or heavy luggage or any issues with back or walking.
The building was built in 1900. It is very well maintained without losing its charm, but be mindful of the stairs inside are steep and narrow. Always use caution.
The apartment is fully equipped and set up for guests (our personal belongings are put away) everything in it is for your use, during your stay, AC s, Smart TV (no cable but streaming available), High-speed internet, iron and board, shampoo/soaps, toothpaste, microwave. Blowdryer/straightener (in vanity drawer) and free parking!
The kitchen is well stocked and has spices, and is ready to be cooked in. There s an electric fireplace with additional heat for the winter months or just enjoy the fire without the heat in warmer months.
If traveling with children 6 and up there s a variety of toys and a collection of children s books available. There are great parks in the area too. With younger children, there is a portable crib, portable high chair, baby blankets, towels, toys, books and an umbrella stroller, a child booster seat too!
Guests will have full private use of the apartment. There are a coin-operated washer and dryer, in the basement, which is a shared space with the other tenants.
Parking is only available during your stay, please do not park until check-in time at 3 pm and remove the car when you check-out at 11 am. I'm happy to accommodate if you d like to park it earlier or later, if I can but, arrangements must be made beforehand or when making a reservation. Thank you.
There is no interaction with me, but I can be contacted at any time for anything through here. Hands-on help is available if needed.
The building is located 5 minutes away from the airport which is extremely convenient but, keeps in mind there is noise. The planes have different routes but, there will be days where their routes are over us. The apartment is soundproof which helps.
There is only 1 parking spot. Although you can fit a truck in the parking spot, it's easier to fit a sedan size car or smaller, if you don't park well. The parking spot is directly NEXT to the building, NOT ACROSS the building. The 3 parking spaces across the building are for the building across the street. Do not park there, they will tow you.
I put a portable AC in the living room. The vent is out of the sliding door. I did t seal it completely so you can open the door for sea breeze on cooler nights, just be gentle with it. Of course, this and the other AC s will be removed for the cold months starting October. Remember to be mindful and help keep heat and ACs in control, lower hear when you are out, shut off Acs. Always, shut the electric fireplace when not in use.
The city square is very close, sometimes during the summer, they hold summer nights to enjoy. And the local theater puts on plays in the surrounding parks. At CHRISTMAS time there is a tree lighting ceremony. Don t miss it! If you stay in December.

We were very comfortable, found the entire apartment spotless, was centrally located, parking was easy with the driveway steps away, so we would absolutely recommend staying here. Located in the Chelsea section of Boston, studio is part of a 1858 Victorian house, and is just blocks to bus and rail stations with direct transit to Downtown Boston or North Shore.
We are close to Logan International Airport, TD Garden Arena, Encore Casino, Revere Beach, Cambridge and Salem, MA.
Property is a three family home. We are renting Unit #2B as a short term rental. Unit #2B is a one bedroom studio, with one full bathroom. In all, studio is made up 550 square feet.
Decorated with a retro urban feel, high ceilings and spacious rooms your stay is destined to be comfortable.
Come learn the history of Chelsea, Boston and its neighborhoods while enjoying the numerous restaurants and entertainment venues just a walk or bus/train stop away.
There is only on street parking.
- "This is a price performer. The house is cool looking from the outside. The house is divided up into what I'm guessing are all VRBO (type) rooms. I don't think anyone actually lives there. Entrance is on the driveway side, not the front entrance. There are 4 or 5 key boxes and you have to guess which one is for your room. I don't want to spoil the mystery. The other review (1 star) is misleading, as you can tell by reading it is more about their personal experiences and fears than about the facility itself. There is nothing special about this studio. It has a sofa and a tv in the entry room, a bath which is retrofit and is functional but also a bit awkward (there is a window in it that leads to nothing/cardboard) and a claw foot tub with wrap around shower curtain, but I guess that's not unusual in these older homes. The stairs leading to the room are very steep. Other guest rooms are also on this floor. There is no way an elderly guest could stay here. The door knob is oddly low. The sofa is not designed for a 2nd sleeper according to the host despite being a sofa bed. (no sheets or blankets or pillows). I just slept on the sofa and my daughter slept in the bed. We bought a blanket and left it there, enjoy. The bed is just a bed, no decoration or period specific furniture etc. The windows have been replaced and are nice. The heater was on and I didn't know how to adjust or turn on/off. But it worked ok. In summary, this is not a place you would go and hang out in the room... it's for sleeping/showering while you visit the Boston area, it's just a studio in Chelsea but is priced accordingly."

Kitchen has all the cooking/serving necessities including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.
Comfy living room with plenty of seating and a smart TV with streaming capabilities.You’ll need to sign into your own accounts.
The condo has one full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The tub was recently updated and bathroom freshly painted.

We also have some good Italian food. Near urgent care, pharmacy, police and fire station.
Use Chelsea as your base to the North Shore and Salem for museums and seafood, or to into Boston for the many sites of Revolutionary history along Freedom Trail.
Our diverse and vibrant city offers plenty for visitors to do on their day off from sightseeing. Relax in our waterfront, historic parks to see a working port. Take one of several walking tours to discover the rich immigrant history of Chelsea, or take in a stage production at the Apollinaire Theatre in Chelsea Square.

We turned around and got a hotel because we arrived late at night and didn’t want to stay with the problems we encountered. We used a bus to get us to Boston for one of our days, and it worked out just fine. We did rent a car, and there is a parking spot available for us at this place, so that's really nice. It was very clean, and relaxing, especially after a long day of sight seeing. Carlos responded quickly to any questions I had, and he was very informative about all the details of the place when we go there. The shower was great, and I ended up sleeping on one of the futon couches, and it was fairly comfortable for being a futon. Great location, and a cozy little place to stay. "

•The room’s pretty spacious and comfy for two. If there’s a third person, no worries
there’s an air mattress or a sofa bed you can use. Great for a trio of friends or a little family!
•The room also includes a smart TV, so you can relax and enjoy your favorite movies or shows.
•I provide clean bed linens and two towels for each guest. There’s just one bathroom, but it’s stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and extra toilet paper in the cabinet
so you’ll have everything you need!
•All shared spaces are yours to relax and enjoy. Feel free to use the fridge to keep your food fresh and make yourself at home with all the appliances during your stay.
• Pets are welcome, with a limit of one pet per stay.
• The common areas get a good cleaning and sanitizing every day to keep things fresh and comfy for you.
•The building has only two apartments, and mine is on the second floor. You’ll need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the unit
just a friendly heads-up if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
•Check-in is after 5 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. You’ll get all the access instructions a day or two before your arrival for a smooth check-in.
• You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer in the basement laundry area. Both machines are coin-operated, with a cost of $2 each per use.

There’s no assigned parking here.
Parking on the street is free during the day, but you’ll need a guest pass for overnight parking. I give one pass per week, good for one night. If you’re staying longer, you can get more passes (up to 4 per license plate) from the City of Chelsea. Just remember to follow the rules and put the pass on your dashboard so you don’t get a ticket!

- 5 minutes from the airport is highly convenient, but keep in mind that there is NOISE. The planes have different routes. There are days when their route is over, my neighbor. The apartment is soundproof, but you will hear aircraft above. Keep this in mind when booking

- Proch off the kitchen with table/chairs.
There is a portable AC in the living room. The vent is out the sliding door. I didn't seal it thoroughly so you can open the door for the sea breeze on cooler nights. Just be gentle with it. I will remove all ACs by October.
KEEP IN MIND - The living portable AC will keep the heat down but not cold during extreme heat waves.

This home is situated across the street from a beautiful community park, which has basketball courts and a baseball field. The area is also great for a neighborhood walk with beautiful Boston views within just 10 minutes. There’s a bus line with easy access to Boston on the street corner, It's also conveniently located minutes from route 16 and route 1. There are 3 fully stocked convenient stores within walking distance as well as a supermarket near by and plenty of restaurants to order from.

Contemporary and boho 2-floor duplex with sweeping views of the Boston harbor. Balcony with loveseat to enjoy the sun and watch cargo ships cruise by. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out lounge chair upstairs that sleeps one, with a half-bath. I provide a room divider for privacy upstairs upon request. The lengthy couch is also comfortable for sleeping or lounging. Sleeps 4 if you make use of queen bed, pull out lounge chair and couch. It's a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator and is not ADA compliant. Apologies, it is an older row-house building.
This is my personal residence, not a sterile Air BnB property. I only rent it a couple times a year. It has charm and character with art, plants and well-read books. The spice rack is a-plenty and condiments galore in the fridge.
The downstairs space outside of the master bedroom is an art studio, which is an active working studio. I will leave it clean and organized, and it is full of inspiration, materials and art storage! You have to walk through it to get to the master bedroom - and a lovely place to sit and write, draw or do computer work especially in the mid-day sun that streams through the windows.
I have a compost service that is picked up every 2 weeks and dumpster for ease in the parking lot.
