Lawn chairs and tables if you want to sit out on the huge lawn and look out to the water without being in the sand. They have cornhole, bbq, and a picnic table if you want to cook and eat outside. The Princess room has a queen bed, super soft linens, great bathroom products, a table for 2 and a full kitchenette. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to leave! I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. Priced much better than the Chatham Bars Inn and has better views and friendlier staff."

On over two acres of Oceanfront, 'Bayberry and Seadaisy Cottages at Ridgevale Beach face the temperate waters of Nantucket Sound. It is ideally situated at Ridgevale Beach and the mouth of 'Buck's Creek' a beautiful tidal estuary offering great swimming, boating, and shellfishing, as well as spectacular views. Shorebirds, from tiny Sanderlings to the Great Blue Heron, are frequent visitors. The Sundeck provides a relaxing spot for enjoying it all.

Inside, each window frames a portrait of open ocean, river, or salt marsh. The cottage is heated, and comfortably furnished with fireplaced living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and bath. SMART CABLE TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING and outdoor gas grills and KAYAKS are also provided. In addition, the cottage has a private outdoor shower, a simple and delicious pleasure after a day on the beach.

We are open year round, and between November and March, are treated to fantastic ocean sunsets! For summertime, reservations are necessary well in advance. Newly remodeled 1950's era cottage with all the comforts for a great visit. Just off the living room and thru French doors is a very private deck with a gas grill, Weber kettle and a wrought iron table for 4. The cedar plank outdoor shower is just steps off the deck. Short walk or bike ride to many restaurants and stores. Hardings Beach is 1/2 mile away, walk or ride bikes (2 bikes on property). Downtown Chatham is minutes away by car, certainly a fun bike ride or a nice walk. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath has washer and dryer) living area with love seat and chair and television. Front sunroom area provides table seating for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, toaster oven and coffee maker. Additionally, kitchen water is filtered. Located overlooking Chatham's beautiful Oyster Pond, this two bedroom carriage house is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. Take advantage of the beach just outside your door or wander down the street into Chatham center! Enjoy so much of Chatham - without even getting in your car!

The Carriage House is located adjacent to (but not accessible directly from) the Windmill. With large windows overlooking Oyster Pond's beautiful water and gorgeous sunsets, this second-story unit is a lovely spot for relaxing at the end of a fun-filled day. The Carriage House has a recently renovated full kitchen, dining area and living room with TV, as well as two bedrooms (sleeping four people) and a full bathroom. The Carriage House also has a private patio space with BBQ grill.

Below the Carriage House, the space has been renovated to include a game room, with foosball and a ping pong table. This space also includes shared laundry machines.

But it's also 4-5 minutes walking to downtown and 2-3 minutes from a great grocery market and CVS as well as a small inlet beach. The owners were super thoughtful and communicative. They were also very responsive when we had a quick question. Truly first class experience all round. We're hoping to make a visit to this house a recurring trip from San Francisco!"

- "Peaceful cottage on a freshwater pond. Nice sandy beach right outside the door. Short drive or bike ride puts you in Chatham. The one bathroom and limited space makes this most suitable for two people. We were three people and two little dogs. Our three nights were fine. More than that could have been a problem. " - "Stay was great. Beautiful weather, cute cottage and right on the water." - "We loved the newly renovated kitchen! The window A/C unit cooled the cottage very effectively. The love seat in the living area was enough for the two of us. We especially appreciated how clearly the owners and New England Vacation Rentals communicated the risk of fleas and ticks; we were extra cautious in checking our dog every time we brought her inside (as luck would have it, she didn't acquire any). And we loved being able to kayak on the pond at a moment's notice!"
