- "Lengthy but worth the details!... Like a chunk of the crew in the Cape, I’m a summer weekend worker (weddings). We were lucky enough to book this cute room in N. Truro last minute (it was probably my only chance of having an away weekend) I absolutely loved the ease of a self check-in, that gave us more time downtown not having to worry about office ours with later than planned/central MA drive in. I get a ton of spam calls on my cell, so letting them go to voicemail/ignoring happens. Luckily Luke, the manager TEXTED the room/code which is so convenient, why don’t more places do this. “Checked in” in the evening to freshen up before dinner. In between we definitely took advantage of the private beach. Although it was too cold & early in the season to lounge out (perfect, private beach spot) we still stuck our feet in and took a typical sunset selfie. Sat on the Adirondacks on the lovely long deck for a few, headed back to downtown. Room was very comfortable, much nicer than I expected for sure! I’m not even going to think of another place when we come back for a stay. I plan on bringing back a bigger crew to get a whole cottage! My one notice, not a complaint at all.. while we were checking out on Sunday, a couple also staying here, looking to uber/lyft downtown, could not find a vehicle. We gave them a ride, no problem but I wonder if it was still too early In the day/not a popular enough area to rely on that source for a means of transportation. "

- "Each year we go to the Cape and this is the first time we stayed in Truro. The place was perfect for us and it was right on the water. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go off the deck because the dune was destroyed over the winter and needed to be repaired. But the view was still amazing. We sat on the deck every morning and was even able to catch some great sunsets. There was a kayak that we were able to use along with beach chairs, and toys. PTown was just a few minutes away and we enjoyed shopping, sightseeing and eating there. Communication with the property manager was a breeze. She responded timely every time and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

Front Studio unit across the street from the bay! Relax on the deck with views from Provincetown to Wellfleet. No need to get in your car to go to the beach, a beautiful bay beach is right across the street. Please note in the main summer months we only rent by the week Saturday to Saturday, in the off season we have 3 day minimum.
The view from deck is spectacular and the area is quiet and tranquil. The unit is small but has all the amenities, kitchenette with two burner stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. You will not be disappointed! The unit has one double bed and a futon that is a double, and an outdoor deck that surrounds the building. It sleeps two adults comfortably with two children, 4 adults might find it a little cramped. We do supply sheets and towels, and beach chairs and umbrella are left for you, if you want to use them, If you would rather bring your own sheets and towels just let us know. We also have grills in two locations on the property that are there for you to use and a fire pit . There are picnic tables in back in case you would like to eat outside. The Flex bus goes by @ every half hour and costs about $2, and has been free on Freeloader Fridays, not sure if it will continue but hope so, as it is expensive to park in Ptown. The Truro winery is right down the street and there is usually a food truck there.

Our idyllic Beach Point location offers 120 feet of private beach on one of the nicest bathing beaches on Cape Cod. Pipers’ Shore Cottages are ideally situated to provide guests with a quiet comfortable home base close to many of the best vacation, dining, and entertainment opportunities the Outer Cape has to offer. Siren is our charming mid-sized cottage. It allows up to 6 guests to rest in two comfortable bedrooms and on a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottage has undergone recent renovations and has an updated kitchen, living, and dining room combination with a cathedral ceiling and double sliding glass doors which open onto your own private deck. The cottage is air conditioned and has an enclosed private outdoor shower. Siren’s design takes advantage of the property's sweeping views. The cottage is equipped with a gas fireplace for chilly evenings and a washer and dryer for use by guests.

- "Wonderful host (Judy)! Very quick drive to Head of the Meadow, Herring Cove and Race Point Beaches, accessible with a National Seashore pass for $60/year. Good for Marconi and others as well. Bayside Cold Storage Beach a 10-minute fairly hilly walk, or get a Town parking pass for the week at $100. Best at lower tides. High tide doesn't leave that much room from beach to dunes. Nice place for sundowns and by that time no one is checking for passes. Also quick drive to the Wellfleet area and all that comes with it! Beautiful landscaping and plantings and a nice small deck for relaxing. Quiet Mini-Split HVACs in each main room for even temps throughout the apartment. Good TVs and a big fridge. Compact stacked washer dryer hiding in the 2nd bedroom closet. Works great and so convenient! Note, all rooms were well cleaned. Fairly long staircase access from the front, so we drove up the hill to the back for unloading via the deck. Master bedroom suite is separated from the main apartment by a short hallway at top of main stairway, with keyed locks going each way. There is a secure feel to the entire property. - "Condo was clean and bathroom was fully stocked with towels, even beach towels. Beds were comfortable even the fold out couch. The only problem we had was one of the twin beds was lacking a fitted sheet and there wasn't any sheets available to put one on the bed. Condo was within easy walk of the ocean. Area is for the most part quite with the exception of one night that someone close by was playing their music to loud. The welcoming bottle of wine was the nicest gesture we've received from any of our previous rentals."

The BEACH COTTAGE is located directly at the top of a dune and has a set of private stairs to the bay beach where you can experience almost total privacy. The BEACH COTTAGE has a small entry way with a sitting area for dining at an antique table that can seat 6. There is an open plan kitchen area with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and all your kitchen needs. Living room area opens to the kitchen with an old comfortable couch and an equally comfortable chair that face a wall of windows on the bay. There is wi-fi, a 36" TV and DVD player as well as a Vermont Casting old fashion gas stove with glass windows for off season warmth and ambience.

For sleeping, there is a very private room that holds a custom made kingsize bed facing windows on the garden and the bay. This room has a fireplace, a dresser and a closet to hang clothes. A smaller room located at the opposite end of the cottage has an antique double pineapple bed with a bay view. There is a small bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. The front of the beach cottage has a private deck on the bay with reclining deck chairs.

Behind the cottage there is a very private back garden surrounded by trees and dunes with seating arrangements, a charcoal grill and a picnic table for outside dining. Additional features are a completely private outside shower that faces the bay and a stereo system that plays both in the living room and on the rear patio.

The house covered in ivy and rose vines is surrounded by olive trees, pine trees, and two century old english oaks. Lighting on the property is by antique brass lanterns.

- "Charming cottage overlooking the bay." - "My husband & I were looking for a pandemic-safe getaway for a few nights & found the perfect spot at the Beach Cottage at Lis Sur Mer in Truro. The weather was windy & cold, but the cottage was inviting & cozy. We checked in at 4pm after a delicious lunch at Fanizzi's in Provincetown. The cottage was so appealing at dusk with its flaming outdoor lanterns. We unpacked (plenty of closet & dresser space in the master bedroom), then headed down the staircase outside for a walk on the very private beach. We then grabbed a bottle of wine & our Bose speaker & sat in the Adirondack chairs atop the bluff, listening to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. So idyllic, 'til we realized that we had locked ourselves out. We placed a couple of calls, & the response was immediate (thank you, Jane & Peter)! The gas-powered stove in the kitchen, along with the heating units in the hallway & master bedroom kept us very comfortable, so much so, that I dared to take an Inauguaration Day ocean plunge followed by a wonderfully-warm shower. The cottage is perfect, whether you want to use it as a home-base as you head out on your adventures, or if you want to just stay in & stay cozy. I enjoyed time reading & rug-hooking. The view is incredible ... I can only imagine how special it would be to stay here in the summertime with all the windows wide open! We enjoyed some great meals in P'town: dinner in an igloo at Liz's Cafe just as the snowflakes began falling, dinner in front of the massive fireplace at Ciro & Sal's, & a wonderful extended lunch at the Squealing Pig on the day we checked out. We highly recommend this property & are so grateful to Peter for rearranging his maintenance schedule to accommodate our 3-night stay."
