- "Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. They had an excellent breakfast each morning that was available for a couple of hours. Small breakfast area and a sitting area outside. Grounds were very nice with a pool, which I didn’t use. Excellent, very small staff, so very one knows your name….Overall, very pleasant experience. Next time I’ll ask for a different type of room, if it’s available. It was almost like a very expensive boarding house. It was pricey, but it’s all about location, location, location. "

Smack dab in between two beautiful beaches. My one complaint is that the motel is located on the corner of a busy road. If you're looking for the ideal Cape Cod beach cottage experience, you'll find it in this updated two-bedroom East Orleans cottage. The cottage is an “up and down” style home. On the main level you will find a living room, kitchen, bath and primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The lower level has it's own private entrance (no access from the main level). And down there you will find a living area with a comfy pullout sofa, kitchenette and one bedroom with two twins plus another full bath connected to the twin room. A perfect layout for two families. And you are about 1.25 miles to Nauset Beach!

Outside is where you'll be spending most of your time. The owners have added a heated pool. A great place to relax after a day at Nauset Beach. There is a great deck with a gas grill. Plus there is a hot tub! You'll also find a large picnic table with an awning if you want to get out of the sun and a gas fire-pit. Next to all of that you have the coolest garage in Orleans that has been transformed. Inside you will find a bar, Foosball table and seating for 8 for those times when you'd prefer not to eat outside. And of course no trip to the Cape is complete without an outdoor shower, a fundamental part of the perfect Cape Cod vacation.

Inside the cottage you'll find all the comforts of home. There is AC provided by efficient split units, the kitchen is fully equipped and of course, there is Wi-Fi and cable TV. Charming location just across the road from Baker's Pond. The house is spacious with beautiful hardwood floors throughout and central air. The location is ideal...a short 5-min walk to the tucked-away, sandy beach on Baker's Pond. You can swim, kayak, canoe or fish. This pond is stocked with trout and small-mouth bass.

There are big waves at Nauset Beach, a 10-min drive, where you can swim, boogie board or just walk the long expanse of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
Skaket Beach, on Cape Cod Bay, is only a 5-min drive away. The water is warmer than Nauset and at low tide you can walk out for almost a mile.
Rock Harbor(free parking) is just a little past Skaket Beach. Arrange a fishing trip on one of the many charter boats or just watch them bring in their catch. Rock Harbor is another good spot to walk out "on the flats" at low tide. Really fun for kids! And don't miss the sunset on Cape Cod Bay-WOW!

This apartment has all the amenities you will need. Orleans is a very nice town with Restaurants and shopping. We also have both Nauset Beach for the waves and body surfing along with Skaket Beach for small waves. Come and experience one of the best towns on Cape Cod!

When we saw this Cape Cod Tiny House, it was love at first sight! The location is ideal - close to our favorite beach, Skaket, two blocks from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a short walk (or bike) to Main Street. The yard is spacious and we never tire of identifying various birdsongs and watching the occasional turkey pass by. The console table in the sunroom has proven to be the ideal location for those times that we're working from home (although, be prepared to be distracted by the aforementioned turkeys!). And nothing beats starting (and/or ending) the day with an outdoor shower!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter into the living room with soothing hues and pops of color adorning the space containing a comfortable couch, bar-height table with stools looking out the oversized window (an ideal location to set down your coffee cup or laptop), and a remote-controlled gas stove providing cozy cottage heat when needed. Next to the living room is the dining area with seating for four near another large window looking outside.

Adjoining this space is the galley kitchen with bright white appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. There is also a conveniently located dish washer and a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is stocked with spices for your cooking adventures, as well as an assortment of complimentary teas and Keurig coffees to enjoy.

The remainder of the home includes a bedroom featuring a Queen sized bed and window AC, a den with a Queen sized sleeper sofa, TV with Roku and window AC as well as a full bathroom with stall shower.

Whether it's burgers & hot dogs, fresh caught local fish or ribeye steaks, somehow your dinner will just taste better when it is enjoyed outdoors on either deck or in the gazebo. The space
Very cute King bedroom studio cottage. smallest and cutest bathroom ever, and a small galley kitchen, plenty of room to make morning coffee, prepare breakfast, or cook dinner. 350yd walk to Areys Pond, deeded access via private path. Walk around back for access to full laundry in the basement.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the cottage and access to Arey’s Pond. The property has another rental, a 3 BR antique home that can be rented with the cottage or separately. Both units have privacy and are separated by a new board fence. There are some common areas outdoors as well. Cottage has a beautiful new outdoor shower as well. There is a separate private yard at the cottage with a firepit, grill, and plenty of room outside to sit and relax!! The path to Arey’s Pond is between 350 and 400 yds long from the house to the water’s edge. It is not a beach per se but does allow direct saltwater access for boating, paddle boarding and kayaking. The owners live nearby and have a boat and a mooring so there may be a possibility to arrange a boat ride if you’d like to see the area from the water. Feel free to reach out and ask questions!
Other things to note
There is a very friendly yellow lab at the neighboring property, and he may stop by to say “hello”! Please let us know if you do not want to see him.

Spacious 2 bedroom home close to Nauset Beach! Central ac. Nice sized kitchen with eat in area. Living room off kitchen area has ample seating. Separate den has a large flat screen smart tv. Two bedrooms and the bath are at the other end of the house. One room has a full/double and the other has 2 twin beds. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Outside you will find a large deck set up for cooking and relaxing. Gas Grill. Outdoor dining table with umbrella, plus additional outdoor seating. Outdoor shower is there to enjoy after a day at the beach. Nice flat yard is perfect for outdoor activities. Clothes line for wet towels and bathing suits. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement with access via the outdoor bulkhead. Dogs are welcome with owner approval.
