He was available to answer any questions we had and if he was out his wife was there if we had needed her. This historic home is not suited for anyone with limited mobility or difficulty with stairs. There are stairs up to the first floor entrance and steep stairs up to the second floor where the bathroom and bedrooms are located.

The Space: To access the condo, you must enter on the main level and go up a flight of slightly narrow and windy stairs to the entrance to the unit. The main level features two bedrooms, a sitting room, washer/dryer, office space and full bath. There is also access to the private outdoor deck on this floor. To access the living room, dining room, kitchen and another full bath, head up an interior set of windy stairs to the second floor and take full advantage of the views of the harbor from the living room area. Two off-street tandem parking spaces included (will accommodate two medium-sized cars).

Please note that like antique homes in Old Town, the ceiling height on the top floor is lower than the second floor (top floor is 78") and the stairs to our "front" door (second floor) are somewhat narrow and steep.
