To access the living room, dining room, kitchen and another full bath, head up an interior set of windy stairs to the second floor and take full advantage of the views of the harbor from the living room area. Please note that like antique homes in Old Town, the ceiling height on the top floor is lower than the second floor (top floor is 78") and the stairs to our "front" door (second floor) are somewhat narrow and steep.

From the initial contact with the owner we knew that this would be a terrific property for the 3 of us looking to catch up for a quick weekend. The owners are incredibly responsive, offer great suggestions where needed, and have created a charming yet updated environment in a perfectly located area that is walkable to everything! While we spent a lot of time in the house due to less than favorable weather, the town has much to offer. Some of our favorites: Shubies Market, Fresca wood fired pizza for a night in, and Mookies at Mugford is a quick walk and a must every morning for delicious coffee, pastries, etc. Highly Recommend this property!"

We had 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. The unit is clean, newly renovated, a chilly A/C, decorated lovely, and had a washer dryer/ combo which a plus helping us pack light. We could walk to Crosby’s Marketplace for groceries and necessities. We used the sleeper sofa as well and it slept just fine for the kids. One big plus is you have your own parking spot in the driveway which so convenient if you need it, but you are central enough to get around by walking on foot.
