- "Overall, clean, comfortable, and effortless in terms of checking in/out, etc. Clear instructions, a nice welcome folder with lots of suggestions for places to go. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had everything. The view of the estuary was great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overhead fans were helpful to keep temp. comfortable. My only issue was with the bathroom. The shower had great hot water, but it was a tight stand-up space, and not a full tub. The toilet was small and low to the ground. May not be an issue for some, but could be for someone with knee or back issues. There was no support bar to use as a pull up if needed, so someone could get stuck. There was a helpful reminder sign about not clogging the septic system, but using a lighter toilet tissue than the one provided (such as Scott's 1000) would also help in that regard."

- "We have used vrbo for years, this was one of if not the number one place we stayed. This is a perfect couple's getaway. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but you are six minutes from restaurants. She lives on site, will give you complete privacy, text daily to see if you need anything, suggest restaurants only locals know about, and answer any questions you may have. Check in was super easy and the fridge was stocked with local eggs, butter, cream, and baked goods. Coffee pods were stocked and the Keurig was top notch. Super thoughtful. After you check in you really dont feel the need to go anywhere. I didnt want to leave a review. I'm selfish and would love to keep this a hidden gem but our stay was so amazing I had to make sure I posted a 5 star review."

Spacious and fun for families and small groups, you can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach, a private beach for Great Neck residents.

While it is a small house, there is great space inside. The living area is open an has a nice view outside toward the ocean. The living area is comfy with nice sofas to really relax. Cable and high speed wifi are standard, of course.

There is a master bedroom with a side view of the ocean, so you can see a beautiful sunrise from the queen sized bed in the morning. The other bedroom has also has a queen sized bed.

Nice kitchen space with lots of cooking equipment needed to entertain or cook, including a lobster pot and a small dishwasher.

There is also a windowed-in sitting room which faces the ocean and leads to the balcony where great views and barbecues can be had.

Our newly renovated home sits at the end of a very quiet dead-end road. We have ample parking for guests, a large backyard, and a new deck completed in 2023.

Our home features a "mini-master" bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and sun-filled living room on the 'second level'. The additional guest space, half bathroom, washer and dryer is located in the lower level.

Please note, as this is an older home we have steep stairs going to the second level and lower level.

We are minutes from the sandy beaches of Ipswich, Salisbury and the historic district of Newburyport, with plenty of waterfront dining, shopping, and areas to explore. We are also conveniently located exactly 3/4 of a mile from two wedding venues: Briar Barn Inn and The Barn at Bradstreet Farm. Use our space to get ready and unwind!

- "We selected this home for its location near The Grove to attend a wedding. Little did we know how this home would enhance the entire experience. The neighbors have two cows which added to a pastoral environment that encouraged relaxing while prepping for the wedding. The home was well equipped, beds comfortable, and location perfect. On Sunday, we walked into town for breakfast at The Three Sweet Peas Cafe, and then walked to the town Flea market - lots of fun. This was a perfect a location to add a visit to Salem - which we enjoyed very much. The only enhancement we would suggest to the home, is additional lighting in the bathrooms to prep for weddings; i.e., shaving and applying makeup. We enjoyed our stay very much, and want to come back to explore the area more! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!"
