- Adjacent to this property, there is another unit. Although there is no audible noise coming from that unit, it is worth noting that the unit above can sometimes be a bit noisy (such as footsteps, background conversations, or running water).

And just a friendly reminder for all our winter guests, the plow company is requiring that the driveway be empty for any snowstorm for the entire storm. As soon as the storm kicks in, the driveway should be empty of cars until the clean-up is all done.

- "Absolutely loved everything about the property. Super nice, super clean, had everything we could have possibly needed available. Only complaints we had were: 1 - The upstairs Tennant got in after midnight on Saturday and proceeded to make a lot of racket. Pounding on the floor/ceiling and didn't stop until 3:30am which made it difficult to sleep. We emailed the property management about it, and it did not happen again. 2-There was also something on the top floor above our bedroom that made an audible vibration all day/night. We got used to it so we were able to sleep. But other than that, we absolutely loved the place and will definitely be returning to rent again!!!!"

Located on a quiet, secluded stretch of beach just a short stroll to the Salisbury Beach Boardwalk and the Seabrook, NH state line (Brown’s, Markie’s, Tripoli’s…) and a quick 4-minute walk to the Hideaway Pub (Entertainment), Beachside Café (Breakfast/Lunch), a full-service laundromat, and a fully stocked convenience store.

This property is a 1st floor unit (3 steps) with easy access to the Beach. The Main Bedroom features a King-Sized bed and the Bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). There are also several futons (additional charge for futon bedding).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and pack your snacks for the beach. Lobster pots, crackers, and corn cob holders are included. With a full-sized dining table seating 6 you will have plenty of space to make and enjoy your meals and family time.

The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out after a long day in the sun. There is a 55” Smart TV including basic cable and HDMI adapters for your gaming system or firestick. - "Property was cute but a little tight for us. Couch is small and different than one pictured, it does pull out but would only fit 1 adult comfortably. I didn’t see any sheets or bedding for the pull out but I’m sure the host would have supplied if we asked for it. Kitchenette has microwave, toaster oven and a portable two burner hot plate for cooking. If you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking this might not work for you. We ate out a lot so didn’t affect us much. Bathroom is a good size and had plenty of towels for us. The host has a couple beach towels and a couple beach chairs to use at the beach which is only a short walk away. There are local restaurants nearby and a very small grocery store around the corner. My husband and I slept in the downstairs queen bedroom and we had to have the window ac on to drown out the traffic. That worked fine and we slept well. I recommend 12 Ocean for good food and reasonable prices."

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and patio. Enjoy the Main Residence with the option to reserve the attached Salisbury Coastal Retreat, located at the front of the property. The Retreat accommodates two guests and has its own private entrance. Please note that it may be booked by other guests during your stay unless reserved together. When booked together, The Main Residence and The Retreat are connected internally for convenient access between the two spaces.

Other things to note
Please make note this is a no smoking and no pets house as we are an allergy free property. If there is any indication of smoking/pets in the house, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be requested. This includes cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, e-cigarettes, cigars and pipes.
Sleeps 6 adults and one infant/child (crib available)

We also have a Ring camera on the front door for your safety and security. There are no cameras inside of the house.
