- "Cool spot. Would definitely stay again. Cute little place VERY close to the beach - easy 3 minute walk. Things to know: Gets a little bright in the BR in the morning. Unless you’re an early riser, pack a sleep mask or whatever those things are called. The shower is also a tub which is higher and may be difficult to get in and out for some. Not complaints, just things to know that may be an issue for others. We liked the location a lot. Salisbury Beach itself was apparently happening back in the day. Looks like they are working on revitalizing. Still cool since we prefer a little more low key anyway. Also within easy driving distance of Newburyport, Hampton, Portsmouth and York. We like to hit breweries and there are plenty within a short distance. Stoneface is highly recommended. If you want a cute place to sleep close to the beach, this is it."

- "We stayed here for our week long honeymoon to the east coast! The property is located very close to many major cities and we were in a central location for all of our plans! The rental was very clean and had everything we needed, even a bottle of wine and water in the fridge when we arrived! The space is small but perfect for 2 people and everything worked at it should, they even emailed in advance to let me know of some outside work on the property being done during our stay, we were gone at that time so we never even noticed! Located on a quiet, secluded stretch of beach just a short stroll to the Salisbury Beach Boardwalk and the Seabrook, NH state line (Brown’s, Markie’s, Tripoli’s…) and a quick 4-minute walk to the Hideaway Pub (Entertainment), Beachside Café (Breakfast/Lunch), a full-service laundromat, and a fully stocked convenience store.

This property is a 1st floor unit (3 steps) with easy access to the Beach. The Main Bedroom features a King-Sized bed and the Bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). There are also several futons (additional charge for futon bedding).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and pack your snacks for the beach. Lobster pots, crackers, and corn cob holders are included. With a full-sized dining table seating 6 you will have plenty of space to make and enjoy your meals and family time.

The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out after a long day in the sun. There is a 55” Smart TV including basic cable and HDMI adapters for your gaming system or firestick. The First Floor of a Two Family House that is in an ideal quiet location steps from the Atlantic Ocean. It has a Full Kitchen with Oven, Stove, Refrigerator as well as an outside Gas Grill. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and 2 sets of Bunk Beds. The bathroom is modern with full tub and shower. there is a Washer/Dryer at the unit. One of the best attributes to the unit other than being steps to the Ocean, is the Sunsets that you will experience as you step out from the Sliding Glass Door onto the Patio with picnic table and umbrella. The view is of the winding Black River and the sun setting in the West. Outside grill and shower.

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

The space
Guests enjoy the comfort of central heat and AC in our charming home away from home. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove and oven.
The living room holds a sectional pull out couch, a cozy love seat, a television monitor for your firestick or other streaming tool and a DVD player with dozens of movies to choose from.
The bathroom has a washer and dryer, complete sets of bath and beach towels, iron and board, hairdryer, extra linens and supplies for guests to use.
The two bedrooms have dressers and extra blankets. The Master has a desk and the 2nd bedroom has a convertible chair/chaise.
The front deck has a gas bbq grill and small table with two chairs.

The entire private apartment, including an enclosed front porch and exterior front deck is available to guests. The other half of the house is used by myself and family on occasion. The backyard provides incredible views and beautiful sunsets, but is not intended for guest use.

Other things to note
There is a beautiful view out of the back of the house via the slider doors in the master bedroom. We live on the edge of the great salt marsh and watch many different bird species out back on a daily basis. It also provides for gorgeous sunsets!

Upon Arrival : A Few Pointers
Welcome! We're excited to have you stay in our spacious apartment. To ensure a smooth arrival, here's a quick guide:

Early arrivals: if you arrive prior to the check-in time and the unit is vacant, clean and ready you are welcome to use. However, if it is not possible we do have storage options available in our garage for you to use if required.

Parking: Our designated guest spots are located in the large gravel parking lot at the back left of the
driveway. Please avoid parking in front of the garage doors or near the pool gate entrance.

Entering Your Private Space: Ascend the two short flights of stairs leading to the sliding glass door. You'll find a key box attached, and we'll send you the access code on your arrival day.

Sharing the Space: While you have a completely private second-floor apartment, kindly note that this is an owner-occupied property. We live below on the main floor, with a separate, locked stairway ensuring your privacy.

Backyard & Pool Access: You'll have shared access to our backyard, pool, and pool house. Keep in mind this is a shared space. The pool is typically quiet weekdays. On weekends, we may have occasional family or friends visiting. Please feel free to enjoy the pool regardless!
