The "Reef" is a newly built 50' houseboat docked at Badgers Island Marina located in Kittery, ME on the Piscataqua River.

The houseboat features a queen bed in both bedrooms . The Master bath has a head and sink while the Main bath has a shower, head and sink. The Galley features a refrigerator, sink and stovetop as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and a full set of dishware/utensils.

Also in the Galley is a dinette with seating for 4 as well as the bartop that has seating for 2.

In the salon , 32" flat screen TV and Bluetooth speaker.

On top of the houseboat is a beautiful outside deck where you can enjoy your view of the river while dining at the patio table that offers seating for 4.

On site at the marina is a washroom facility with 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and coin operated washer and dryer units.

New England Beach Community! This is a house that was fully renovated in 2013 with new maple hardwoods in the living room, hallway and bedroom. Slate tile in the kitchen with new cabinets, crown molding, under cabinet lighting and a tiled back splash with decorative border. The bathroom also has slate floors with a tub that has decorative tile border and pedestal sink. Fresh paint everywhere. This is the nicest 2 bedroom in Seabrook Beach so book early.

It sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and has 1 bath. This house is perfect for a beach week getaway. Has flat screen TV in living room. Queen size bed in 1 bedroom, the second bedroom has bunk beds (full size mattress on bottom with twin on top). Outside shower available and is a short walk to beautiful Seabrook Beach, also a short walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach. Linens are only provided for an additional fee $50 per bedroom, towels $10 per person.

FOR SUMMER - We are now doing flexible days, but you will get the best rate if you rent for 7 days. We recommend Friday to Friday rentals, as they allow you to travel on a day that is not so busy, have the whole weekend at the property and have the fireworks on the night before you leave (check HamptonBeach.org for events/fireworks schedule). We prefer 2 week rentals in the summer time. Inquire about multi week discounts. We REDUCE WEEKLY RATES by 20% two weeks prior to arrival and another 20% one week prior (but not below minimum rental noted below), if not rented by then (so please inquire about this with us if your arrival date would be within two weeks of the rental). Quiet neighborhood for walks or runs, access to walking trails and conservation land. Nearby parachute jumping school if you want to take a daring first jump too as my most recent guest did! My horse is stabled at lovely private dressage facility on edge of extensive trail filled state park and is happy to have a visitor with carrots in hand. Pick your own produce farms a few miles away. Visiting downtown Portsmouth for historical, art and fine dinning is not to be missed as well as beaches and mountains.

This ultra clean, beautifully fully renovated 2 bedroom condo with lots of natural sunlight has everything you need for a fabulous beach getaway! It's conveniently located to all Hampton Beach has to offer- the beach, popular restaurants, the Casino Ballroom, and everything along the strip. It's on a quiet short dead end road with private driveway parking so you get the convenience of being close without cars and people walking by. The sunsets are beautiful from your private balcony!

The space
The condo is on the second floor of a 2 unit home. Everything is brand NEW as of last year- fresh paint throughout, flooring, recessed lighting, large windows for natural light, central heat/air, new furnishings, new appliances & thoughtful nautical decor.. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king (new super comfy memory foam mattresses) bed and 1 Queen. This unit has a private balcony and access to a shared (with downstairs unit) fenced in backyard!

You'll have the entire unit, private balcony, and 2 parking spots to yourself! The backyard, hammock, patio set and grill are shared with the downstairs unit.

Second floor room in a quiet, semi-rural setting. A full bath on 2nd floor is shared with other guests. Use of living room (cable TV), kitchen, dining room, half bath on the first floor. Driveway parking & nearby shopping. Within 10 minutes of PEA, Sig Sauer Academy & Amtrak. 20 minutes to beaches. My other listing, "Peaceful, Comfortable, Quiet" is also on the 2nd floor. Our kitchen, dining room and living room are available for your use and enjoyment. There's a back deck and in the summer an area with a picnic table and fire ring for outdoor cooking. We love smores!

During your stay
Patty and Mike are semi-retired. We are usually available at home to help with any of your needs and love to meet new friends. We also respect everyone's need for privacy and only interact if you desire.

My place is great for travel nursing, work from home, university, or solo adventure. It's 2min to the hospital, 5min to UNH, 13min to Portsmouth, and walking distance to Downtown Dover. There is a standing desk at the end of the bed with a large Smart TV which doubles as an extended monitor for docking.

It's exceptionally clean, comfy, and well-appointed. You can enjoy ambiance, outdoor space, professional/personal atmosphere, Nectar mattress and down comforter!
