Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and very friendly. You will see dog walkers and kids biking around the circle. At the end of the street turn left to see the ocean and make your way to North Beach - a tranquil, family-friendly beach. If you want more entertainment, head south to the main beach for more restaurants, shops, concerts, arcades, etc. (about 10 minutes by bike if you don't want to pay to park there!)
Local restaurants (Las Olas Taqueria, The Galley Hatch) and stores (CVS, Rite Aid) are just a 5 minute drive away. Hannaford is 7 minutes. Hampton is 1 hour north of Boston, 20 minutes south of Portsmouth and 35 minutes east of Manchester.
Uber and cabs are available in Hampton. The area is perfect for getting around by walking and biking. North beach and the main beach have paid parking.

- "Location of cottage was perfect. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and convenience store but on the quieter end of town, which I appreciated. The shower being located in one of the bedrooms was a little funky, but we made it work. Cottage had all the basics you need to start your stay. Outdoor seating was nice after a day at the beach or pre dinner while waiting for everyone to get ready but I didn’t realize it was more of a community area (people from other rentals using the grill in that space etc.) Owner was very responsive, parking was well explained and smooth. Would definitely stay again!"

Frequent sightings of bald eagles, ducks, geese, and loons. Summer nights often filled with the beautiful wail of the loons. This property has its own private, 2 car, off road parking.

There are front and rear decks. The front deck features an outside shower. The rear deck has a Weber gas grill and patio furniture for eating and enjoying outside.

There is NO smoking in the house!!

The open living area is where you’ll find the pull out couches, a pub size table with 4 seats, 55” Smart TV with cable /WiFi and a Blu-ray DVD player.

Other conveniences include: window air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, microwave, an electric fireplace and small fans in bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, silverware, glassware and pots and pans. We provide a full size coffee maker with filters.

There are many fun options just a short walk away...

Free nightly outdoor shows at the Sea Shell, Monday night movies on the beach, major acts at the Casino, mini golf, water slide, fireworks every Wednesday, arcades and more!

- "It was as advertised. Two bed room with pull out couch. It was clean except for the shower curtain liner (which I always bring one with me) no problem with us. More than 4 adults would be pushing it. It's about 5 houses down from the beach. Easily walkable for Sunrise, lunch and anything you forgot to bring down to the beach. Parking for two vehicles is a tight squeeze We had a Honda CRV and Subaru Outback and it was a tight fit." - "The house was everything we could have wanted and just as advertised. This two-bedroom cottage features one double bed in each bedroom and is situated just a few steps (175 yards/3-minute walk) away from the pristine white sand beach, without the need to cross Ocean Boulevard. It is NOT oceanfront. There is a plethora of amenities available within a short walking distance, including various restaurants and shops, as well as exciting activities such as deep-sea fishing, whale watching, para-sailing, mini-golf, free concerts at the new Seashell stage, and weekly fireworks during the peak season! Additionally, golf courses, Water Country, and the Kittery Outlet Malls are just a short drive away, and Portsmouth is only a 25-minute drive, while Boston is approximately an hour away.

This is an upstairs unit, but the lower unit is used only for storage and is not occupied. The cottage is completely furnished and boasts brand new mattresses, a new bathroom, new windows and siding with recently installed wood floors, a newly renovated full kitchen, expanded cable on a new flat screen TV, free wireless internet and AC. It has a gas grill and picnic table in the shared back yard. There is a cozy front porch perfect for relaxing and a small back deck as well. All you need to bring are your linens and paper goods, and you can start enjoying the stunning beach. To make your stay even more convenient, a beach umbrella, beach buggy, and beach chairs are also provided, along with free Wi-Fi!

NO SMOKING or tobacco use of any kind (and NO "vape" or e-cigarettes either) are allowed anywhere on the premises including the porches and yard! This is NOT a party place. We live next door. Parking for ONE car in the yard.

We are dog friendly - upon approval you may bring ONE well-behaved, friendly, quiet, and fully vaccinated dog ($150 per week Pet Fee will apply).
