Private waterfront cottage with ocean, island and lighthouse views on quiet tidal cove. Located in Cape Porpoise, a small fishing village which is part of Kennebunkport. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, screened-in porch, both overlooking the cove. Large living room with two twin built-in daybeds and fireplace, cozy master bedroom and bath.

Pier and water access for kayak, canoe or boat owners to Cape Porpoise islands. The Red Cottage is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The first floor features a living room, large bedroom with queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, one bathroom, sitting room with washer/dryer and three season porch. Upstairs is an alcove with a twin bed, and a large bedroom with three twin beds. The large backyard has a patio with grill for summer cookouts, seating for 6, or sit under the pines by the babbling brook with a good book. A short walk through the woods brings you to the bluff overlooking the marsh and river, with views to the ocean beyond. There are fox, deer, waterfowl, hawks and eagles, the kayakers, fishing and recreational boaters, and the ebb and flow of the river.

The property had everything you needed and more for the very best beach vacation. The property included an outdoor shower for cleanliness after the beach but before you come inside the cottage. The indoors of the cottage has every amenity you would need including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart tv, and two very cozy bedrooms. Within a few minutes you could walk to the local shuffle board courts in Ocean Park or a stroll into OOB for a fun adventure at Palace Playland or the numerous restaurants OOB has to offer. With private parking on the property you really feel very secure, cozy and stress free. My family recommend this property to anyone and give it a 10 out of 10. Charming private guest cottage at the back of a beautiful property in the fantastic Oakdale neighborhood of Portland. Open concept family room, kitchen & dining bar downstairs w/ large loft bedroom/office upstairs. Outside, there’s a nice deck and private patio with a 4-person hot tub! Spacious upstairs loft has a queen bed, office nook, comfy futon sofa & workout bike. Easily sleeps 4 with extra sleeping space downstairs. The cottage Includes an in-unit washer/dryer, AC/heater, dishwasher, and well-stocked kitchen - plus free onsite parking!

The full cottage is yours to use! The Oakdale neighborhood of downtown Portland is a highly desirable part of the city, known for its charming tree-lined streets and close proximity to downtown Portland and the scenic Back Cove (with its popular loop trail for walking, jogging, or cycling). The cottage location is safe and quiet with easy onsite parking and plenty of nearby shops, cafes and great restaurants. The cottage is loaded with charm, a wonderful space for short or longer-term visits, with an office nook and free Wi-Fi. The spacious upstairs loft provides plenty of room for working out, reading, or spending cozy nights on the comfortable, queen size bed.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves, with no shared walls or bathrooms. The private cottage is detached from the main house (with two friendly long-term tenants), separated by a large courtyard with a fire pit and nice outdoor seating. Outside is a private hot tub area, with outside seating to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an afternoon glass of wine or cocktail.

The downstairs queen sofabed is super comfortable, with a thick upgraded Tempur-pedic mattress that sleeps two additional adults. (Sleeps like a regular mattress, with no lumps, bars or sags.) There's also a thick modern futon bed upstairs and an additional floor mattress if needed.

The cottage is super cute, we enjoyed a rainy night there doing a puzzle. I will say that the bedroom is a bit bright on those long summer days! Bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive. Welcome to Fisherman's Cove in Pine Point Maine. We offer two beautiful waterfront cottages in Pine Point for summer weekly vacations. Fishermen’s Cove Cottage is a one-story ranch with a cathedral ceiling and huge windows with views of the river and estuary. The Anchorage Cottage is a 2-story cottage with a panoramic view of the river, estuary, and harbor from floor-to-ceiling windows. Both have their own listings on VRBO and other platforms. Please check both cottages for availability.

Our Cottages are right on the waterfront in Pine Point Harbor. They have stunning views including some of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see! It's just a short walk to the famous Pine Point Beach, 3 miles of beautiful sandy shore which leads to Old Orchard Beach. Pine Point has several fine restaurants and it's only 10 minutes to the amusements in Old Orchard Beach, and 20 minutes to the greater Portland area and the Maine Mall for those occasional rainy days for dining and shopping. There's Fantastic fishing right from the backyard or on the Fisherman's Pier which is just a two-minute walk. Nature lovers will find the Scarborough Marsh an amazing place to explore.

STAYS
We offer seven-night stays from June to September, and full weeks or 3- or 4-night weekends in the transition seasons.
Not all of our guests use a full week but our pricing is based on a 7-night stay during the peak season because weekdays are hard to book. Please select Friday night to Thursday morning even if you will be using fewer nights so your quote is accurate.

FALL - WINTER – SPRING (The “Off-season”)
We cater to the traveling health care professional with a 30-night stay or longer. Send an inquiry for a custom quotation. Shorter stays during these times (weeks, weekends) are at a higher rate than shown online (AirBnB & VRBO only allow one rate to appear and that is the 30-night minimum rate. We will give you a custom quote. Short-term rates are higher because we deep clean between each guest and have to account for vacancies).

CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in is Friday afternoon after 5 pm or whenever you choose to arrive. Check-out is Friday morning by 10 am. The cottage is cleaned thoroughly from 10 am to 5 pm on Fridays except when guests stay for 2 or more weeks.

PETS
We accept pets with a modest fee for special cleaning. There are a few breeds of large or heavily-shedding dogs we can't accept, primarily due to allergy sensitivities of cleaning staff and some guests. Please just ask and we will be as flexible as possible. We ask pets stay on the first floor at the Anchorage Cottage and provide a stair gate.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
We should have everything you need, including bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels. Each bed will have a set of linens with freshly & professionally laundered ones brought each Friday, with each bed made for your comfort. We also provide comforters. You're welcome to provide your own linens if you prefer. We always have backups if needed. We provide towels but you may want your own beach towels.

Pull out couch in living room can sleep an additional 2. Full kitchen, bathroom, and furniture. This cottage has wifi, cable tv and air conditioning. Just off the beat and path in a quiet area of Old Orchard Beach. Enjoy a BBQ in the back yard. Great set up for a couple looking to get away or a small family. Must be over 21 years old to rent and this rental is in a quiet family area and its NOT a party area. Sorry no pets allowed.

- "A fabulous house that has everything!!!!" - "As Stephon from SNL says, "This place has it all... "hair dryer, curling iron, fancy shampoo, CONDITIONER, ladies! Conditioner! Q-tips, toothpaste, Laundry detergent AND softener AND dryer sheets. Seriously, just pack your clothes, (but leave room because you know you're going to LL Bean at some point). We are pretty sure this place was either featured on Home Edit or very, very inspired by the show because everything is neatly organized and labeled. There is a full bar with accessories to make any mixologist feel at home. There are books, including kids books, to learn about Maine! Our favorite finds were in the garage: the wagon to cart your kids around, beach chairs, beach toys and games, beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen, a lantern, a kids lantern(!) all were above and beyond and super helpful. The wagon was a lifesaver when we went on the ferry one day. Frank was super helpful and always fast to respond. We asked him for restaurant recommendations and I highly suggest you do this if you stay here. The places he sent us to were top notch and I'm still dreaming about the food. Can't wait to come back!"

This home is located in the spirited waterfront community known as Camp Ellis in Saco Maine (Southern Maine). Camp Ellis is a working waterfront community with a dock and a mile long jetty. Very popular for local lobstering and tuna fishing! When the ice truck drives by the house you know a fisherman is at the dock with a tuna!!!

Immaculate well-appointed cozy cottage with newly installed central air - no more noisy window AC units!!! Newly updated and decorated in a tasteful "pottery barn coastal". Two bedrooms with one large bath and an additional outdoor shower. One bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (memory foam mattress) and has a walk-in closet and TV; second bedroom has two twin beds and a small closet. All linens included at no extra charge. Bathroom is newly remodeled and spacious with a large vanity and walk-in shower (no tub).

Good size kitchen with a breakfast nook. All stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal and is fully stocked with cookware, dishware and all the necessities for whipping up a quick meal. Comfortable sized dining room and a large back deck to enjoy outdoor dining and colorful sunsets. There is a sunny, all-season front porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails, which has been completely remodeled (pictures coming soon).

The house is equipped with a new outdoor gas grill. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for guests to use as well. Additionally, beach towels and 4 beach chairs are provided. This house accommodates 4 guests comfortably. And has a nice big yard for cornhole and other games (stored in basement) and a large driveway for off street parking.

The house is just a few blocks to 7 miles of beautiful beach, which includes Ferry Beach State Park (you can walk all the way to Old Orchard beach at low tide). It's a short drive to popular attractions in Old Orchard Beach and many of Saco's family attractions including amusement and water parks, miniature golf, a drive-in and indoor movie theater (RT 1 North). And enjoy nearby golf courses in Saco, Old Orchard Beach and Arundel (a Bush family favorite). Great vacation spot for the entire family. Sorry, No Pets and No Smoking.

The Camp Ellis trolley is back this season, providing transportation from Camp Ellis to OOB for an afternoon or evening of OOB fun! Kayak, bike, hike, swim or just relax in this waterfront village. Fish off the jetty or watch the fisherman haul in lobster and tuna on the dock, just a short walk from the cottage. Enjoy watching the boats sailing down the Saco River to the open ocean. There is a small country store for essentials with great sandwiches and a seafood restaurant and bar (Hout's) with live entertainment and ice cream all within walking distance from the house (businesses are only open seasonally). Camp Ellis is less than a 30 minute drive to Portland and Kennebunkport, about 40 minutes to Freeport for some outlet shopping! Adorable 140 year old home has 2 adjoining light & airy bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Perfect for a quiet get away! It is centrally located to all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer.

The space
Light and airy, second floor bedroom with a full bed. Access is on the main level and up a set of short, but narrow stairs.

Guest access
Shared kitchen and shared bathroom on the main level. The only resident is myself. You are welcome to use the microwave in the kitchen and store perishables in the refrigerator as long as you clean up after yourself. There is a coffee machine and hot water kettle and I do have coffee and tea (and hot chocolate) available.

Parking is on the street, on either side of my driveway. Please don't park in front of my neighbor’s house, there's plenty of room on my side :)

During the winter months, if there are large snow piles on the street, you may park in the driveway. Please remember that while the driveway will accommodate three vehicles, we will need to park smart so that we all fit :)

**IMPORTANT INFO**
There’s no guest bathroom upstairs. THE WATER CLOSET UPSTAIRS IS PRIVATE. The washer and dryer are not available for guest use.

During your stay
I will meet you with a key when you arrive, unless other arrangements are made. I work full time, but I am available by text and anything you may need, I will do my best to accommodate while you are my guest. I look forward to meeting new people and helping them enjoy our fabulous town.

There are three security cameras on the exterior of the property. Two on the garage and one on the deck. The one on the deck faces the front steps. The cameras have microphones and can be used to communicate if needed.

Other noteworthy features include a hammock, pumpkin chair and large backyard. There is a large deck with table and chairs on the side of the house, as well as a small deck in the front flower garden with Adirondacks to relax in. There is an outdoor shower just off the back deck stairs so that rinsing off after a day at the beach is a snap. It has both hot and cold water. I have beach towels hanging on the far side of the refrigerator in the foyer for guest use. You can hang them over the deck railings to dry when you return from your adventures. These amenities are available for bookings from late May to early September.

The space
This private home is ideal for couples or a family. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and the secondary has two twin beds that can be made into a king, upon your request. The space boasts a comfortable living room, screened in porch, front deck, garden, and outdoor shower.

The kitchen has the essentials: a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee pot, utensils, plates, pots, and pans. The perfect setup for family meals! There is also a propane gas grill should you choose to BBQ.

Southern Maine has so much to offer in every season. From beaches and lobster rolls in the summer, to skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Birding, fishing and hiking year round! The cottage is located across the road from a beautiful nature preserve with tons of hiking trails and streams running throughout.

A 1900's beach cottage on Peaks Island, a 5 minute walk from the ferry, but nestled off the road in a park like, peaceful setting. Hear the waves at night from the backyard, walk 5 minutes to Sandy Beach for swimming and to Picnic Point, with its view of Cushing Island and Whitehead Pass. Experience the beauty of Peaks -- but take a 17 minute ferry ride into downtown Portland for award winning restaurants. The best of both worlds!

The space
This is a quintessential Maine beach cottage from the 1900's. It is back off the road so it's doesn't get the noise of golf carts and other activity. From the deck, you can hear the ocean waves at night. There is a living room, dining room, well stocked kitchen, beautiful back porch with rocking chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Beautiful flower garden out front at the right time of year. (PS--Some of the reviews mentioned a shared bathroom. That is no longer the case.) (There is not a golf course near by...I never chose that but maybe because I mentioned golf carts, airbnb thinks there's a golf course???)

Our little cedar shingle cottage sits overlooking 75 feet of pristine lakefront. Imagine yourself diving in for an early morning swim from the dock. Enjoy breakfast down by the water, as you listen to the sounds of birdsong. The Cottage is close to Portland, Windham and Freeport to give you variety to enjoy shops & renowned restaurants. The cottage is nestled in the lakes region, with many trails to hike and still be home in-time to watch the sunset and relax around the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy!

The space
At 450' square feet, with deck and large yard, this “big version” of a tiny house, includes a fireplace and “treehouse” style views from the second floor bedroom accessible by a stair ladder.
Ceilings are low on the first floor, so if you are over 6' this might not be your happy place.

The rustic kitchen is stocked for your basic cooking needs including a coffee maker, dishes, cookware and microwave. While we have done lots of updates, this is a converted camp and it’s still got the great rustic Maine campy feel!

Other things to note
Important: This beautiful lake is free from all invasive species and we want to keep it that way. ALL water gear must be cleaned prior to your arrival if it's been in another lake. Milfoil can spread from a small piece and could endanger the health of the lake quickly because of its small size.
You supply wood for the outdoor foreplace and beach towels for lake use.

We recommend bringing bottled water. The water from the tap is fine for showers and teeth brushing. It’s also drinkable but will be discolored.

Lay in the outdoor hammock or lounge on the dock by the water, while enjoying a good book. Toast some marshmallows over an open fire while star gazing. Be sure to come back in the fall when the lake is ablaze with the color of the changing leaves. We are close to many prime leaf peeping sights.

Skiing, biking & hiking trails make this a perfect place to be in all seasons.

Please don't leave any unattended fires.

Covered Bridge Cottage is on the Presumpscot River. Historic Babb's bridge adjoins the property. This peaceful, secluded woods cottage sleeps 5. As our guests, you have full access to the Private, Deeded Rights only, Beach/Boat launch area. You will see it straight ahead as you arrive, just before you take the right to get to our house. There are some signs on the left side of the area that identify it as this Private area and list the rules of the area also.

If you are at the house, the lake is about a minutes walk away. From the driveway go left on the dirt road and you will quickly come to the Private Beach Access area on your right. You and your guests have rights to this beach area as long as you are residing in our Airbnb home.

Please be aware that the plumbed water in the house should only be used for showers/baths, cleaning, washing dishes, etc., but not for consumption.
This is the case because it is not city water nor does it come from a well, but instead comes directly from the brook beside the house that flows directly into the lake.

There will be some bottled water at the house for drinking when you arrive.

Our lakefront home is tastefully decorated combining cottage-style with rustic charm, comfortable furnishings surround you in every room. The living room hosts a large stone wood-burning fireplace, sliding door opens to a large deck with outdoor seating for six, the ground floor/walk-out daylight basement has a large screen TV, sofa seating for 4 and a card table & chairs for puzzles and activities. The beautiful screened-in porch has Pottery Barn sofa seating for six and a large dining table and plenty of room for entertaining.

Each bedroom has a full-size bed, closet and dresser. The two bathrooms are newly renovated, exceptionally clean and quaint. The property has a private dock (in-season), 3 kayaks, and one canoe for your use. Fishing, swimming, kayaking, and napping are our favorite sports.

In the winter the home transforms itself into a cozy lakefront cabin, the views of the lake expand and the moon lights up the snow-covered tundra big and bright! You can snowshoe, ice fish, or simply stike up a fire and grab a book.

As a guest you have full access to the home with it's beautiful large deck overlooking the lake, screened-in porch with Pottery Barn Sofa and picnic table, 3 kayaks, canoe, fire pit and immediate lakefront area.

The space
Complete overhaul of a charming cottage with 50 feet of private and direct lake front access. Raymond Pond is 346 acres in total with a max depth of 42 feet and water temps that range from 70-80 degrees June-September.

The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed and then a twin size day bed located in the sun room that overlooks the water. The open style concept blends the kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room all into one enjoyable space.

The kitchen is stocked so you can make a wide variety of meals and there is also a grill out on the back deck. Salt/pepper/oil/sugar and some basic spices provided in case you're in a pinch.
