Private waterfront cottage with ocean, island and lighthouse views on quiet tidal cove. Located in Cape Porpoise, a small fishing village which is part of Kennebunkport. Polly’s Place is one of 2 houses that share a 5 acre private property located back off the road with a mixture of trees and lawn. This cottage was built by our Aunt Polly and Uncle Hans. We lived in it for years while building our forever home in the back of the property. It’s quiet here with a peacefulness you feel being close to nature.
Polly’s Place features a full size kitchen and dining room, a large comfortable living room, two bedrooms, a large bathroom, office area, and laundry area. All bedrooms have blackout shades.
