The weather was perfect! Cool nights & warm days! Our favorite adventures during our stay were seeing the beaver in the early morning by the lakeside; catching lots of fish; kayaking; roasting marshmallows on the camp fire at night; swimming and of course just relaxing in the swing on the porch! The location is great; walking distance to town. With all the fun things to do right here at the cottage and the bay, we didn't have to leave! We'd love to return again!

The weather was fantastic! Sunny and warm for all but two of our days. Our favorite adventures during our stay were our daily walks into town and the walking trail around the bay. The outdoor shower - absolutely wonderful!! We even checked out the Hospital Aid Fair on Saturday. Several of us also drove to Lincoln NH for the Alpine Sip Line adventure - great fun! Oh, and not to forget the round of golf at Kingswood golf course down the street. We enjoyed eating at the Wolfetrap after reading all the positive reviews from other guests in the cottage guest book. We really had a great week - and particularly enjoyed the KUBB game we found on the porch. Great for fun in the afternoon after a swim. Albee Beach on Lake Wentworth was another great excursion - especially for the children!
- "Everything was as shown and stated. Beds were much better than expected. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. We sat around the fire pit pone evening. We walked into town and that was great. Ate a variety of restaurants and enjoyed them all. Recommend that you make reservation stop early for weekend dining. Rainy day drove to LL Bean and a beach. Not as far as we thought. Enjoyed our stay very much." aug 2023. Ron, Lynn, Jen" - "This was the quintessential summer getaway! Kayaks, canoes, paddle boat, and games all kept everyone happy. Walk or boat to town docks for lots of things to do or just hang out in the spectacular backyard which is located on the bay! Super clean home with everything you need to make fabulous memories."

This charming cottage with whimsical decor has beautiful lake and mountain views. Lake Wentworth is a quiet 3000 acre lake known for its crystal clear water, sandy bottom and great fishing. The location is private, yet you are only three miles from Wolfeboro, 'The Oldest Summer Resort in America,' and Lake Winnipesaukee. Decorated with antiques and 'shabby chic' style furniture, it was featured in Yankee Magazine's May 2006 magazine. There is a newly renovated kitchen, sun room dining area, and beamed cathedral ceiling and fireplace in the upstairs living room. A large deck with 2 seating areas is close to the water's edge, as well as a new vaulted ceiling screened porch that connects with the master bedroom and kitchen. The new first floor has amazing lake views from every space, all at the edge of the water! A second family room with fireplace, game room, laundry room and two new baths provide lots of space to hang out separately or together! A private dock and swimming raft are steps from the house. The house has four private bedrooms and sleeps 8. In the fall, enjoy the lakefront patio with portable fire pit table, or the two indoor fireplaces. This is not your typical rental- it is perfect for a single family or several couples. PLEASE message me before renting- I will not accept any rental requests made directly on line without communicating with potential renters.
- "What a wonderful week. The house and location couldn’t have been more perfect. We had enough space to spread out (4 adult children visited for part of week) and then come together for dinner. Lots to do in the area - Sabet’s “book” is full of fabulous recommendations! And the view!!! Beautiful. We were so comfortable - all creature comforts taken care of - including welcome treats! Thanks, Sabet, for sharing your home with us!" - "Lovely home on quiet Wentworth Lake! The master bedroom with private bath opens out onto the screened-in porch, the perfect place to relax. You can bask in the sun on the deck just off the kitchen, living room and second bedroom, which has a full bath off of it. The lower level offers two more bedrooms opening out to the lake, with a family room and two full baths. Plenty of space for eight adults. There is a little protected area from where you enter the lake. Relax on a float or take the kayaks for a ride. My family has vacationed in Wolfeboro since the early 60's. My four siblings and adult nephew and niece all agreed it is the best house we have ever stayed in. Sabet is wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful week."

Check in was super easy and host answered any of my questions promptly. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. We had fabulous weather and spent the bulk of our time on the dock or in the water! My mother spent 30-60 minutes just floating in a ring every day the water was so warm! Not far from the town center if you need anything or want to shop. It was very peaceful at night and we heard a few Loons. *My mother doesn't have any trouble walking but the steps are a bit steep going down to the grassy area in front of the lake but there is a railing. It may be a bit difficult for someone who has trouble walking or needs help."
