- "The Pink Blossom was a good stay, offering a pool and hot tub, we enjoyed both. We also utilized the free coffee/tea in office a couple times a day available 7am-7pm. The room was just big enough with a well supplies kitchen area and good size frig. We didn't use the kitchen much because our stay was only a couple days. The only change i would make is i would have liked a softer bed, it was very firm, and maybe adding a small gym to the property. The hotel is close to the seashore trail ( i can't recall the exact name of it but you can walk right to it from the hotel and it's a beautiful ocean front trail. Also many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall happy with the stay."

- "Fantastic view and location. Walkable to restaurants and shops yet very quiet and peaceful. Full kitchen plus towels and linens were great. The WiFi worked great. Check in was easy and seamless. The only negative is that we did not realize the master bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. Not ideal. The basement bedroom does have a bathroom on the same level. Also, there are no doors to either bedroom. It was fine for us but FYI. The beds were very comfortable and option of A/C was nice since it did get hot in July. Overall we absolutely loved the view and would stay here again. Ogunquit is a very cute town."

- "We chose this cottage for its affordable price and convenient location near the beach and other attractions in Maine. Footbridge Beach turned out to be our favorite, just a short distance away with the added bonus of restroom facilities. Surprisingly, even though the cottage is in Wells, getting to Wells Beach takes longer and involves more traffic during peak times. The cottage is perfectly situated near Ogunquit and offers easy drives to popular destinations like Old Orchard Beach and Portland. It comfortably accommodated two adults and two teenagers, and it was well-stocked with all the essentials. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The gated community where the cottage is located is an added plus, featuring a nice pool area with a large in-ground hot tub, a game room, and a well-equipped workout facility. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property. We’d gladly return for another stay."

This is a cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached cottage in a great Ogunquit location that is located directly off Route 1 in Ogunquit Maine.
This Property is located in a private, quiet & peaceful location surrounded by nature and conveniently located on the Trolley line.
Trolley's make stops at the Beaches, all thru town, Perkins Cove, etc during their season dates of operation. There is a trolley stop right in front of the Eastwind Cottages, making catching a trolley ride very convenient.

This cottage is a close walk to the Main Beach, about 5/10 of a mile(approx 16 minute walk, aprox 3 minute drive). It's a short walk away from our beautiful town(15 minutes) and a scenic walk to the lovely Footbridge beach(17 minutes).

It is Conviently located with The Lobster Pound across the street & is next to The Egg & I Restaurant. Many other local shops & restaurants are within walking distance.

Park your car & forget it. There is a Private Parking spot available for one car in driveway that is adjacent to cottage and there are also some visitor spaces available as well In the overflow spots. No campers & No Trailers.

*The association does Not allow trailers or campers. No busses, boats, jet skis or any vehicle over 10' 6". This is an assicoation rule and if violated, your stay will be terminated.

Both bedrooms have its own Personal bathroom with a shower in both bathrooms.
-Bed sizes: 1 queen size bed in master bedroom, -Second bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin memory foam mattresses. -There is also a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are 2 new tv's, 1 in the living room (50") & 1 in the master bedroom (40") both with cable & WI-FI.

Kitchen is fully equipped, with Stove/oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, silverware, utensils, pots & pans, and a dining table with 6 chairs. etc.

There is also a Washing Machine and Dryer in the laundry room which helps making packing lighter. Washing Detergent isn't included.(But, it's usually a above the washer)

There is a propane grill next to the deck.
There are 6 Adirondack chairs in the yard.
You can enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises or enjoy the beautiful evenings that Ogunquit has to offer. Enjoy the distant view of the Ogunquit Tidal River and Atlantic Ocean also.
On the deck, there are also 2 chairs with a small table.

There is a wall A/C unit in the living room, ceiling fan in master bedroom, plus oscillating fans. (For cooler months, there is a propane heating unit located in the kitchen area that heats the cottage nicely )

She communicated quickly with us about check-in with a thorough set of instructions and “how-to’s” for amenities, and made herself available should we need anything. This is a cozy cottage located directly off Route 1 in Ogunquit Maine. It is .67 Miles to the Footbridge Beach And Main beach of Ogunquit. Voted recently as one of the best beaches in America. Parking is available for one car in driveway that is adjacent to cottage and there are visitor spaces available as well.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a full size bed, both with new mattresses and new linens, which are provided.

The cottage has been freshly painted and is cleaned weekly.
The kitchen has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is full stocked with all table ware, and pots and pans making it easy to prepare a home cooked meal. Coffee maker available. This charming, cozy, newly renovated cottage is located in a quiet gated Beach Dreams resort. It sleeps four and has one bathroom and two bedrooms with a three season porch. Both bedrooms have queen beds . All new furnishings in 2019.

Welcome to Sandpiper Cottage... walking distance to restaurants and the popular Footbridge Beach. The Cottage is located on Ocean Street, a lovely residential area, less than a five minute walk and you will have sand between your toes! A variety of restaurants are around the corner to satisfy your taste buds! We are steps away from the trolley stop to bring you to all of Ogunquit's wonders... great location for families, couples or a quiet getaway with friends.

As new owners of this quaint cottage we have updated the cottage with new furniture, new mattresses and bedding, kitchen essentials and the interior has been freshly painted. Sit out in the enclosed porch with a cup of coffee and a good book, have a drink in the evening by the outdoor fire place or take a nap after a long day at the beach. We have central air for those hot days and an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. The cottage also offers Wi-Fi, a variety of books, games and DVD's... beach chairs, lawn games, gas grill and washer/dryer. The first bedroom offers a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with new mattresses/memory foam toppers. - "We booked this property last minute when another property we had booked last winter was sold and the contract was not honored. We were four adults and had a wonderful time! This cottage is in a beautiful spot and very well equipped. It's convenient to the beaches but also has a heated pool and whirlpool. You can walk to the farmers' market and Bread and Roses bakery. We like to cook, so the kitchen was a huge plus. The property was spotlessly clean and the screened in porch was nothing short of magical! Communication was excellent with the owner. As my daughter said, 11 out of 10!"

Nestled in the Eastwind Village is our second home. This property is a duplex cottage located just off of Rt. 1 near the Lobster Pound restaurant. Footbridge Beach is a 1/2 mile walk, and the Center of town is 3/4 of a mile. Additionally there is a Trolley Stop right near our house that makes it easy to get to the beach or anywhere around town.

After a nice day at the beach, come home to relax in the private wooded back yard with lots of shade under the pine trees. There is a propane fireplace & BBQ grill for guests enjoyment. Central-Air conditioning & Heat to keep you comfortable in any season.

There are 2 studio units with open floor plan. This rental is for 1 unit, but if you're traveling with friends and would like to rent both, please contact me about availability. Each is completely separated and has its own full kitchen, private bathroom, living room and dining room with all standard amenities. There is a pull out queen size sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. (outdoor amenities are shared)

There are new 50' Flat Screen TV's mounted in each living room, and Cable TV is included. Free Wifi is also available.

Both Kitchens are well equipped, with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, dishes, pots & pans etc. There are 2 parking places on each side and limited additional guest parking based on availability.

We believe our rental rates are very low for Ogunquit considering the quality of this property. We are trying to establish relationships with guests here in Maine for many years to come, and develop a good repeat client base. We want to ensure we are fully rented, which is why we are offering these rates. If you rented from previous owners, you will find we have made many improvements, such as new bedding, flat screen TV's, Digital Keyless Entry, Fee Wi-Fi, and much more.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS - This is a violation of our association by-laws and therefore non negotiable. Certified Service Animals to assist handicapped guests are allowed with approved documentation of course.

Local ordinances prohibit us from changing over guest more than once in a seven day period. This cottage #181 at Beach Dreams will not disappoint! The owners have made this the perfect vacation rental. Everything was freshly painted and updated for the 2023 season. For the 2025 season they have installed a mini split A/C unit that will keep the cottage much cooler than the in wall units. There is all new stainless steel appliances. There is a new queen size bed in the master bedroom and in the living room a new queen size sofa bed and chair. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The location is in the back of the property of Beach Dreams which is a very quiet area with privacy. There are hardwood floors throughout the cottage and is decorated with a beach theme. The screened in porch is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach while you cook dinner on the gas grill.

*Please note that linens and towels are not included. Also, the owners do have a dog that visits the cottage when they are using it. The cottage is always cleaned professional after their stays.

It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area! Located in the charming seaside village of Wells, this delightful cottage offers access to extensive amenities in a safe, well maintained gated community within a mile of the ocean. Beach Dreams cottages and condominiums are on 43 acres set back from coastal route one. The cottage is nestled in a quiet spot within close proximity to all amenities. Our guests have easy access to a large seasonally heated pool, children’s pool, hot tub, Fitness Center, Arcade and Game Room, Bocce Court and Basketball area all within a few hundred yards. It is only a short walk to recently renovated tennis and PickleBall courts.

There are 2 bedrooms - one with a comfy queen bed, dresser, closet, Smart TV, ceiling fan and blackout curtains. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and twin on top so it is comfortable for three people. Colorful slide out bins in a dresser, a pull out drawer under the bed , and a good sized closet provide plenty of space for storage.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking. It boasts a Jenn Air range, Bosch dishwasher and granite counters. An assortment of spices are available as well as fresh herbs growing next to the patio. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living area.

The living room provides a cozy place to watch the Smart TV, play games and puzzles provided, or take a nap on the couch. Two large sliders lead to the enclosed porch with a built-in window seat perfect for reading, storage for clean towels and shoes and a dining table that can seat 6. Rattan shades provide shade from the afternoon sun and privacy as needed.

The bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, plenty of Shaker hooks for towels, storage and a hair dryer and magnifying mirror for your convenience.

A welcoming patio surrounded by flowers and herbs provides a bistro table and two chairs perfect for morning coffee or sipping a cool drink while enjoying the sunset. A gas grill and picnic table with umbrella are provided in the backyard. Two beach chairs and sand toys are available in an outdoor storage bin for guests' use. Guests may bring their own bikes or kayaks and park them behind the cottage.

The area has much to offer. Moody Beach is an easy mile walk, Crescent, Wells, Footbridge, Ogunquit, and Drakes Beaches are within a few minutes drive. Excellent restaurants abound along this stretch of Route 1 as well as numerous family fun activities such as mini golf, Wonder Mountain, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge to name a few. Golf courses, hiking, kayaking, boating, fresh and saltwater fishing are readily available. Boat trips to see whales and seals, gorgeous rocky coastline, deep sea fishing and sunset cruises are available in Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The Ogunquit Theater has offered renowned summer theater for decades. A half hour drive to the quaint historic cities of Portland or Portsmouth opens extensive possibilities for additional restaurants, The Portland Museum of Art, Children’s Museum, historic house tours, boat tours, lighthouses and hundreds of shopping options are available.

Charming and beachy, this two-bedroom cottage at Holiday House in Wells features every simple comfort for a summer spent at the beach.

The cottage community of Holiday House enjoys a prime location along Route 1 between downtown Ogunquit and Wells, with Footbridge and Ogunquit Beaches both within a one-mile walk or bike ride. (Two adult-size bikes are even provided for your use.) On the shared grounds, you'll find an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck, and charcoal grills and picnic tables for barbecue dinners in the evenings.

This particular cottage is tucked at the edge of the trees, with an outdoor seating area that's perfect for sipping cold drinks, playing cards, and relaxing in the afternoons. The interior is cute and cozy, offering a living room with a smart TV, a snug kitchen with every essential appliance, and two dining areas to choose from - one indoors and one on the delightful screened porch. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well.

Walk to everything and save time and money spent on parking. This peaceful and centrally-located condo is only a half mile to town and 3/4 mile to the main beach. It is flanked by Daddy's Home Made Ice Cream and the Lobster Pound Restaurant, & breakfast options are across the street. Angelina's Ristorante and the Beachfire Grill are just a brief walk north. Ogunquit is home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, less than a mile away from our cottage.

The space
This condo cottage is the furthest one in the rear of the complex, furtherest from the road and the closest to the small pool. There is seating on the private front porch and a Weber gas grill, for your use only, and common area picnic tables.
In the living room there is a queen size 10" futon couch which folds out into a comfortable bed. There is a full kitchen and dining area and tiled shower stall.

There is a small, unheated pool and lounge are next to the cottage. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Our cottage has a new interior with full kitchen, corian counters in the color 'beach glass', sliding glass door overlooking the sand and surf. Enjoy a little luxury at the beach. Murphy wall bed allows you to listen to the waves crashing right outside the door.

York, Kittery, and Portsmouth are all within a short, scenic drive as well.

Get up with the sun each morning, sip your first cup of coffee outside on the screened-in porch, and pull a fresh swimsuit and towel from the washer/dryer for a beautiful day at the beach. We have chosen to list our family cottage on AirBnB so that we can share the magic we find on the Coast of Maine with others. This is our goal and we hope guests leave having had a moment away from the day-to-day, a chance to pause and an opportunity to make a memory or two.

Please note, our home is child-friendly with plenty of storybooks, board games and toys. In addition, we welcome families to use the double jogging stroller for walks to the beach and town. While the cottage is child-friendly, it is not child/baby-proof.

In addition to the jogging stroller, we also leave an adult bike, small child's bike and balance bike at the cottage and guests are also welcome to use these as well. The adult bike is great for quick last minute trips into town for a gallon of milk, loaf of bread, dozen eggs etc.

We encourage potential guests to review our listing fully prior to booking and to reach out with any and all questions. We want guests to make an informed decision when booking so that they can be sure to find accommodations best suited to their needs.

Completely remodeled in 2021 and just a half-mile from Footbridge Beach, this bright and beautiful cottage is the ideal place to stage a fun-filled vacation! Inside, the home enjoys cool tones, wood accents, and plenty of space to move around. Kick back on the living room's comfy sofa to stream a good Netflix, Hulu, or Prime movie on TV. The efficient little kitchenette is equipped with a farmhouse sink, attractive shelving and storage, and all the small and major appliances and counter space you'll need to create something special (no dishwasher). Enjoy your masterpiece on the two breakfast bar stools or at the living room's dining table with bench seating.

The furnished patio includes two Adirondack chairs, a great place to savor morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Have a little work to do while you're here? The high-speed WiFi will make it easy to do online research for those last-minute projects, and the dining table doubles as a convenient workspace. After spending a day at the beach, come home to enjoy a fun barbecue with friends via the private gas grill. There are two mini-spit air-conditioning and heating units for added comfort.

This tranquil summer cottage sits on the edge of Beach Plum Farm and Community Gardens, just up the road from Footbridge Beach. Take morning strolls on the farm trails next door, pack your boogie boards for beautiful days at the beach, and walk up to Main Street for dinners of fresh local lobster.

We've included a daybed with a trundle for additional beds.

But that's not all - make the most of the outdoor space too! Our patio comes with a grill for your convenience, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals at the cottage. Engage in some friendly competition with our yard games, including Cornhole and Big Jenga. Start your mornings right on the large front porch, a lovely spot to savor your coffee and soak in the surroundings. The space
Our property, newly renovated for summer 2025, features an open concept floor plan with chic cottage décor. The private first-floor primary bedroom features a dedicated ensuite and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs along with a sleeping/lounge space. The second full bathroom is located on the first floor. The three-season porch is the perfect spot for everyone to gather for drinks, meals, or games and evening can be spent around the firepit. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together, yet have their own personal space as well.

High speed wifi, cable, and smart TVs with streaming access provide plenty of entertainment. Our cottage is situated on a large lot off of a private cul-de-sac, the ideal location for kids to run around and play! It is also just down the street from the Scoop Deck and located near the area’s best beaches and family-friendly activities.

Noise Level: The cottage is located in a quiet cottage village, but it's not too far from downtown festivities that might bring occasional noise, particularly around major holidays.

Pet Policy: While we love animals, our cottage does not accommodate pets. Thank you for understanding and respecting this rule.

Children: Families are welcome! However, parents should note that the cottage has not been child-proofed and children should be supervised, especially around the pool area.

Beach Dreams is a family-friendly, gated community offering a variety of activities for people of all ages. Just under 2 miles to the beach it is an easy bike ride. The space

This cottage is a simple self-checkin with two bedrooms, each equipped me a smart tv. Blue bedroom is a queen and the coral bedroom is a full size. Each bed can sleeps 1-2 people comfortably.

The living room has a full size daybed Sealy mattress that doubles as a sofa, and a full size trundle bed that pulls out directly underneath to add 2 more sleeping areas.

Additionally, the large blue love seat in the living room also pulls out to a full size mattress, along with a chase lounge in the sunroom that can sleep someone. In total, 4-6 adults that can sleep here comfortably making this cottage your go to place to stay for a large family gathering ! 🛏️
(Max guest limit is 6 for this condo)

There is also a dedicated work space area in the sun room with a generous size desk for those wishing to work from home and plug in their Laptops. 🧑‍💻

Bed Sheets and towels are provided! but guests are encouraged to bring their own. (Bath towels are also supplied but guests shall wash and dry prior to check out as to not leave dirty towels stacking up in the unit.) 🛁

The blue bedroom closet is where you can find extra pillows and blankets.

The upgraded Minisplit AC system is brand new and located in the living room above the sliding glass sun room doors that cools the entire cottage with ceiling fans located in each bedroom, living room, kitchen, and sunroom providing for plenty of air flow.

Also you need to do is press the power button on and the most cool setting for AC is already programmed.

For functionality, the cottage has labels and instructions to assist you with your stay (things like the ceiling fans, light switches, Wi-Fi password, remote for the air conditioning, how to use the shower)

The cottage comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook (drinking glasses, dishes,silverware pots and pans, books, games, beach accessories, & brand new pickleball paddles!)

All that is required is that you clean after yourself and put things back after use. (No dirty dishes left in the sink please!)

Lastly, Guest must bring their Trash with them to throw away at the dumpster. Please bring your trash bag with you in your car and then after exiting the security gate, throw away right at the dumpster. This will be located on the right side of the vehicle 🚮

Note:: 1-2 toilet paper rolls and 1 paper towel roll is stocked for all new guests prior to check in to accommodate your stay; any toiletries after that will be responsibility of the guest to replenish.
