Oceanside Villa is a beachfront property located in the charming Moody Beach community. It is a rare area in Maine where the beach is fully private, extending all the way to the low-tide line, ensuring exclusivity for you and your guests. The villa is perfect for large family retreats and is conveniently close to the delightful downtown Ogunquit.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 15 people, with 6 bedrooms available. The larger house overlooks the ocean and offers 4 bedrooms, while the smaller house, set back from the beachfront, also provides 2 bedrooms (with a view!). Both houses feature spacious entertaining areas, complete with fully equipped kitchens, large sitting areas with televisions, and high-speed internet access.
Designed for summer fun, Oceanside boasts a putting green running alongside the house and a spacious yard with Adirondack chairs where you can relax and enjoy the ocean views. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a great time at the beach or in the ocean, including 4 bikes, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, several boogie boards, over a dozen beach chairs, a fire pit, and various other beach toys. Feel free to use any of these amenities!
Downtown Ogunquit, less than a 2-mile walk, drive, or bike ride away, is a true summer paradise. Explore the charming shops, dine at delicious restaurants, visit art galleries, and engage in various activities. Don't miss out on experiencing the renowned Ogunquit Playhouse or the lively bars like Maine Street and The Front Porch Piano Bar. For scenic views of the ocean, take a walk along the Marginal Way trail or indulge in a mouthwatering lobster roll at Billy's in Perkins Cove. And don't forget to satisfy your sweet tooth at the local candy store!
Oceanside Villa is owned by the Baker family. Prior to becoming owners, we rented this exact property for two weeks every year for the past decade, creating incredible memories. We are excited to share our home with you and provide an opportunity for you to make your own unforgettable experiences. During the summer, the house is primarily rented by recurring renters who come back every year. As a result, we have limited reviews on this site. The magical location is a hidden gem within the serenity of your new condo with, in addition to 2 bedrooms, has a full bath, full modern kitchen, dining area, and living room, and has he most amazing large outside deck overlooking the ocean. Open the 12 foot sliding glass doors and feel the relaxing and therapeutic ocean breeze and let the ocean be your playground. Have an amazing diner on the oceanfront deck.
The villa includes everything you would expect in a luxury oceanfront villa in Ogunquit. Fresh new high thread count linens and Turkish towels are provided as well as start up shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The well equipped new kitchen with custom cabinetry and tile includes everything you need for your culinary delights. Enjoy the convenience of fast WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, heating, AC, and an iron and ironing board. There is even on-site parking - a true rarity in Perkins Cove.

The location is absolutely ideal: Quiet yet in the center of it all. Enjoy Perkins Cove activities like deep sea fishing trips, charter boats, and beautiful cruises along the Maine coast, as well as shopping, museums and art galleries. Steps outside your door enjoy everything lobster - from a lobster breakfast, to lobster mac and cheese to the Footbridge Lobster's famous Lobster Roll.
Beachgoers can stroll the Marginal Way to the beach or catch an easy trolley or golf cart ride to the Maine Beach. We can even show you some local favorite beach hideouts and lesser known local restaurants. Where does Broadway go in the summer? Well, the Ogunquit Playhouse of course! The shows at our remarkable playhouse have incredible performances and history including where Betty Davis started her career!
Ogunquit Beach has been recently recognized as one of the top ten beaches in the United States and it is your time for you to see why!
There are also attractions right outside our Beautiful Place by the Sea. The Cape Neddick Golf Course is just a few miles from the villa as well as Mount Agamenticus for outdoor enthusiasts. Portland Maine is just 45 minutes and Portsmouth, New Hampshire is only about 25 minutes. Boston is 64 miles south of Ogunquit.
After all of this playing, come back to your villa and relax and enjoy a cocktail on the large oceanfront deck or search for sea dollars or sea glass on your own private beach. Too much stress? Don't want to do anything? Then just sit back and relax and hear the waves crashing right outside your doorstep. You deserve this level of luxury to recharge.
