The location was fabulous where you can walk to marginal way, Perkins Cove and Ogunquit beach. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely come back."

Continue Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. When you enter Ogunquit Center, turn left onto Shore Road. Follow Shore Road until you see a large parking lot on your right. Bear right after the parking lot (still Shore Road). About ¼ mile on right is the Hillcrest Inn Resort at 512 Shore Road. Turn right on Pine Hill South and travel approximately 100 yards. Turn right into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

I-95 North to Maine - Take Exit 7 to York/Ogunquit, Maine. Take left at traffic light onto Blue Star Memorial Highway (Route 1 North). Continue Route 1 North for approx. 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill Road. Follow Pine Hill Road for about 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Pine Hill SOUTH. Travel .2 mile and turn left into Northern Lites Condo Association parking area.

At TWENTY SHORE we are a NO SMOKING property. We regret that because of our 2nd floor location we are not handicap accessible. No Pets. NOTE: We are located in the village which is an energy-filled busy place during the summer and across from the Piano Bar which can be quite loud until closing time.

PARKING: We are fortunate to be able to provide on-site parking in the downtown area, as space is very limited in the town. Each suite rental has (1) Space Only. Our driveway is quite tight and hard to maneuver if you have a larger vehicle please note it in your reservation and we will work to accommodate if at all possible. If our parking lot does not work for you there are town & private lots that accept daytime and overnight parking for a fee. Off-site additional parking spots and fees are not included and will not be reimbursed by us. Thank you.

One note, the windows in this area are located at the back entrance, so privacy was somewhat of an issue. The kitchen is equipped for short stays, not really for gourmet meals. There is a Keurig for coffee but bring your own pods or visit one of the local coffee spots. The bathroom is small but sufficient. Lots of closet space. The bed was nice and firm. This unit is at the very end of the walkway making it more private, with little to no passers-by walking by the front door. Unit can accommodate 2 Adults comfortably. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. No pets, no smoking in the unit (smoking is permitted in a designated area in the parking lot).

The space
Located above the detached garage, offering plenty of privacy with the convenience of onsite hosts. Apartment feels simultaneously cozy yet airy with vaulted tongue + groove ceilings and tons of natural light.

Main living space consists of living room and eat in kitchen. Open concept - bedroom separated by sliding pocket door. Bedroom features a brand new queen-size Beauty Rest mattress and a cozy reading corner. Off the bedroom is a private 12x12 deck amongst the trees. A perfect spot for your morning coffee in the warmer months.

The newly renovated kitchen is small but mighty. Featuring quartz countertops, an 18-inch dishwasher, and plenty of under-cabinet and task lighting. The brand new bathroom boasts heated tile floors and a rain head shower.

Guest access
You'll have access to the full apartment. While you have the main entry is through the garage side door, we do ask that you do not enter the garage space. It is monitored by security cameras, as is the main house.

No security cameras in the apartment itself!

The newly-renovated, newly furnished condo is located right in the center of everything that beautiful Ogunquit has to offer.

Just a five minute walk to the beach and even closer to Ogunquit's landmark restaurants and bars, this is the most desirable location to stay in Ogunquit. Enjoy free on-site parking, a BBQ and on-site pool access.

The space
This beautiful studio apartment in the heart of downtown Ogunquit, Maine will give you convenient walking-distance access to everything the town has to offer. The space has a fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, pots, pans and on-site laundry. It comes equip with everything you need to make your stay as fun and memorable as possible.

Enjoy a very comfortable queen size bed and a futon bed for an additional guest. The unit also has a faux fireplace to keep chilly late summer evenings cozy.

The kitchenette comes complete with a toaster oven, electric skillet, glasses, dishes and a convection oven microwave combo.

The condo is located on the second floor of a two story building.

Key pickup is less than one mile away from the condo. Key pickup is available 24/7.

Other things to note
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the building or inside the condo unit. Also, the pool is open beginning in late May and closes in September.

Also, due to the prime location of the condo, my HOA is very, very strict about the policy that only one car is available to park on site, even if there are other open spaces in the lot. Additionally, only the Airbnb guest(s) that are approved are allowed in the unit at any given time. No parties or other guests are allowed in the building, but there are plenty of local options nearby to meet friends and family who are not staying in the unit.

Additionally, because Ogunquit parking is very limited, it is required that all guests provide their car information to be registered to park on site. This includes the make, model, color, state and plate number. This information will be kept private and not posted anywhere public, it is just so that the board knows that car is connected to my unit and won’t be towed.

We regret that because of our 2nd floor location we are not handicap accessible as there are 19 stairs to access the Carriage House. The space is NON SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed
