Located on a quiet, secluded stretch of beach just a short stroll to the Salisbury Beach Boardwalk and the Seabrook, NH state line (Brown’s, Markie’s, Tripoli’s…) and a quick 4-minute walk to the Hideaway Pub (Entertainment), Beachside Café (Breakfast/Lunch), a full-service laundromat, and a fully stocked convenience store.

This property is a 1st floor unit (3 steps) with easy access to the Beach. The Main Bedroom features a King-Sized bed and the Bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). There are also several futons (additional charge for futon bedding).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and pack your snacks for the beach. Lobster pots, crackers, and corn cob holders are included. With a full-sized dining table seating 6 you will have plenty of space to make and enjoy your meals and family time.

The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out after a long day in the sun. There is a 55” Smart TV including basic cable and HDMI adapters for your gaming system or firestick. There is also a game cabinet in the kitchen filled with family favorites (Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, Connect 4 and more..). A Centralized AC system will keep you nice and cool on those hot summer nights or warm on chilly evenings.

The only issue was that we had an issue with key pad not working which was nervewracking leaving the premise and not being able to lock the place. - "My husband, mother-in-law, and I were thrilled with this delightful space for a two-night vacation. None of us had been to Salisbury before and were thrilled with the swimming and long beach walks to the fun shops and eateries. We were very comfortable and would return!" - "I rented this property with my husband, children (2 & 4) and parents the week after Labor Day. The property is clean, well-maintained and well-appointed. I appreciated the detailed listing as well as the comprehensive house manual. Even though it was off-season, we had amazing 75-degree weather all week, so the AC and fans were much appreciated. The location was close to activities in Salisbury as well as Hampton Beach. The beach felt private, clean, quiet and so convenient. It was especially great for small children who still nap. While I feel the property was as advertised, the ‘first-level’ unit description is a bit misleading. While you only have to climb four steps to enter the unit, there is a steep wooden staircase to gain access to the yard and beach. My mother has mobility issues, so the staircase was a bit daunting. Again, the listing was accurate, but it’s something to be aware if your family has accessibility concerns. Also, the unit itself has low ceilings. My husband is 6’ 5” and had to duck through doorways and crouch a bit in the shower. Finally, the full-size bedroom does not have AC, and I quickly learned opening the window wasn’t an option, as the window opens to the trash barrels for the entire condo. Fortunately, the standing living room AC can be redirected into the bedroom at night. All in all these were minor tradeoffs for the location, condition of the property and attention to detail of the hosts. We would definitely return!"

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

The space
Guests enjoy the comfort of central heat and AC in our charming home away from home. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove and oven.
The living room holds a sectional pull out couch, a cozy love seat, a television monitor for your firestick or other streaming tool and a DVD player with dozens of movies to choose from.

The two bedrooms have dressers and extra blankets. The Master has a desk and the 2nd bedroom has a convertible chair/chaise.

The entire private apartment, including an enclosed front porch and exterior front deck is available to guests. The other half of the house is used by myself and family on occasion. The backyard provides incredible views and beautiful sunsets, but is not intended for guest use.

There is a beautiful view out of the back of the house via the slider doors in the master bedroom. We live on the edge of the great salt marsh and watch many different bird species out back on a daily basis. It also provides for gorgeous sunsets!

Welcome! We're excited to have you stay in our spacious apartment. To ensure a smooth arrival, here's a quick guide:

Early arrivals: if you arrive prior to the check-in time and the unit is vacant, clean and ready you are welcome to use. However, if it is not possible we do have storage options available in our garage for you to use if required.

Parking: Our designated guest spots are located in the large gravel parking lot at the back left of the
driveway. Please avoid parking in front of the garage doors or near the pool gate entrance.

Entering Your Private Space: Ascend the two short flights of stairs leading to the sliding glass door. You'll find a key box attached, and we'll send you the access code on your arrival day.

Sharing the Space: While you have a completely private second-floor apartment, kindly note that this is an owner-occupied property. We live below on the main floor, with a separate, locked stairway ensuring your privacy.

Backyard & Pool Access: You'll have shared access to our backyard, pool, and pool house. Keep in mind this is a shared space. The pool is typically quiet weekdays. On weekends, we may have occasional family or friends visiting. Please feel free to enjoy the pool regardless!

Furthermore, it is your responsibility to keep windows and doors closed so bugs do not get inside the house.

Surrounding Area: Although we are in a quiet place overall, we are still at the beach surrounded by a lot of hustle and bustle. If people outside our premises are socializing by means of smoking, drinking or being loud, it is out of our control.
