- "Very organized, the drawers in the kitchen are even labeled. We easily found whatever we needed, from extra towels to salt. It is close-ish to the highway but still quiet and the street was quiet too, there was plenty of street parking as well. Overall a very comfy place to stay." - "My family of 6 adults stayed at this property for two nights. It is close to an interstate, small airport, and train tracks. However, with the air conditioners running, I was not disturbed by noise from those things. In other seasons this may be a problem for a guest. One thing I would caution others about is that the hot water from the tap is not just hot, it is scalding! A regulator should be placed on the faucets or the water heater thermostat should be turned down by the owner. Kitchen had adequate utensils but was laid out in an odd fashion (i.e., sink, dishwasher, and trash on one side of the area and stove/refrigerator a good distance on the opposite side."

- "This apartment is exactly like the pictures, if not better! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Check in and out was easy. We went to Boston and Salem and this was the perfect spot for us to stay in between! We would definitely stay here again!" - "We really enjoyed the apartment and it was very nicely decorated and very clean. Loved how sunny it was in the afternoon as well. There were light snacks the owner left for us and there was ground coffee and some basic spices - salt, pepper, olive oil and seasoning. If you are sensitive to noise, the house is very close to 495 and you can see the traffic from the house. But every room has an airconditioner and has a high speed fan option to help minimize the noise, especially when sleeping. We did hear a train horn on a regular basis as well. But don't let this discourage you from staying here. This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in and would stay here again."

- "This is a second-floor apartment, one of three in a large home on a busy thoroughfare. It’s small, but very comfortable, with great beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Downstairs is an open concept -- living room, kitchen and half bath. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. When we arrived, we noticed that there were not enough towels for our five-day stay, and no dish towels provided at all in the kitchen; I called the property management team and they responded quickly and were very friendly. No televisions or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Great A/C system. Plenty of lovely windows, so great lighting. Two of the windows wouldn't lock, though, and the front door doesn't have an inside lock so anyone with the security code could enter -- but perhaps they change the code after each rental, not sure. Generous with their coat hangers (I've had to ask for them from other VRBO's!). Wonderful bedding and plenty of great blankets supplied. The description says "dryer," but there's actually a wonderful laundry room in the basement of the home with washer, dryer, supplies and a nice folding table. Unlike many other VRBO's, the check-out instructions weren't a mile long - just take out the trash, turn out the lights, set the thermostat. Five stars."

- "First of all the advertising is not what it appears, the showing of the property is from the back of the house, there was no lock box, no bathroom door to the rest room, there was a shower curtain in place of a door, you couldn't adjust the shower nozzle so you had to get in first to turn the shower on to avoid getting the floor soaking wet. The shower handles went in different directions. The shower head is fixed,. It is aimed at the shower door and difficult to get underneath without leaning against the door, No shelves in the refrigerator and to top it off there were roaches and mice there needs to be a thorough inspection of the house and property, it was a nightmare, we would like compensation for the horrible time while we we were there and leaving us to come out of pocket to continue to enjoy our vacation and another thing, it was HOT she told us about the window air conditioner after staying there 3 days."
