I will say my first impression of checkers was very disappointing. Upon walking in, the bed had been slept in, used towels on the bathroom and kitchen floors. My first thought was to turn around and leave. I immediately called the property manager Arjun Kumar to express my concerns. He noted I was booked but realize he hadn’t scheduled the cleaners. I believe this was an honest mistake. The cleaners arrived quickly, they did a spectacular job. I watched how they cleaned and give 5 stars for cleanliness. They provided clean fresh bedding including the comforter along with fresh towels. When they got done I felt relaxed and relieved. Good job to the cleaners and Arjun. Now to the apartment. It was cozy, nice place for 2. Bed and couch was comfortable, large screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom could use a little TLC, fresh paint and caulking would go a long way, please remove the 70’s fluffy toilet seat cover, backing and rugs, I recommend a floor mat. I didn’t use the kitchen. Overall impression was good. Cabinets well stocked for cooking with 5 burner gas stove and refrigerator, also had all the small appliances. Kitchen table is glass with comfortable seating. The wood plank flooring throughout gave a nice clean feeling, I recommend removing the scattered rugs. Although my first impression wasn’t great, I will stay here again because I trust Arjun will continue to provide the services required for this property. "

- "My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge. Coffee was great, I’d recommend salt and pepper shakers and possibly seal or repaint the balcony door. White rubbs off when you touch it. Other than that excellent experience. Thank you."

2nd story apartment. Located 1 mile from Rt. 3 allowing for easy access. Downtown Nashua is 1.3 miles away, which has some great coffee shops, several breweries, and some great parks. If you are looking for shopping. Merrimack Premium Outlets are only 15 mins away. Boston is 42 miles away. Manchester, NH is 20 miles away.

Clean, working class area with single family homes. Light traffic, easy access to Rt. 3 (Main highway). Several schools and hospitals, police and fire stations with within 2 mile radius.

Very easy to get around a lot of one-ways streets. Not heavy traffic.

Had no Message for entry code had to ask and then no message on how to lock front door..had to figure it out. Front of location weeds everywhere and not welcoming. Would not recommend or stay there again"

- "Property #2895073 Reservation ID HA-PV3NFK Worst experience of my life! I called the person at the property at 8pm to indicate I will be late & will reach around 11:30pm. The lady confirmed all good. Surprisingly, on reaching the property at 11pm, they said someone else had entered that room meant for me. The lady who was there in person was also surprised & spoke to the other lady (who took my call earlier) to understand what happened. They took 30m & still had no answers. It was a frustrating day – had a 5 hr long drive & found myself stranded. After a lot of back & forth, they finally agreed to refund my money & gave an option to sleep in a hallway with passage. Since we had no option we slept at around 2am – wasn’t comfortable at all – woke up at 6am & left the place. I called up today to check on my refund – gave my name & referred to yesterday’s challenges – she cut the call saying “wrong number”. And now she refuses to pick my call. I am herewith demanding my complete refund asap from Expedia / Vrbo at the earliest. If I fail to get any response, I will resort to all available options legally to get my money back & also compensation for the hardships me & my wife suffered that night. These guys don’t deserve to be on your platform! Fraud! Cheat!"

- "Our host was great! I loved the contactless check-in/entry and there were fresh cookies and fruit, etc which was delightful as it was a busy weekend. The kitchen only had a convection/microwave which I struggled with until I googled the instructions. (may be helpful to leave a set) This is a converted basement but with lots of light and no damp/musty smell. However, it does mean that we hear all the going on's above us like furniture moving and things dropping on the wood floors. This wouldn't have been so bad except it was the middle of the night or very early Sunday am and after we returned to the entryway reeking of pot. Overall, it was WAY better than a hotel and better than a few other air b-n-b's we have stayed in. Just go in with eyes open."

Living room and kitchen are open concept with a kitchen table (4 chairs) and an island w/ 2 chairs. The kitchen is complete with all cookware, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and full size fridge.

Large fully fenced in back yard has a patio set outback with 6 chairs, and we also have a cornhole set up for guests to use.
