This newly-renovated apartment has everything you need for a weekend, or a month. It's a 2-bedroom unit located on the upper floor of a historic carriage house in Manchester's beautiful North End. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, electric fireplace, custom-tile shower, and full kitchen. Just half a mile from downtown, and steps from the Currier Museum of Art, it's the perfect place to call home.
This apartment was fully-renovated in 2022 with modern electrical, windows, plumbing, a beautiful new bathroom and an updated kitchen. The large bedroom features a spacious closet, dresser and king-size memory foam mattress with pillow top. The smaller bedroom has a queen-size memory foam bed, storage cubes, and closet.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, microwave & more. There is a thermostat in the living room, but it's an old building, and can get drafty on the coldest nights. The electric fireplace can be used for extra warmth. 3 window air conditioning units are available June-August. They are located in the attic, kitchen and largest bedroom.
Smart-TVs are available in the large bedroom and living area. We don't have cable or local channels. There is a small attic office space that can be accessed through the bathroom. Watch your head going up the stairs! The ceiling is low.
A washer and dryer, and small gym area are located in the basement of the main building, and available for your use. The spacious fenced-in lawn & patio area are perfect for you and your dog! Just make sure to check with other dog owners before allowing your dog off leash. The back patio has a seating area and grill that are available for your use. Please remember to clean up after yourself and your dog.
We love this historic home, but the floors are squeaky and there are lots of stairs! One parking space is available in the small parking lot in front of the home. It's a tight squeeze, but does fit a car or small truck. Extra or oversized vehicles must be parked on the street. Security cameras are located around the exterior of the property, and in the basement laundry room. There are no cameras in the apartment. No cats allowed. No smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed on the property.
The apartment is located in a neighborhood full of beautiful, historic homes with several parks within walking distance. Downtown bars and restaurants are 0.5 miles away. We're just over 2 miles from Elliot Hospital, and 1.5 miles from Catholic Medical Center. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is a 15 minute drive.

Wax your skis! Our home is in a great location for a ski weekend! Less than 30 minutes to: Pats Peak and McIntyre Ski Area. Less than than hour to: Mount Sunapee, Ragged Mountain, Gunstock, Crotched Mountain, Whaleback and more!
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment on the quaint covered porch or stroll Historic Main St after a day in the mountains.
If skiing isn’t your thing you can enjoy ice skating at one of the many Concord Parks. Concord also has cross country ski trail and snow shoe trails.
Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the desirable Concord West End within walking distance of downtown.
There are five stairs that lead to your private entrance.
Inside, our kitchen is equipped for cooking and baking with a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric stove/oven. For the coffee lover, the coffee bar is stocked with coffee, tea, sweetener and creamer. You have your choice of drip, k-cup, or French press. In the kitchen closet an electric kettle is also available. You will also find the first aid kit here. Enjoy your coffee on the porch or at the kitchen table.
Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a ceramic tile floor, a tub and shower. We offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as make-up wipes and make-up towels. We have a few extra toiletries beneath the sink as well.
The living room is bright and cheerful with the natural sunlight from the large windows. You will find a comfortable love seat and a cozy blanket to snuggle up with in front of the TV. The RCA 40” FHD Roku Smart TV is set up to stream and has an antenna. Access to streaming services are available through your own subscription, so remember to bring your streaming account information and passwords and stream your favorite shows. We also have games, books and puzzles if bad weather keeps you inside. The living room is equipped with a window unit air conditioner.
You will find the ironing board, iron, and extra linens in the living room closet.
The first bedroom has a queen bed with usb charging headboard, full length mirror, dresser, alarm clock with usb charger, and dedicated work space.
The second bedroom has a full size bed, alarm clock, walk-in closet, dresser, and seating area.
There is a covered porch with a table and two chairs to enjoy outside dining.

We are within walking distance to restaurants, museums, shops, Capitol, UNH Law, parks and 1/2 mile from the Capitol Center for the Arts. This cozy 1st floor apartment has New England charm and quirks you expect from an almost 90 year old home.

Recently renovated and full of charm, this quaint 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is nestled on a quiet street in Salem, NH. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the home features 2 queen beds. Relax in the cozy living room or cook a meal in the subway-tiled kitchen. Conveniently located just minutes from Rt 28, Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village, and MGH, and only 35-40 minutes to Boston and 40 minutes to Salem, MA. Ample on-site parking is available, and pets are welcome for a $100 fee.
The Tuscan Village is just a 2-minute drive away, while nearby Rail Trails and hiking spots provide outdoor adventure. The train station to Boston is only 5 minutes away, and Rt 93 offers easy access to Boston, Manchester, and the mountains. Please note, the 2nd-floor bedrooms may not be ideal for elderly guests or young children.
Washer and Dryer area are shared with one other townhome.
We would like to disclose that there are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.

Also, it did not state the home was between at least three separate rentals. We went back to the home only to sleep each day. It was a family or friends out on the deck furniture I’m assuming they put up there themselves right outside of our door. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and storage in bedrooms. It was equipped with a hairdryer, iron, air fryer, coffee, pot, toaster, and all cookware plates, cups, etc.. I did send a message immediately to the property owner of I believe with my concerns and they did drop off sheets for the pullout, no blanket or pillows and only 4 wash cloths. There was no detergent in the laundry area so we had to use hand towels for washing after the four were used the first day. They did get back to me immediately with my concern and appreciated me reaching out as they said they had a new cleaning crew and was grateful for the input."

Downtown Nashua is only 15 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop steps away. The backyard with grape vines and fruit trees is fully fenced in, which is great for pets. Come and stay at the sweet suite, a hidden gem in Londonderry, NH perfect for a weekend getaway or a traveling worker. This apartment features a sleep number bed for restful comfortable nights as well as a full eat in kitchen and living room area. Natural light floods in through the windows and door to give a bright airy space. Perfectly situated just 5 minutes from 93 and 15 minutes from MHT airport (We checked!). This property is well suited for commuters or for those looking to explore the great natural wonders NH has to offer. Families also welcome!

The Sweet Suite is a basement suite of our family home. We invested extra in sound proofing between levels, but know there are people and pets above you. We will do our best to be respectful of quiet times so not to disturb you. We also include complimentary earplugs. :)
Kitchen Area
Katie cooks meals for the French family every night, and knows what a kitchen needs to be a home away from home. You have everything you need to make the meals you love while on the road - traveling can be so taxing on the body, but nourishing yourself with a well cooked meal is surely a way to improve things.
Missing an ingredient? Katie probably has it upstairs. Text her!
The kitchen area has two spots for eating - the island (an IKEA find that Katie cannot pronounce to save her life) with two stools, and a round table with bench seating area.
Cleaning up after a delicious meal is a breeze with a full size dishwasher. Dishes in the unit are dishwasher safe - but please refrain from putting pots, pans, and wooden utensils in the dish washer.
Living room area
The sleeper sofa is angled towards a flat screen smart TV and an entertainment end table with a few goodies stacked inside + board games. Feel free to host friends for a game night - we just ask that you refrain from loud parties.
The Library (Bedroom)
A sleep number bed is completely customizable to the user. We have put the softest sheets we could find so that it really is an oasis away from home. Unwind in the corner on our leather chair with a good book and a cup of tea. Of course - help yourself to read the books on the library shelves - please leave them in the residence after you use them, as these are our personal collection. The bedroom looks through a garden box of rose bushes. It is equipped with a light blocking curtain for those who prefer to sleep in darkness.
The Oasis (Bathroom)
The Oasis includes a full tub/shower combo and features the work of a local artist commissioned to add to the space's ambience. Help yourself to one of the complimentary travel kits and the standard amenities like shampoo, conditioner. The Oasis is also where you can do any laundry while traveling. Katie personally DETESTs packing dirty clothes into a suitcase and made sure you wouldn't have to! Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are included.
Utilities
The main rooms are cooled and heated using Mini Splits, though we find the basement level to stay invitingly cool and serene. Remotes are available to turn on climate control as much as needed. A separate heater is available in the bathroom - please do not run the heater when not in the bathroom.
Parking
One parking spot is available in the driveway, otherwise street parking is acceptable and encouraged. Please refrain from parking within 5 feet of a mailbox as the postman gets upset.
Outdoor amenities
Kids are welcome to use our playset! It's a great time and opportunity to wear out energetic children. The porch above your unit is accessible through a picket fence and little stone path. It is shared with the French family. Please feel encouraged to enjoy the deck furniture.
Access
The Sweet Suite is a basement suite with a walk out door from the kitchen. You can access the door from either side of the yard. It includes a gradual slope. The home is built into a hill so the front of the home near the driveway is at ground level. You walk down a path to get to your private entrance which is also at ground level. This section may update as we continue to work on the property.

Exit 5 of 93, close to Poor Boys and the Red Arrow Diner.

The property is on 2.4 acres. There are gardens in season, and a fire pit out back. Guests can feel free to roam the property and feed the animals ( breads, and veggies are fine for both chickens and goats. Goats are aggressively friendly and love to have their foreheads petted. They will ate out of your hand, and do not bite.

This newly furnished second floor unit includes keyless entry into the open-concept kitchen. Spacious kitchen includes full-size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee bar (Keurig - K-cups, tea, and creamers available). Various storage space in cabinets with dishes, pots, and pans.
Living Room has a 50” smart TV with high speed internet and two sofas for comfortable seating. Subscriptions to streaming apps are not included.
This unit has 2 bedrooms off of the kitchen, each with a private workspace. Closets come with clothes hangers and shelving units for clothing and shoes.
Prime location - close proximity to hospitals (CMC, Elliot, VA Hospital), colleges (UNH, SNHU, Saint Anselm), Dunkin Donuts (within 5 minutes), Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT), grocery stores (Hannafords, Trader Joes, Walmart, etc.), shopping (Mall of NH, Merrimack Premium Outlets), Delta Dental Stadium (home of the Fisher Cats), and site seeing (Boston, beach, lakes, and white mountains all within an hour drive).

Keyless entry is used to access this unit. Please use the side entrance to the house. Code will be given to you on date of arrival.
You have full use of onsite laundry. There is NO fee for use of washer and dryer. Starter laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Please make sure to empty the lint trap before/after use.

2 guest maximum occupancy.
When showering, please ensure plastic shower curtain is inside shower to prevent water from leaking onto the floor. Please turn on the bathroom fan and leave bathroom door open after shower to ensure proper aeration of the bathroom.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in toilet (no feminine hygiene products, no wipes, etc,).
Please ensure to turn off all lights, TV, fans, etc. before leaving your space.
Trash Pick up and Recycling: There is a trash bin and recycling bin outside the property, located in the driveway. Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Kids: For safety reasons, children are not allowed as my home has not been childproofed.
Check-out: Guests are expected to leave the space the same as when they arrived. Please do not take anything that does not belong to you.
