This newly-renovated apartment has everything you need for a weekend, or a month. It's a 2-bedroom unit located on the upper floor of a historic carriage house in Manchester's beautiful North End. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, electric fireplace, custom-tile shower, and full kitchen. Just half a mile from downtown, and steps from the Currier Museum of Art, it's the perfect place to call home.
This apartment was fully-renovated in 2022 with modern electrical, windows, plumbing, a beautiful new bathroom and an updated kitchen. The large bedroom features a spacious closet, dresser and king-size memory foam mattress with pillow top. The smaller bedroom has a queen-size memory foam bed, storage cubes, and closet.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, full refrigerator, stove, microwave & more. There is a thermostat in the living room, but it's an old building, and can get drafty on the coldest nights. The electric fireplace can be used for extra warmth. 3 window air conditioning units are available June-August. They are located in the attic, kitchen and largest bedroom.
Smart-TVs are available in the large bedroom and living area. We don't have cable or local channels. There is a small attic office space that can be accessed through the bathroom. Watch your head going up the stairs! The ceiling is low.
A washer and dryer, and small gym area are located in the basement of the main building, and available for your use. The spacious fenced-in lawn & patio area are perfect for you and your dog! Just make sure to check with other dog owners before allowing your dog off leash. The back patio has a seating area and grill that are available for your use. Please remember to clean up after yourself and your dog.
We love this historic home, but the floors are squeaky and there are lots of stairs! One parking space is available in the small parking lot in front of the home. It's a tight squeeze, but does fit a car or small truck. Extra or oversized vehicles must be parked on the street. Security cameras are located around the exterior of the property, and in the basement laundry room. There are no cameras in the apartment. No cats allowed. No smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed on the property.
The apartment is located in a neighborhood full of beautiful, historic homes with several parks within walking distance. Downtown bars and restaurants are 0.5 miles away. We're just over 2 miles from Elliot Hospital, and 1.5 miles from Catholic Medical Center. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is a 15 minute drive.

Spacious apartment on a quiet dead-end street about a mile from downtown Elm street. The location is perfect! It is located an hour from each of the following: ocean, lakes region, mountains and Boston.
Inside you walk into a large eat-in kitchen with full amenities including stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee keurig and ample cooking paraphernalia. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather couch and cozy over-sized chair, electric fire place for ambiance and VIZIO flat screen smart television with WiFi access. The two main bedrooms each have queen-size beds, large dressers with mirrors and closets. The third bedroom has a twin-size bed, dresser and desk space.
In addition you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry area and a beautifully newly remodeled bathroom.
The building is secure with unit specific entry codes to enter the building.

Split level upstairs bedroom available by the month, separate living room and laundry on site. Outdoor patio with plenty of sun and a gas grill. Pool table is not available at this time. Quiet dead end street on the outskirts of the city, plenty of trails and hills for walking. Close to restaurants and shopping in all directions, three exits east, north and south. I use a wood stove , nice and warm.

This cozy first-floor 1-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in downtown Manchester just 3 blocks off Elm Street and one block from the Currier Museum of Art. 5 minutes from the highway, less than 10 minutes on foot to some great restaurants on (and just off) Elm Street, less than 10 minutes to Southern New Hampshire University, 5-10 minutes to both CMC and Elliot hospitals, and still within 1 hour of the ocean, lakes, and mountains. So whether you're here for work, vacation, or some mix of the two, we're conveniently located! If you drive an EV, charging is available via a NEMA 14-50 outlet (bring your own charge cord and inform host in advance so that an effort can be made to reserve you parking near the outlet - an additional charge may apply, so communicate with host in advance to make arrangements). The kitchen and bathroom were just renovated and in-unit laundry was added - updated photos are being added as they become available.

It is a bright room thanks to the two skylights and windows. There is a comfortable queen bed with white cotton sheets. There's a smart TV mounted on the wall in front of the bed and can be rotated. There are two chairs and a round table which can be used for food, tea or working on your laptop. We also have a small fold-out desk in the closet.
There is a two-door mini fridge/freezer and a microwave in the kitchenette area. There is an electric kettle to make hot water, with a french press, caffeinated and decaf coffee, tea bags, and hot cocoa mix, as well as mugs, plates, and utensils.
There is body wash, shampoo and conditioner for the shower, and hand soap, dish soap, and a sanitizer at the sink. A blow dryer, iron, and an ironing board are also available.
There is a spacious closet to hang clothes in and some hangars are provided.

This bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment is right up the road from the SNHU arena, and a mile from downtown Manchester.
With two desks to accommodate work from home, a king bed for a good night's rest; a full kitchen; washer and dryer in unit; the apartment is an ideal base for working from home while experiencing southern New Hampshire living and exploring New England. 15 minutes to the airport, nearby highway access, and ample street parking makes getting in and going around a breeze.
The space
The apartment features a masterbedroom with a king bed, with memory foam matress. The other bedroom has a twin bed and a second pull-out trundle bed. There are living room and dining room areas, one featuring a large wooden table and chairs for dinners, and the other with a cozy futon and television for relaxing nights.
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses and eating utensils are all provided. Additionally, some kitchen basics like salt, pepper, oil, and coffee are provided as well.
At the end of the kitchen is the washer and dryer, with detergent provided.
The bathroom features of full tub, which was recently re-finished.

This sunny, private suite with a separate entrance and driveway is convenient to everything. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, sitting area, and dining table make meals easy. Your full bathroom comes with soft towels and a hairdryer. The bedspread is washed between guests to ensure your stay is comfortable and clean.
The space
The door has keyless entry so late check-ins are no problems. The key code is changed between guest and messaged to you on your day of arrival. Hosts live on-site so problem resolution is quick and easy, but the suite is so private that interaction with the host is only as desired by you. The suite has its own driveway for parking. We love this city and are happy to provide recommendations on restaurants and things to do.
There are multiple spaces in this large suite allowing for flexible use; a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, a workspace with a desk and chair, and a three-person dining table and chairs.
You control the air conditioning and heat of the suite through independent thermostats. This provides you with the freedom to create the perfect temperature. The 32 inch, smart TV allows you to use your personal Hulu and Netflix account or watch the local channels with the antenna. There is no cable.
The suite is in a safe part of town and is convenient to major highways, the Manchester-Boston airport, hospitals, Derryfield Country Club (public golfing and dining), and all of the entertainment and dining options of downtown. There are sidewalks straight into downtown from the suite and restaurants start before you get to town. If you prefer to ride, Hanover Hill is a high Uber activity area, so you never have to wait more than five minutes. We are also on the 2 busline. The stop is right in front of the house. Also, there are lots of meal delivery options for those nights when you just want to stay in and have someone else cook for you.

Guest have full use of the suite, private full bath, driveway, and a small green space outside of the suite's entrance. There is a door from the suite into the main house that will be locked from inside the main house and from inside suite by the guest.

The room has one queen bed and a couch. The couch does not make into a bed. There is not a full kitchen.
The lock is keyless entry and the combination changed between guests. Guest will receive the combination on the day of check-in.
For guests staying longer than a week, a linen and towel change is provided upon request. There is no daily housekeeping. If you need more than four towels, two washcloths, and two hand towels for your stay let us know and we will provide up six of each.
There is a flight of stairs to climb to enter the suite.
We have three dogs that are not allowed in the suite. You may hear them bark at times or see them in the back yard. For cross noise reduction we have a sound blanket covering the main house side of suite door and added an extra layer of insulation in the bathroom wall during a recent renovation.

Guests have access to all common areas including the living room, dining room, kitchen (all on the 1st floor), and two full bathrooms (1st & 2nd floors). Roku Smart TV is available in the living room, and laundry is located in the basement at no additional cost (just bring your own detergent!)
Everything apart from the other bedrooms is available for your use. If you plan to cook, please bring your own food but you can use any spices, coffee, tea, pots, and pans at the house. Just clean up after yourself immediately after cooking.

The kitchen and dining rooms have ceiling fans, and there's one AC in the living room. None of the other common areas have air conditioning. We have steam heat in the winter. Expect to hear some banging and clanging from the pipes when the system first kicks on.
The Roku TV is available for all guests. You can access Roku's free content, or login to your own streaming services. We do not have cable or local channels.
Laundry machines are in the basement and can be used for free (just bring your own detergent).
We love our beautiful old Victorian, but it's old. Expect to find squeaky floors, and sticky doors!
If you plan to cook, please bring your own food but you can use any spices, coffee, pots, and pans at the house. Just remember to clean up promptly so that the space is ready for others. There is a shelf in the pantry, and one in the refrigerator, that are labeled with your room number and for your sole use. All other areas are shared.

This listing offers a private bedroom a few blocks from Elm street, and walking distance from most of what Manchester has to offer. It's in a shared 4 bedroom Victorian house, so there are other guests in their own private rooms. This is great for long stays for those coming for an internship or job placement, as well as New England getaways.
