Located directly across the street from the great Connecticut River, Kelly’s Cottage is right on the main road that leads you through the town of Pittsburg (Route 3)
It’s easy to find and local stores and restaurants are all close by.

Please be aware that the house is literally right next to the main road so you will hear traffic noise, do not book knowing this and then leave a review about the location. There are neighbors on both sides next door. If you are looking for a private place in the woods, do not book this place.

You will be able to hear the calming sounds of the Connecticut River, which is just across the street (unfortunately, there is not an actual view of the river because there are trees bordering the river)
bonus: there’s usually a nice soothing breeze too!

- Also, all pet poops need to be cleaned up & disposed of properly.
- Please keep all pet(s) OFF of the furniture – most importantly including the beds - at all times (thanks!)

1. I expect ALL pet fur and ALL pet poops to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. I provide a vacuum & a broom & dust pan in the closet in the kitchen for you to use during your stay and before check out in order to thoroughly clean up after your pets. 3. Accidents happen...If your dog causes damage at Kelly's Cottage, please do the right thing and let me know directly. Then the situation can be addressed and settled either directly with me or with VRBO insurance

-Turn off any lights when not in use
-Lock all doors and windows any time that you leave the property
-No pets allowed on any furniture at any time
-Wash, dry, and put away all dishes before check out
-Take trash out to the bins located in the storage shed on the side of the house before check out
