It is right off the main road but you really dont notice, minimal traffic and plenty of peace and quiet. We stayed here for a girls get away and it was just what we needed for lots of relaxing and staying in for all our meals. The house was the perfect size for us (4 adults) and came with plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking, baking or grilling (even a crock pot!). Plenty of bathroom towels as well and even some games. House was very clean but we spent most of our time on the porch enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and nature. Would definitely love to come back for a visit."

Located directly across the street from the great Connecticut River, Kelly’s Cottage is right on the main road that leads you through the town of Pittsburg (Route 3)
It’s easy to find and local stores and restaurants are all close by.

Please be aware that the house is literally right next to the main road so you will hear traffic noise, do not book knowing this and then leave a review about the location. There are neighbors on both sides next door. If you are looking for a private place in the woods, do not book this place.

You will be able to hear the calming sounds of the Connecticut River, which is just across the street (unfortunately, there is not an actual view of the river because there are trees bordering the river)

- Also, all pet poops need to be cleaned up & disposed of properly.
- Please keep all pet(s) OFF of the furniture – most importantly including the beds - at all times (thanks!)

1. I expect ALL pet fur and ALL pet poops to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. I provide a vacuum & a broom & dust pan in the closet in the kitchen for you to use during your stay and before check out in order to thoroughly clean up after your pets. Before you check-out, Kelly's Cottage should be left in the condition it was in when you arrived. You will be charged a fee of $75.00 if this rule is not followed.

-Turn off any lights when not in use
-Lock all doors and windows any time that you leave the property

-Wash, dry, and put away all dishes before check out
-Take trash out to the bins located in the storage shed on the side of the house before check out

Our non-smoking cabin features 2 bedrooms (1 Queen/1 Full and 1 full/1 twin) a full bath and fully equipped kitchen. We provide all bed, bath and kitchen linens.
