The property offers hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, hammock snoozing, firepit enjoyment, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing and more. Littleton has been rated as one of the top ten best small towns in America and offers a great Main street experience including a covered walking bridge and a suspension bridge. There is also a pretty river walk downtown. We even have a ski hill in town and of course larger ski areas are also available nearby.
The apartment is the only rental unit on the property. It offers one bedroom with a queen bed and super comfortable mattress and pillows as well as a blow up twin mattress. The bathroom is a tub/shower combination. We provide linens and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The apartment has three mini-split units for heating and cooling as well as a heated floor in the bathroom .There are no stairs to enter the unit and no stairs in the unit, it is all completely one level, perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs. We have plenty of parking for those who have trailered equipment.
This unit is in our detached post and beam garage with beautiful exposed beams throughout the apartment. We live on the property in our log home. We will give you as much privacy as you need. You are welcome to use the workout equipment on the second level of the garage, just note that this area has no heating or cooling.

-This unit has a fire pit. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery!
-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway
-Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.
-Parking is limited to 3 CARS.
-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.
-Access from parking to the front door requires climbing 4 steps.

Trash and Recycling
-There is a bin on property for bagged trash.

-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. This home has Ring doorbells (front and rear) and a camera in the garage.
-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.
-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
