The kitchen boasts new appliances and all the comforts of home with a kitchen dining area and breakfast bar. The house is outfitted with smart TV's and/or cable throughout. If you must do some work, although we don't recommend it, there is excellent Wi-Fi throughout the house!

There are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is private with a comfy king size bed and large master bath with a soaking tub. The second floor is private and can be closed off with a door. The newly built out second floor has a generously sized 4th bedroom with a king-sized bed, a media room, and a full bathroom.

A bonus loft off the main living area enables you to sleep an extra teenager or two, or you can use the area for arts and crafts for the young kids. We also provide a queen air mattress in case you need to sleep more!

There is a full 2-car garage to park cars in during the cold, snowy nights. We also have plenty of outdoor toys, including kayaks, a canoe, stand-up paddleboards, and tubes for sledding in the winter.

Our home awaits those who wish to get away and experience the beauty and serenity of quaint New London and its surrounding lakes, mountains, and State parks. Quaint town with eateries and shops. Nestled in a 5 acre secluded setting across a quiet road from Pleasant Lake. In Autumn, when leaves begin to fall, the lake can be seen and is quite beautiful. We have a shared private lake access and keep 2 kayaks and 1 canoe there, access is a short walk/drive from home. The trail to the access is steep in areas. You may also park your car on the side of the road near the access trail entrance. All gear is kept in mudroom. Guests are permitted to go to Pleasant Lake Beach, just a few min. drive away, great for children, life guards, picnic, play area and paddleboards available for use. Boat launch is there if you have a boat. Pleasant Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in NH, and offers wonderful boating, fishing and swimming. As a four season rental, there is so much to do! Hiking, Ice skating, snowmobiling, cross country skiing with many great trail systems. Close to Mount Sunapee and Ragged Mountain for summer adventure park and winter fun. Outdoor deck is wonderful and perfect for entertaining or seeking calm.

Our home is very private with trees on all sides. 1 bedroom and 1 half bath on the 1st floor with washer & dryer and dehumidifier. 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath on the 2nd floor with living room, fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Large deck with outdoor gas grill, table and chairs is off of the 2nd floor living & dining area. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need. Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling in main living area. Gorgeous leather furniture in living room, custom stone fireplace, Roku TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and HBOMax. High-speed Wifi internet access included. AC window units installed during the Summer in Bedroom #1 and Dining/Kitchen/Living Room areas (2nd floor).

During the warmer weather our guests can enjoy swimming from our shared dock and floating platform. The shared lake access is across the street from our home, although the 245 foot path can be rocky or slightly steep in areas but is less than a 5 minute walk. Additionally, Elkins beach is a short 5 minute drive away, where there is public swimming and a boat launch area.

Wonderful retreat for a large family to enjoy local downhill or cross country skiing, hiking, or just exploring the Sunapee Region's many beautiful lakes. This three level post and beam home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps about 12 people , has 31/2 bathrooms with views of the northern mountain ranges from the MBR, kitchen, living room, dining room and the large loft living space. There is also a pool table, bar and two TV recreational spaces which both look out over a large blue stone patio with mountain views. This home takes advantage of prime access to town and outdoor local activities while having the privacy of 7 acres!

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Elysium is ideal for guests 4+yo, and parents of infants and toddlers should note the following: rooms are not baby-proofed, and there are accessible outlets, small toys, potential sharp edges, and open stairways. Parents/guardians are responsible for both the safety of their children during their stay and ensuring that Elysium property is not damaged. Children may not be left alone outdoors, as our yards are not fenced in, and both the lake and road may be hazardous. - "We had a great time during our stay. The house was cozy and clean and had more than enough beds for us 12. Did some ice fishing, hit the golf simulator in Lebanon and had an overall great stay" - "Perfect! We absolutely loved the light filled living area overlooking the lake. The fireplace and swing chair were favorites. The hosts were very generous in providing firewood and use of the lockable garage to store our ice fishing gear at night. We enjoyed big family dinners & breakfasts gathered around the large high top seating area with ice fishing, skating and sledding in between. The big, comfy couch was perfect for conversations around the crackling fire while the younger kids had a blast in the game room. The best part? Literally no need to leave the house for the entire time! It was an amazing family getaway!!"

- "The house was a great choice for our large family of 16 which included 8 girls between the age of 9 months to 14. Plenty of space with play areas for the girls. Outdoor sledding was an unexpected treat. A short drive (20 mins) to MT Sunapee. The hosts were very attentive and available for any questions that arose. Newly built home with luxurious design, private beach with 2 private docks. People of all ages will love the outdoor amenities this home has to offer, including taking a dip in the lake; fishing or launching a kayak or paddle board from the private dock.
During the winter months, the house is located only 15 mins from Sunapee ski resort.
Only 5 minutes drive from New London downtown where all the stores and restaurants are.

Had 8 people but could have easily had 4 or more additional. Plenty of space. A combination of modern and rustic located on a lake with great views. Great kitchen with all you will need. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. Property manager (Jen) was great on communicating. Will definitely will stay here again."

The house is on Little Lake Sunapee, in a quiet corner of the lake, with views of Mt. Kearsage out the front. 2 bedrooms, two baths with extra sleep space. Large wraparound deck perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Large windows overlooking lake on both floors. Spacious kitchen has new refrigerator and dishwasher. Master BR has king size bed, 2nd bedroom has two twins. House has a working fireplace in the living room. Sleep sofa upstairs, so sleeps 5 in total.
Canoe and kayak available. Lake has sandy bottom, with gentle slope. Other side of road is NH State Forest with trails for walking. No jetskis allowed on this lake, great fishing. 2.5 miles to the town of New London.

Camp just a quick trek off Beautiful & Historical Main Street New London, NH. Perfectly situated near hiking, skiing, swimming, boating, fishing, and snowmobiling spots. Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee, Mount Kearsarge and much more is only a few minutes' drive away. The site is a 90-second walk from the parking area, just a few hundred feet. The tent has a propane heater, however propane is not included. You must bring your own tank (can be purchased at local gas station and hardware store). Carry in - Carry out site. Must leave no trash or items behind. There is trash barrel with bags available for your use, bags must be brought up the hill to the dumpster. The canvas tent has one double bed, additional tents are recommended for more than two people. There is plenty of space to set up more tents

- "Comfortable bed, tent heavy well-made construction, fully zippered. Secluded and quiet, less than 5-minute walk from parking. Flashlight needed. Toilet is porta-potty type, waste bags provided. Large full water container and hand sanitizer provided. No power or running water; But after all, this is tenting. Bring-your-own 15-lb propane tank for heater." - "Just thought it would be more like a camp ground not just a tent in someone's back yard, how about some toilet paper in a coffee can if you are worried about mice, maybe electric, it was really bare minimum, a tent on a platform 100.00 dollar's not again. Close to golf at Lake Sunapee Country Club and the Country Club of New Hampshire, Colby Sawyer College, the Barn Playhouse, Elkins Beach on Pleasant Lake and short drives to Lake Sunapee and skiing at the Mount Sunapee Ski Resort and Ragged Mountain.
