We usually rent saturday to saturday only, but contact us if you have special requests.
We can easily sleep more than 9, but we are careful to only work with respectful groups above 9, email, call or text us to discuss. Since this is a vacation house the bedroom setups do change a bit from time to time as we upgrade mattresses. This is the current bedroom setup.
1. First floor bedroom king size.
2. Rear second floor bedroom, two full beds and one slide out twin trundle under one of the full beds.
3. second floor front bedroom two queens.
4. There is a full size sleeper couch on the first floor as well.

If you like to fish, this lake is well stocked. Fish off our dock, or in the kayaks or pedal boat. Also, a really nice golf course nearby.
We just bought two brand new Stand Up Paddleboards for the guests to use. Plus 3 kayaks and a pedal boat.

This house is beautiful with 7 (yes 7) fireplace mantels. All uniquely designed. I have never met a person who did not fall in love with this house. We did, that's why we bought it. We never looked at any other lake houses anywhere, this was it and we knew it they first time we saw it.
In the summer we have a lakeside deck leading to a 24 ft boat dock and small beachy area. The water in the swimming area is quite shallow and great for little kids, it has a mostly-sandy bottom and the water is warm. Crescent lake is one of the cleanest in NH. Deeper swimming is out about 50 yards. The swimming area is in sunlight all day, but plenty of shade just steps away. We are in the cove off the main lake in a no wake zone, meaning it is very safe for children, kayakers etc. The boat dock can accommodate water ski type boats, kayaks, canoes and paddleboats etc.
The lakeside yard has plenty of sun and shade.
Sorry, the pontoon boat is not available for renters use. But you can bring your own boat.
The yard has a spectacular new stone patio with built-in fire-pit, fire pit seating, and outdoor dining with umbrella.
There is a beautiful newly rebuilt covered porch overlooking the patio and lake, off the lower level entertainment area.
First floor mini suite bedroom and family room, sleeps 2 in a king size bed. There is a DSL wired and wireless internet hookup located here. (There is no broadcast or cable television available in this area. However, you can stream TV video on your accounts with Netflix, Hulu and your computer or our TV and our Roku box. We just added an entire Sonos music system for your use in the living room, family room and on the outdoor patio/porch area.
The first floor also has large separate living room off open eat-in kitchen with dining table and separate dining room and a large sitting area overlooking lake with gas fireplace. There are 3 dining/eating areas.
The kitchen is new, Thermador luxury with a triple oven, built-in refrigerator and induction 36 inch cooktop.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, the master is overlooking the lake with 2 queen size beds, sleeps 4. The other bedroom is a guest/family or kids bedroom with two double bed and a single trundle, sleeps 5.
The lower level is an entertainment area complete with Pool table. There are fishing rods and a tackle box that you can use. But you will need to string and hook the fishing rods yourself. There are twin sliding over-sized glass doors to the outside and porch.
There are tons of linens, comforters and throws to keep you comfortable anytime of the year.
This place is great for Junes high school graduations and family gatherings

The options of places to sit and enjoy the scenery on-site were numerous and allowed us to spread out. All the boats were used during our stay and the lake is quiet, calm and very clean. The houses are fairly close to each other so if you’re looking to have a loud party this is not the place for you. We found all the neighbors to be quiet and respectful and the landscaping created a lot of privacy for us. The dock is a gem and we spent a lot of hours sitting and reading lakeside. Our dog had a great time. The firepit is a great feature and it wasn’t hard to find local firewood. The owner was proactive about getting instructions to us well before our arrival so we knew we’d need firewood, some bottled water etc to make our stay comfortable. It was chilly in the downstairs playroom during our stay but I’d imagine this would be a great spot for guests during the heat of the summer. Lots of shady corners for hot afternoons. It was easy to get groceries about 15 minutes away and the kitchen is first-rate. This is one of those special places that didn’t feel like a rental; it felt like we were visiting a friend’s beloved home. Thanks Casey for a great vacation!"

Come and get comfortable! Enjoy each other’s company in our open concept living room / kitchen, cook a great meal together, relax by the pellet stove, take a walk in nature & end your day in our master bathroom's waterfall shower.
Millie's was newly renovated and finished in the fall of 2021. Our home is private enough to getaway, but not too far from the essentials—perfect for a nature retreat or a local event's home-base. Our guests have access to the entire house, excluding the basement / garage. If you would like to use the basement to store outdoor equipment during your stay, please let us know beforehand.
Millie's offers enough space to sleep six guests, three bedrooms (four beds)—one master suite on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor—with two and a half bathrooms total. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and an attached bath with a curb-less rainfall shower and laundry. The two upstairs bedrooms offer space for four guests—two twin beds in the back room and a private queen with a great view in the front room—each with access to the full bathroom at the top of the stairs.
The living space is large with lots of windows and light to enjoy our open concept kitchen, living & dining room. The kitchen is equip with all new appliances, plus the necessary cookware/glassware for any occasion. A large granite island fit with a built-in range and four high-top chairs separates the space, looking out to a six person dining table and wrap around couch by the pellet stove. Off of the kitchen is an attached powder-room and a modern office space with two large, sliding glass patio doors that open up to a wrap around deck with yard access. Enjoy the view from either of our two decks, complete with rocking chairs (in the spring/summer) on the wrap around deck and a cool swinging pod on our covered porch entrance!
Our home is heated and cooled with energy efficient mini-splits in the living area, office, master-suite and twin bedroom upstairs. Additionally, in the winter months, we recommend keeping warm with our pellet stove and in the summer, keeping cool (when it’s s not too humid) by opening windows at night. The only space in the house that does not have heating/cooling installed in the room is the upstairs "Birds-eye" bedroom—in the winter we have it stocked with flannel sheets and warm blankets to keep you warm, and a big stand-up fan to keep cool in the summer.
Because Millie's is a newly renovated BNB, there are always new projects happening that we think will help to make your stay as comfortable as possible! We love to update Millie's with new furnishings, linens, and additional hangout spaces as often as we can—a summertime yard hangout is in the works, as well as plans for a finished basement space to store outdoor equipment!
A few things to note:
We are nestled in a rural area!
• Sometimes our cell reception does not reach. We have had spotty luck with the Verizon network and recommend having directions & check-in instructions up & loaded before your arrival.
• We are not too far off the beaten path and are happy to recommend our favorite places to visit in the area—let us know what you're looking for, whether it be food/drinks, skiing/hiking, groceries or a nice place to take a walk!
• Our home is a newly renovated, but not a new build! This makes it somewhat easier for local critters to enter the home at times. We try our best to stay on top of keeping wildlife out of the house. In the wintertime, you may hear or see a mouse in the basement during a very cold stretch. In the springtime, we are actively trying to deter ladybugs from entering our home. These animals are native to the area and while we do all we can to prevent them from interrupting your stay, we hope you can understand if you do see one!
WINTER STAYS: please check the weather forecast!
• We recommend driving with snow tires and/or 4-wheel drive in the winter months.
• Our town is rural and small with few local plow employees—we try our best to stay on top of the storms by arranging a local plow to clear the driveway, however, they do not guarantee what times they are available and usually come to plow towards the end of a storm. All major access roads are plowed by the state and are usually kept clear during a storm. If we have enough notice, and the driveway needs plowing during your stay, we can occasionally help by snow-blowing! We always leave a shovel and rock salt on the porch in the winter months.

Unique spot on the Connecticut River, which allows for endless contemplation and meditation both inside and outside. In the summer and fall, enjoy the floating dock, kayaks, and SUPs available. In the winter, Okemo is 30 minutes away with ski, snowboard, and ice skating. Mt Ascutney is 15 minutes away for snowshoe and cross-country skiing. Both also offer hiking and spring/summer/fall recreation.
The patio deck has 2 zero gravity chairs, umbrella’d table and chairs, and a grill. Inside you’ll find a substantial kitchen and all the cooking basics. Open floor plan allows for conversation during meal prep as there’s an easy flow between kitchen, dining space, and living room. Two bedrooms on the top floor: one with a queen, bureau, smart tv, small desk; the other has a day bed twin and a twin trundle, sitting chair, and stand-up desk.
Be advised that the owner or a guest may on occasion be staying in the basement apartment of the house, or on the premises to enjoy the water. That said, there’s plenty of privacy and autonomy! Special attention is given to creating a gentle and relaxing atmosphere for unwinding, or if necessary, a great place to work remotely with 1 Gig internet speeds. Several great restaurants and grocery within 15 minutes.

Hiking, biking, riding, kayaking. This site has it all. This location offers convenient access to the Sullivan County Cathole trails for ATVs. You can hop on the trails right from your tent site!
This site also just minutes away from scenic hiking and mountain biking trails. Arrowhead Recreation area is just 1.5 miles away. Moody Park which offers multiple mountain biking trails and a Frisbee Golf course is just 2 miles away. Mt Ascutney has multiple hiking trails that are accessible in under a 15 minute drive.
The Connecticut River is only a couple miles away. Bring you kayaks and enjoy picturesque New England views as you spend a day floating down the river.

This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.
Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

***4WD is needed to get to this Campsite. Otherwise it is approximately 500 feet from the lower parking area.
Parking: with 4WD you can park right next to the tent site. Parking for trailers and 2WD vehicles is is located at the entrance of the access road. Turn onto the private dirt road marked 112 Veterans Park Road. Continue until you see the parking area marked "Tentrr Parking". That is the designated spot for those that have trailers or 2WD vehicles. If you have 4WD and would like to drive to the tent site, stay right and follow the Tentrr signs up the dirt road.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.
If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable).
