Lovely well-maintained house with 3 bedrooms and off street parking plus possibility of garage. Located in the city center, the house is on a quiet street with its 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. You will have one bedroom on the ground floor, one upstairs and one in the basement. Two full bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a shower bath. Two queen size beds and one Double bed. In each bedroom there is a closet and storage furniture, including the basement bedroom with cedar closet.
The space
The kitchen is large with lots of cabinets and all amenities: fridge, stove with glass hot plate, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and everything you need to cook well. The adjacent dining area is also large and well-lit with its patio door that opens onto your back deck. The terrace has its wooden floor, gazebo roof, an outdoor glass table, four chairs and a BBQ (propane not included). The house has two remote working spaces, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs and each has its own work desk. The washing machine and tumble dryer are on site and included in the rental. While there is a dryer, there is also a laundry line with more than 50 feet and all the laundry pins to dry your clothes. In the living room you have 2 sofas, a 2-seater and a 3-seater and a large 50-inch TV. The TV is smart and the recording is done by Roku. Independent heating in each room for better comfort is enrolled in Hydro-Québec's HILO program and remotely controlled (according to your preferences). In summer you will enjoy the air conditioning with a heat pump. The floors in the house are made of hardwood, floating wood, ceramic, or vinyl. The house also has a central vacuum cleaner with a retractable hose that enters the wall. Lawn mowing and snow removal from the courtyard are included in the rental.
If you come to bike, you could request access to the garage in the courtyard. The house has a front door, a back door and a side door. In the house, each room has its window with a mosquito net. Several renovations have been made in recent years (the last few in 2024) to increase the comfort of the home and keep its coquetry.
In the particularities of the house namely, there is a subpump in the basement (French drain from the inside) and two of the bedrooms do not have a door due to their configuration (the one on the ground floor and the one upstairs).
The house is located in the downtown area near the Pigalle cinema, several restaurants and shops. Take the opportunity to spoil yourself at Choco-latté for an ice cream that will charm you. You are also 2 streets from the bike path with its 24 km of off-street track that cross several neighborhoods of the city and old merged cities. The bike path serves in winter as a trail for snowmobiles and quad bikes (4x4). Several parks are accessible nearby including Parc Notre-Dame and Le P'tit Cap. Close to the house, you have access to Thetford Golf and Curling Club which is located right in the city center. There you will find an 18-hole and 2 curling alleys. In winter, you can also go cross-country skiing.

Beautiful and large house with 5 bedrooms, on 2 floors. This house was designed for an affluent family with large living spaces. Large living room, beautiful dining room with window window showcase, kitchen with lots of cabinets, an additional table and all amenities. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 48 ”TV, 4 queen beds and one double bed (54”). and plenty of off street parking. On 2 floors you will have one bedroom on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs.
The space
On 2 floors you will have a bedroom on the ground floor with a toilet attached to the bedroom, 4 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. The mattresses are new and are well equipped with wardrobe and storage cabinet. Fridge, stove, range hood, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and plenty of storage for your food. The cooking equipment is complete and plentiful. In the living room, you have a 3 seater sofa and two leather armchairs that lie down. The TV is smart and the capture is done by Chromecast. Heating is independent in every room and the air conditioning is a heat pump with exit in one end of the house.
