All the amenities to meet your needs are on site. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway, at the entrance of your apartment and they are pay-per-use. The apartment has about 600 ft. ca. and is located on the ground floor. You have an entrance to the building by the street and another to give access to parking in the backyard. In total, the building has eight apartments and you are one of them. All other tenants are annual residents and you are the only apartment rented on a monthly basis.

Frontenac Boulevard, where many activities and services are located, is one block away. You are one block away from the Super C supermarket, financial institutions, 2 other supermarkets, most of the city's restaurants and cultural places such as Le Vitrail (a former church) with a very interesting program.
