This charming condo with a view of Mont-Sainte-Anne is only 3 minutes from the mountain. During all seasons, enjoy the privileged access to the heated indoor pool and multiple outdoor activities in the region. (see the additional information below).

The condo is located 30 minutes from downtown Québec. The condo has been entirely renovated certainly to please you.

The space
The condo is made up of a closed room with a king-sized bed, a common room (living room and kitchen) and bunk bed (2 single beds).

The warm and benevolent welcoming of the hosts, the location, the pool, the tennis court, the proximity of Mont-Sainte-Anne, the cleanliness of the place.

You will benefit from an exterior parking on site and the free shuttle service to get you to the ski area. The condo has a locker in the basement to store skis and bikes.

The barbeque is only functional during the summer.

A bike wash station (hose) is available at the southeast corner of the building, near the garage, and appropriate sign are installed.

Other things to note
Every season is wonderful in the Region to enjoy multiple activities nearby: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, golf, Trails of Jean Larose Falls and more.

Only 3 minutes from the alpine ski slopes, cross country skiing, fat bike, and mountain trails. In the summer, enjoy the bicycle trails, mountain biking, and two wonderful golf courses, Le Grand Vallon and Le St-Ferréol.

A few minutes by car, you will see the Sainte-Anne-de Beaupré Basilica. You will find all you need nearby: grocery stores, pharmacies, and the SAQ to liven up your stay.

Within 30 minutes by car, you will be able to visit the Montmorency Falls, The Sainte-Anne Canyon, Orleans Island, Baie-Sainte-Paul, Old Port, and Old Quebec. Enjoy the festivities that the city of Quebec has to offer: Summer Festival, the Festivals of New France, Festibiere (beer festival), The Carnival, The Circle du Soleil, The Capitole for shows, etc.

Bright, fully renovated studio located at the foot of Mont-Sainte-Anne, sleeps up to 4. The studio includes a Queen-size bed and a double sofa-bed. It also includes a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking.
