We, the hosts, live on the main floor and have a toddler and baby . We do our best to control noise levels but can not guarantee you will not hear us occasionally during daytime hours. (Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am).

When booking, please indicate if 1, 2, or 3 guests will be staying so we can provide sufficient towels. This information is also important for safety reasons. A twin air mattress can be provided when booking for 3 guests. We can supply a pack and play for infants if needed (please let us know when booking if you would like this additional sleeping arrangement).

Spacious apartment type guest suite with amenities provided in quiet cul-de-sac with the Madawaska trail behind the home and access a block away. Edmundston is a mountainous city with two rivers moving around it. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a crib for family stay. The living room offers a twin bed, a Recliner Great and a small couch. Edmundston area is on the border of Maine and is a great place to stop on the way back or forth to the other Eastern Provinces of Canada.

The space
Private guest suite in lower level of owner occupied home in quiet cul-de-sac street. Large bedroom with a new double bed and also a twin bed in living area. Full Bathroom with shower stall. This unit is cooled and heated with a heat pump. Open concept kitchenette and living room. Guests have access to the spa as well as a large balcony for their relaxation. Please note that use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Management disclaims all liability regarding the monitoring and safety of users.

In the event of mechanical breakage or temporary shutdown of the spa, the host cannot be held responsible and no credit or refund will be granted.

Any music or noise is prohibited after 10pm in order to respect the neighborhood as well as the owner. The spa is available from 8am to 10pm.

2. Please note that the apartment is classified as non-smoking.
3. The tenant undertakes to return the rented apartment in the same condition as on arrival except for the beds.
4. The tenant must inform the landlord of any damage, minor damage, breakage or anomaly.
5. No compensation and/or refund will be given to the tenant for late check-in, early checkout, and/or date error on the part of the tenant.
6. Fireworks not permitted at all times.
7. It is strictly forbidden to have in your possession and use weapons including paint-ball and lead rifle.
8. Big parties are forbidden (party).
9. It is forbidden to cut trees, ‘‘same dead’’ branches on the floor or around facilities.
10. In the event of uncontrollable circumstances such as a power outage, internet outage, the owner is not responsible for the inconvenience.
11. We are not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items.
12. The owner will not be liable for medical expenses or any other obligation for damage or injury sustained on the premises.
13. The firewood is not provided for the outdoor firepit.
14. Tenants are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests during swimming; no supervision or responsibility on the part of the host is assumed
15. The tenant or their guests must not disturb, annoy, endanger or cause disturbance to the neighbors. Any music or noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. in order to respect the neighborhood and the owner.
16. It is forbidden to walk on nearby private grounds.
Any complaints from neighbors will arouse the referral.

Rules for the use of the spa

1. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Management disclaims all liability regarding the supervision and safety of bathers.

2. The hot tub is available from 8am to 10pm. The host could use it for about 30 minutes during these hours, while respecting your privacy.

3. The spa is for recreational use only. Strictly prohibited to use it in a dangerous manner or for any unauthorized activity. Never dive, jump, or run around the spa.

4. The maximum capacity of the spa is 4 people. Do not exceed this capacity for safety and comfort. Parties are forbidden.

5. Please take a shower before entering the hot tub. This helps maintain good water quality and a clean environment.

6. After using the hot tub, please dry before entering the house to avoid damaging floors and furniture.

7. Do not use personal items (such as oils, soaps, etc.) in the spa without prior permission. Any damage to the equipment will incur an additional charge.

8. Children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. Children are only allowed to use the hot tub if an adult is present.

9. Please leave the hot tub clean after your use. If there is a problem with the water or you notice a malfunction, please report it immediately.

10. Do not exceed the temperature of 102 for security reasons.

11. No smoking, eating, drinking or urinating in the hot tub. Thank you for following this rule for everyone's comfort and safety.

12. The lid must be replaced after each use. Maximum duration per use: 30 minutes.

13. In the event of mechanical breakage or temporary shutdown of the spa, the host cannot be held responsible and no refund will be given.

If it is difficult to remove or replace the lid, please notify the host immediately.
