- "Everything is ok " - "We loved our apartment in Grand Sault/Grand Falls - easy to walk to sights, activities for the kids, dinner and ice cream. The property was as described and had thoughtful touches like a cookbook, chocolates, and games to use. Kitchen was fairly well-stocked and had a working Keurig for coffee. It was great to be able to do laundry. The property managers were the most responsive and proactive of any of the places we've stayed on our trip - they reached out midway through our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!"

Once a destination, this former motel along the majestic Tobique River is stirring back to life! Enjoy the beautiful sunset views in this little corner of paradise!

Each unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, full bath, kitchenette with full size fridge, dining area and living room space with cable tv, and sofa bed, all overlooking the meandering Tobique!

Canoe drop off is five minutes away with a four hour canoe ride bringing you right to the back door! Trails directly across the river for snowmobiling in the winter and quadding in the summer! One minute from the famous town of Plaster Rock, and with an abundance of things to see and do within an hours drive, you have the perfect location for rest and renewal between adventures or work!

Parking is available behind the building. Street parking overnight is not allowed during the winter. The town typically enforces this during heavy snow, usually by towing, but they don’t give notice when enforcement will happen.

This 2 bedroom appartment with nice big windows offers a panoramic view of our town. Located within walking distance of our famous falls, the farmer's market, walking trails, Zipline, restaurants, Broadway Blvd and more is perfect for your leisure or business trip. Recently renovated, it can accomodate up to 6 people. It offers a spacious primary bedroom with a queen size bed, another bedroom with a twin bed and an extra pull out twin bed and a sectional sleeper couch in the living room.
