We are a young couple that moved-in about a year ago. The place is separated in two units and we live upstairs with our puppy.

Free parking on the street at night and weekend from 8 am to 6 pm for two-hour maximum. From December 1st to March 15th NO PARKING IN THE STREETS AT NIGHT. You have some free parkings in the surrounding streets but I prefer someone without car because during a storm you will have to change the location of your car according to snow removal operations.

Regardless of where you book in the old Lévis, you have to take a steep stairway to go to the ferry if you go on foot, if you are not in good physical condition, I suggest to use the taxi or the sidewalk (My house is close to the road that goes to the ferry, you can take a taxi or the sidewalk and follow the route up to the ferry but the road is steep too) to go or come back to the house.
Staying in a building dating from 1890. Very close to Bégin Street, restaurants Intimiste, Aux P'tits Oignons, and Chocolat Favoris. Also the Quai Paquet, the bike path, the golf course, and the Anglicane showroom. You want to visit Old Quebec, just take the ferry.

The studio is perfect for two peoples but can accommodate three peoplesThere is a sofa-bed for a third person. Please note that there are tenants above you and also you are near the street. If you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs or don't book it.
