The building is a triplex, and we have long-term tenants (leases) on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You may occasionally hear the activity of the tenants above you (showering, washing, flushing).

Respect for the neighborhood, house rules and "quiet" hours is very important to us.

Please note that the triplex is built on rock and that the cellular network is rather weak (tested with Telus, Virgin). However, you will be able to make Wi-fi calls.
