While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, you may occasionally hear sounds from upstairs. We kindly ask that you are mindful and respectful of noise levels, and please be comfortable with the possibility of some noise traveling from the other apartments. Thank you for your understanding!

Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.
PET RULES:
This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is Pet free. 2 pets max. $40 per pet per stay. No pet on furniture. Pet should not be left unattended. Please pick up pet waste.
CAMERA LOCATION:
There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior only and it records. They are in place to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Please note, there are no cameras inside the home to respect your privacy.

- "As the saying goes dont judge a book by the cover altgough sometimes you can't pass the book cover. I will say the interior of the apartment was very nice, but the outside was very sketchy as garbage was in the stairway and it dark and dingy. The host provide no information on how to gain access to the buliding and only after calling VRBO did he finally provide us anything. Even with keypad code we still add no idea how to get in as the front of the building has no keypad. After going to the back of the building a family was very helpful in letting us know that the back is for the rental ynit. "

A $500 security deposit (hold) is required, it is released within 7 days if there are no damages. Photo IDs are required for all adult guests before check-in.
Smoking Policy

Parking
You’ll have two free parking spots located right beside the house entrance. If you need additional parking, a paid lot is available next door and is free on weekends and evenings.
Families & Child Safety
Families with little ones are always welcome, but please note that our home is not child-proof. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Security Cameras
For security purposes, outdoor cameras are in place and recording video and audio 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home.

There are also grocery stores, LCBO, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. This apartment, with private entrance in a single family home is sure to make you feel cozy and welcome.

This basement apartment has it's own private access via the rear of the house. A spacious shared backyard with patio furniture, which guests are welcome to use. There is a private bathroom and kitchen as well.

There is no cable TV, but an Apple Tv box guest can sign into their own accounts on, or guests can connect their laptop devices to the TV via HDMI cable.
There is a BBQ on the property which guests may use if they bring their own propane, or let the owner know in advance of their stay to use his tank if it's available for an additional fee.

The backyard is a shared space with your friendly downstairs co-hosts, Stephan & Jess. While they live on-site, they’re respectful of your privacy and happy to help if needed.
They have three friendly dogs who are only let out briefly and stay indoors when guests are present. Stephan and Jess rarely use the backyard during your stay, so you can enjoy it peacefully.
Each unit (upstairs and downstairs) has its own private deck — not shared.

All of these places have been fully renovated from top to bottom in the last year with the most recent one being completed in Nov 2024. From brand new windows, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms. Brand new beds, bedding, bathroom linens and full kitchens amenities. Nothing was spared to make these places enjoyable and comfortable for all guests. There is also free brand new washers and dryers in 2 of the 3 places to accomodate people who book longer stays. There is 1 free parking spot for each place for a total of 3 spots.
