- "We were pleasantly surprised with the residence. The check in was quick and anything we needed we got from front desk. The two bedroom apartment had plenty of space and super clean. The kitchen had a small pot, small frying pan but we managed with what we had and if we did need anything else then we just asked front desk. The continental breakfast served was good and the staff was quick to clean and replenish everything. The staff goes out of their way to help and provide information not only about the accommodations but also about the island. The use of the holland college gym was great! Location was great and can walk to everything like Peake's Wharf, confederation center of the arts, Province house, Victoria row, st. Dunstan Basilica and many more! My elderly parents also stayed here and although it seemed a little far for them to walk, they were still able to do it on their own. We would definitely stay here again!"

This historic property was originally built in 1844. It is five (5) brick thick! Its roof was razed by the fire of 1869 but the remainder of the building remained intact. One of our Fathers of Confederation stayed at this property during the famous conference. Today, this historic gem's exterior remains consistent with its original construction. However, the suites within it have been completely renovated to include six (6) appliances (which include stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer), fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a stand alone shower and a claw foot bath tub. The large bedroom has a new, comfortable, queen sized bed and spacious closets with wooden hangers. The suite has hard wood floors and ten (10) foot ceilings. We also offer off street parking at our property along with internet and cable. - "We really like the apartment and it is not easy to find modern design in PEI. It was very clean and comfortable - every details was thought-through. The owners are very friendly and helpful and responsive. The localization is ok if you want to be in Charlottetown and then explore the island from there. The only thing is the bedroom that was a) too bright during the night because of street light and there are no curtains that darken it much, and b) it was noisy because it is on the main street - not much can be done, except better sound isolation. So, make sure you have cover for eyes and some noise reduction machine (luckily we had both)."

Booking page mentioned check in at 1600 and checkout at 1100, but the instructions received and the ones left in the room specified 1500 and 1000. The windows don’t open at all. The two days we were there, was quite hot during the day, so the temperature inside the unit was around 24 during the night. The provided fan did help, but if the windows could open would of been even better since it was around 15-16 degrees out during the night.there’s no outlet near the bed, so if you have to use a cpap machine like I do, I suggest you bring an extension cord, because the one there that supplies for the nightstand light is tucked in behind the bed."

Kitchenette: You'll find a Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods , a toaster, a microwave, a small fridge, and a small pantry with essential dinning utensils for your convenience.

Dining Area: A cottage dining table with seating for four.

Living Room: Equipped with a 50" Samsung smart TV, a comfortable sofa (which is also a pull-out queen -size sofa bed) and an armchair.

Bedroom: Rest peacefully in our bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed featuring a 10" memory foam mattress. If you need to catch up on work, a small desk with a chair is provided. For your clothing and storage needs, there's a convenient walk-in closet.

Washroom: Our full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located in the historic Longworth House, a Georgian-inspired house built in 1857, overlooking the Charlottetown waterfront. The house is furnished with fine PEI and Canadian art and antiques, and the property is listed on the Canadian Registry of Historic Places. Situated in the heart of historic downtown Charlottetown, the apartment is steps away from the PEI Convention Centre and the city’s vibrant restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions.

The space
This bright one-bedroom suite is located in the Robert Longworth House on Water Street, next to the PEI Convention Centre and the Delta Prince Edward Hotel. The Longworth House was built in 1857 after the great fire that destroyed much of the city of Charlottetown in 1855. The house is listed on the Canadian Registry of Historic Places.

The suite is beautifully appointed with locally-made furniture and Canadian art. Many of the pieces are highlighted in James MacNutt’s book “The Historic Furniture of Prince Edward Island”. The bedroom features an original slate fireplace mantle. The suite’s centrepiece is the massive, Estruscan-inspired walnut bed, built by the late PEI wood craftsman Jacques Gaudreau. There is a galley kitchen and dining area, framed by a bay window, off the bedroom. The unit comfortably sleeps two people. There is private parking available for one car. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement.

The house is very close to all of the wonderful restaurants and bars in the city and only 3 blocks away from The Confederation Centre of the Arts, where you can take in live theatre and art exhibitions. The neighbourhood has great coffee shops and an excellent local bakery. It is also close to Confederation Landing Park, the Confederation Trail, Victoria Park and the boardwalk - all lovely places for a morning run or evening stroll. The back of the property features a bricked-in patio with chairs and a table, a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

The space
The J.J. Hornby House not only has an important architectural history it has also been the home of a number of distinguished Islanders over the years. This newly renovated space has a modern and funky feel while maintaining the classic heritage features that make it so special.

It is fully equipped to provide a couple or small family with everything you need to come and go as you please and enjoy a vacation in comfort, bathroom, living and dining space, washer and dryer, plenty of closet space, large bedroom and pull-out sofa in the main living area.

It is very important to note that you have your own private access to the apartment. However, this apartment is on the third floor of the house and requires climbing a large stair case. But once you're up there the view from the balcony is lovely!
