- "We were pleasantly surprised with the residence. The check in was quick and anything we needed we got from front desk. The two bedroom apartment had plenty of space and super clean. The kitchen had a small pot, small frying pan but we managed with what we had and if we did need anything else then we just asked front desk. The continental breakfast served was good and the staff was quick to clean and replenish everything. The staff goes out of their way to help and provide information not only about the accommodations but also about the island. The use of the holland college gym was great! Location was great and can walk to everything like Peake's Wharf, confederation center of the arts, Province house, Victoria row, st. Dunstan Basilica and many more! My elderly parents also stayed here and although it seemed a little far for them to walk, they were still able to do it on their own. We would definitely stay here again!"

This historic property was originally built in 1844. It is five (5) brick thick! Its roof was razed by the fire of 1869 but the remainder of the building remained intact. One of our Fathers of Confederation stayed at this property during the famous conference. Today, this historic gem's exterior remains consistent with its original construction. However, the suites within it have been completely renovated to include six (6) appliances (which include stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer), fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a stand alone shower and a claw foot bath tub. The large bedroom has a new, comfortable, queen sized bed and spacious closets with wooden hangers. The suite has hard wood floors and ten (10) foot ceilings. We also offer off street parking at our property along with internet and cable. Our previous guests have loved the fact this suite is a five (5) minute stroll to entertainment, restaurants, cafes, pubs,shops, and waterfront boardwalk. Guests often park their cars for their entire Charlottetown holiday and walk everywhere. This suite is also a great location to return to after day trips to other parts of the Island. - "We really like the apartment and it is not easy to find modern design in PEI. It was very clean and comfortable - every details was thought-through. The owners are very friendly and helpful and responsive. The localization is ok if you want to be in Charlottetown and then explore the island from there. The only thing is the bedroom that was a) too bright during the night because of street light and there are no curtains that darken it much, and b) it was noisy because it is on the main street - not much can be done, except better sound isolation. So, make sure you have cover for eyes and some noise reduction machine (luckily we had both)."
