- "We were pleasantly surprised with the residence. The check in was quick and anything we needed we got from front desk. The two bedroom apartment had plenty of space and super clean. The kitchen had a small pot, small frying pan but we managed with what we had and if we did need anything else then we just asked front desk. The continental breakfast served was good and the staff was quick to clean and replenish everything. The staff goes out of their way to help and provide information not only about the accommodations but also about the island. The use of the holland college gym was great! Location was great and can walk to everything like Peake's Wharf, confederation center of the arts, Province house, Victoria row, st. Dunstan Basilica and many more! My elderly parents also stayed here and although it seemed a little far for them to walk, they were still able to do it on their own. We would definitely stay here again!"

- "We really like the apartment and it is not easy to find modern design in PEI. It was very clean and comfortable - every details was thought-through. The owners are very friendly and helpful and responsive. The localization is ok if you want to be in Charlottetown and then explore the island from there. The only thing is the bedroom that was a) too bright during the night because of street light and there are no curtains that darken it much, and b) it was noisy because it is on the main street - not much can be done, except better sound isolation. So, make sure you have cover for eyes and some noise reduction machine (luckily we had both)."

Booking page mentioned check in at 1600 and checkout at 1100, but the instructions received and the ones left in the room specified 1500 and 1000. The windows don’t open at all. The two days we were there, was quite hot during the day, so the temperature inside the unit was around 24 during the night. The provided fan did help, but if the windows could open would of been even better since it was around 15-16 degrees out during the night.there’s no outlet near the bed, so if you have to use a cpap machine like I do, I suggest you bring an extension cord, because the one there that supplies for the nightstand light is tucked in behind the bed."

We offer a shared room in a three-level house with seven bedrooms. Our family, originally from Saigon, Vietnam, is made up of four members, and we use four bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are available for our Airbnb guests. On the ground floor, a private room with an exclusive bathroom is reserved for guests, while upstairs, two bedrooms share a bathroom.

Our house is conveniently located near the airport. Although some guests find the noise of planes disturbing, many find it fascinating. If you are comfortable with the car, bus, bike or walking, you will appreciate the proximity to the airport. If you don't want to spend between $11 and $15 by taxi to get to the city center, other options might be better suited. For those who don't want to count their drinks during the evening, taking a taxi could be a better solution😁.

Although we are not directly in the city center, you will experience the tranquility of Prince Edward Island, with mostly local neighbors. Finally, cleanliness is our top priority, and we are committed to maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment for our guests.

The space
This upstairs apartment has two main rooms, either of which could be used as a bedroom or a living room. Both have new Ikea couch that converts to a comfortable double bed, as well as a single loft bed with desk. Both main rooms and the hall have hardwood floors, kitchen and bathroom have tile. There are lots of windows, and the apartment is full of natural light and gets lots of sun and cross breezes. The beautiful deck, the kitchen and one of the main rooms have views of the Hillsborough River. Privacy - just one other unit in house, which may or may not have a guest. There is a locked laundry room which is shared with the guest in the upstairs apartment. If you are self-isolating, we will create a schedule for the laundry room to be cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest, to maintain quarantine rules.

We do have two cats, Björn and Mochi, who move out with us when we rent to guests. We do vacuum, mop and clean upholstery when we get ready to host, however, we want those with severe allergies to be aware of this.

The space
Original wide pine floors in living room and bedroom, tile in bathroom, linoleum in kitchen. Recently purchased stove, fridge. Refinished clawfoot tub. Direct access to landscaped yard, garden and deck. Privacy - just one other unit in house, which may or may not have a guest. There is a locked laundry room which is shared with the guest in the upstairs apartment. If you are self-isolating, we will create a schedule for the laundry room to be cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest, to maintain quarantine rules.

Other things to note
We do have two cats, Björn and Mochi, who move out with us when we rent to guests. We do vacuum, mop and clean upholstery when we get ready to host, however, we want those with severe allergies to be aware of this.
