The home is available to book year round for all needs ranging from summer vacations, to family get togethers, hockey tournaments, located near ATV and ski doo trails. You can huddle around a large firepit overlooking one of the most beautiful bays in the world. The 5 bedrooms makes it ideal for large groups.
The new, very large deck at the back of the house has a large dinner table, a large BBQ station with grill, griddle and pizza oven.

Therefore, though there may be a few usual sounds here and there from the people who live in our home (walking sounds, etc.), our guests can expect that it will be generally quiet.

Other things to note
This private studio apartment is not suitable for people with scent allergies or sensitivity. We use fresheners, scented laundry detergent, and cleaning products that might not be suitable for people who are sensitive to scents.

There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The shoulder of the street could accommodate a vehicle as well, but you chose to park there at your own will.

Very quiet area, and very respectful neighbours. Pls think of others around you during your stay. My place is located 400 meters from the Inch Aaron Park, a major gathering place for tourists and home town folks during the summer months. Quiet time for the inch Aaron Park is 11pm.

There is absolutely no “parties” or “larger group” social gatherings. No guests outside of your rental group are permitted on the property for any reasons. Yes, people actually do this, it has happened several times. The house can only accommodate 6 people comfortably.

Guests cannot book for other guests, the person booking must be staying for the entire length of booking. Yes, this has happened.

No outdoor shoes inside pls! The home has hardwood floors.

Welcome to your cozy retreat in beautiful Heron Bay!

You’ll feel right at home in this well-furnished house, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The main floor features an open-concept living area with three reclining chairs and a reclining loveseat—perfect for spending quality time with friends or family. The space flows seamlessly into a bright, fully equipped kitchen and dining area filled with natural light.

Also on the main level, you’ll find a full bathroom and a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed. Head downstairs to find two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed (note: a small step leads into this room), and another at the end of the hall with a queen-size bed. Both levels are equipped with mini-split heat pumps to keep you cool during the summer months.

Start your mornings with a peaceful coffee on the front porch, and unwind in the evening on the back deck with an outdoor dining space—ideal for enjoying the birdsong and natural beauty of Heron Bay.
