Located in the ancestral house that we live in, the studio offers private access and can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a kitchen area (espresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge, dishes) and a bathroom with washer-dryer. Bedding, parking, basic condiments as well as coffee and tea for a few days are provided. In season, you can buy organically grown vegetables for sale at the kiosk on the grounds.

Other things to note
The studio is equipped with a queen bed and a single bed. Pricing is for double occupancy. A $10 fee is charged for a third person. The TV is equipped with an HDMI cable that you can connect to your phone, computer or tablet. We suggest bringing the right adapter for your device.

There is a table and a small outdoor cooking area. You can use your cooking equipment if you have one.

🌻Here's a nice place to drop you off from your day. You will enjoy our house, only 5 minutes drive from Bic National Park and 15 minutes from Rimouski.
Your living space is located in the basement of our house, all freshly renovated. You can settle in comfortably.
We occupy the house upstairs and the floors are separated by a sliding door. The space reserved for you is simple and welcoming. A quality stay guaranteed.🌺

🌸You have access to a small private living room, a bathroom for you, private and two bedrooms in total that lock.
There is a small coffee/tea/hot chocolate area, with a microwave, mini fridge and all necessary amenities such as plates, utensils, toaster, etc.

There's no kitchen, so you can't cook. However, you can bring your food and heat up your dishes.

We live at the top of the house at all times and we may have to go down to the basement sometimes, if needed.

✨The entrance you will circulate is on the side of the house, it leads directly to the basement. We sometimes run through this door, so we can run into each other.

There is a delicious bakery open in summer 700m from the house, a grocery store 900m away, a gas station 350m away with 2 electric terminals, the national park nearby and the riverside to watch the beautiful sunset less than a 5 minute drive away.
There is a small restaurant-pub: Le Bicois which is 1.4km away.

***Note that Rimouski is a 15 minute drive away and most restaurants are there. There is one in St-Fabien, but it's also a 15 minute drive.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in a comfortable, riverside, three-bedroom, second-floor accommodation. You'll love this completely renovated home for its surprising brightness, modern atmosphere, comfortable bed and tranquility of the surrounding nature. The place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

The space
NEW: Each home has a small inner courtyard surrounded by wooden fence. This means you have a table and a private barbecue for you. You still have access to a common area in the back with a fire location and games for the kids.

The accommodation is located outside the city of Rimouski, on Route 132 towards the village of Le Bic, on a large semi-boised lot. A river crosses the grounds. The accommodation is in a residential/commercial building and includes all the essential services to make your stay enjoyable.

If you have any special needs, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

You will have access to a living room, with a sofa bed, with cable TV and wireless internet, Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedding and towels are included with the rental. There is a paid laundry room in the building ($2 for washing, $2 for drying).

Access to the river is possible on foot, about 8-10 minutes walk.

The accommodation is on the ground floor and has an independent entrance.

299138 NB: a train sometimes passes during the night on the railway located all along Route 132 at Bic. The building is located approximately 1000 feet (300 meters) from the railway.
