As promised there was a very nice Christmas tree set up but there was not enough dishes and some were broken , for 7 adults and not enough dinning chairs , no children’s dishes or high chair, dishwasher was not working , snow was not removed , a neighbour lent us shovels so that we could get out of the driveway, deck and hot tub not accessible, pots were greasy, no refill of toilet paper , no pantry items .. all these items were to be included . There was pre-existing damage to walls, and doors, some window cranks were also broken , house was definitely not professionally cleaned . We had a nice Christmas but was very disappointed in the house"
