It's a perfect get-away for a family as our village is very peaceful, safe and friendly. Close to parks, bus stop, train/metro station and airport. You can enjoy local pizza, coffee and drinks at the market. If you love walking go to Terra Cota jungle or lakeside to enjoy a good sunset view.

The space
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a duplex. With Views of lake St-Louis from the balcony and a few steps from the water, this is great place to be if you are looking to RELAX.
Pointe-Claire Village has many restaurants (french and italian cuisine, pizzeria, french bakery, pub, coffee shops). If you prefer to eat at home, there is a grocery store just around the corner.
Bike path near by,you can also watch the windsurfers and kiters show off their skills in the bay on a windy day.
There is also the beautiful Saint-Joachim Church, built in 1848, thirty seconds from your front door. Make sure you walk in and admire the beautiful architecture.
The apartment is a 5 minute drive from highway 20 (Cartier exit) and 10 minutes from Trudeau International Airport. Public transportation (bus) is just a few steps from the appartment.

Other things to note
Only one parking space available. Shared parking in a single driveway (2 cars one in back of each other). You will need to communicate with person with who you are sharing the driveway. Possibility of extra parking space need to be discuss with owner.

The space
My home is an escape from the city in a tranquil location in the West Island. I am surrounded by friendly neighbours in a secure area.

You'll wake up refreshed and ready for another day after a good night's sleep. I use only the best bedding and pillows for your comfort. Follow that with a morning coffee or tea located at the 'coffee bar' in the kitchen.

At my home you'll have a none-smoking private room located on the upstairs second floor.

Your room has 2 single beds with a mini fridge/freezer and microwave for your convenience. There are towels and extra amenities in your closet.

The freshly renovated bathroom is a shared space with myself.

Free parking on the street.

I keep my home sparkling clean and cozy for a welcoming space.

I enjoy a peaceful environment as I’m sure you do too. I am early to bed and early to rise for work. I ask that guests use indoor voices (whisper) as of 9pm and refrain from excess house noise after this time.

The kitchen is off limits except for the use of plates, cutlery and utensils.

During your stay
I would be happy to answer any of your questions.

Once in contact I have no problem providing my cellphone number to you, for texting and so on to simplify (checking in and checking out).

My place is close to shopping, the train station and just 25 minutes to downtown Montreal. It's recently renovated, has a large backyard and patio, BBQ, the comfy beds, and well equipped kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

There's an office with a laser printer for you to use.

We have a 60 in flat screen TV, an Apple TV and cable from Bell. Internet speed is 560 MB down and 415 MB up.

The TV room includes a king-size sofa bed that incurs an extra $20 fee payable in cash upon arrival at the apartment for its preparation with bedding, blanket and bath towels. We are located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with lots of parks and green spaces. Easy access by car (or 20-minute walk) to our famous Lakeshore Boulevard with its stately homes and lakeside parks and marinas. Lake St-Louis is part of the St-Lawrence River. We are surrounded by cycling paths and our guests have access to two bicycles and helmets for their enjoyment.

The space
The apartment with its private access has a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. This is a ground-floor apartment, not a basement apartment. No stairs to climb.

We have a labrador (Logan) and a cat (Noel) on the premises, but Noel does not go outside.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 9 minutes from airport, 4 minutes from train station and you reach this bungalow in village Pointe-Claire. There is a 15 minute walk to the lake under passing the station. Other attractions being you can walk to a park next door within 4minutes and if you want to bike or do a longer walk to the woods Terra Cota forest is another amazing attraction.
