Beautiful little rustic cottage where we welcome you in a simple and pleasant space. It is located minutes from the Bécancour industrial park but in a cul-de-sac with access to the river. You are minutes from Trois-Rivieres while retaining the pleasure of being in nature.

The space
Here’s what you should know:
The cottage is in nature, so it comes with mosquitoes, flies and spiders.
Of course, every year we have it treated but we still prefer to warn since travelers have already complained about mosquitoes. 😅😂 We are in the woods on the waterfront in Quebec, so it goes with it, bring a good mosquito repellent and everything will be fine! ☺️
The cottage is a private space that will only be rented to you and your group, no space is shared with other people.
We own a 20,000 sq. ft. lot on private land, you have a cottage that is located right next door that does not belong to us and it is inhabited year-round.
For your convenience, the hot tub is open year-round.
On the other hand, it is obvious that in case of very cold temperatures, the hot tub cannot maintain very high temperatures and cannot remain open for hours. If this is the case during your stay, take shorter spa baths and make sure to close the spa so that it can regain its heat as soon as possible. Moreover, for more privacy the hot tub has been moved to the side of the cottage.
During a storm, before your arrival, the maintenance team will clear the snow from the path between the parking lot and the cottage, however, if you book during a storm, it is possible that between the time we clear the snow and your arrival, several centimeters of snow will fall and it will therefore be your responsibility to clear the snow on your arrival.
This can also be the case if you rent last minute as the maintenance people may not be able to come to clear the snow.
If there is a storm during your stay it is your responsibility to clear the snow from the cottage between the parking lot and the cottage as we do not live near the cottage at all. As much as possible we try to go there but it remains the responsibility of the guests.
The cottage is still under renovation on the outside, we have not finished fixing it up, if you are coming with children make sure to watch them carefully since there are materials next to one of the sheds that could hurt them. There are also things near the hot tubs, so just be careful.

Firewood is not provided, be sure to bring some if you wish to make an outdoor fire. You can get it all at the village convenience store, or bring logs, occasionally we leave wood but since we live far away it's a lot of management and since people complain when the wood is wet if it rains that it doesn't light, we decided to just tell you to bring yours (thanks to unpleasant customers😂)
Propane for the barbecue is not provided, be sure to bring yours if you wish to use it and the barbecue and its maintenance is according to your use, we leave some on site but do not take care of it.
The home you are renting was, before being your living space, the living space of another person/family. People cook very often and since guests come from all over the world, it's possible that there are sometimes smells that you are less familiar with. Despite the fact that I also have very strict conditions on smoking in the accommodation, some guests do not respect the rules, if you are a person who has an intolerance to smells, nicotine, animals (even if they are prohibited, people sometimes do not respect the rules) it is important to understand that we cannot have control over everything and it is possible that you have to open the windows if you have a very sensitive sense of smell. Of course, between each customer everything is washed and aired but following several bad experiences of customers who claim to be allergic to nicotine and who tell me that they smell a smell of cigarette or spices (while my cleaning team enters and does not perceive any smell and that I do not perceive any either) I prefer simply to warn that it is possible and that if you are not comfortable with it, simply DO NOT rent my apartments. Currently, the exterior of the chalet is under renovation and is not finished, which is why there is no photo. The development of the land is also under construction so if you come with children you must supervise them at all times:)
Nearby you will find several restaurants as well as a market ( inter marche ) with everything:)
It's 3 minutes from the famous PURE SANg steakhouse country restaurant.
The washer dryer in the photos is currently being repaired so is no longer there at this time
A service air is arranged on the edge of the water at the end of the street with picnic tables to eat, You can bring your kayak, paddle board, fishing equipment, etc.

A fee of $15.00 per hour for any check-in before 5:00 p.m. is required
A fee of $15.00 per hour is charged for departures after 10:00 a.m.
The fireplace in the chalet is defective, guests have damaged it.
Guests may make a fire in the place provided for this purpose, but we do not provide wood.

Don't trust the door number of the first house on the street, keep going and we're a few houses away.
The road to the cottage is private so respect the speed limit of 30 km/h
