In the heart of nature, directly in the mountains and close to the ski slopes, this luxurious chalet offers comfort and conviviality. hot tub, babyfoot table, gas fireplace and huge windows, everything to please you.
The chalet can accommodate up to 16 people, but for groups composed of adults only, it is more comfortable for 14 people.

Please note:

-Housing on 3 floors in townhouse style

-A curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep noise levels down during these hours. Loud parties or large-scale events are strictly prohibited

-For security reasons, the chalet is equipped with a camera facing the outdoor entrance area. It does not capture any images from inside the chalet or from the back patio, ensuring full respect for your privacy. The camera helps us monitor the property when it is unoccupied. (It does not record conversations.)

- During your stay with us, we provide the following essentials: toilet paper, hand towels, shower towels, dishcloths, bedding, kitchen essentials, utensils, dishes, cookware, fondue and raclette dishes, glasses, and wine cups. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Salt and pepper are also provided. Hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap, and some cleaning products are available.

- Exclusions (not included): paper towels, tissues, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and towels for the hot tub. Please note that we do not provide plastic containers for leftover food. We encourage you to bring your own containers to take home any remaining meals.

It had snowed the day of our arrival and if we didn't have 4 wheel drive we would not have made it up. Our second vehicle has snow tires but had to park at the bottom of the hill. The only other vehicles parked at the top had 4 wheel or all-wheel drive. The next day when the road was cleared it was fine. Although this condo is listed as ski-in, ski-out it would be very difficult to access the ski runs from this location. Fortunately it is a short drive to the lifts. Communication with the host, Dominic was prompt and we appreciated the option to have an earlier check-in and later check-out although we didn't end up using them because of weather. Overall highly recommend this place, just make sure you can make it up the hill :)"

The Morgan offers a 4 seasons spa, fireplace, BBQ, intimate terrace freshly renovated, 4 private bedrooms and 1 open bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room. Only a few minutes from the ski resort and close to many attractions, this chalet will meet all your needs.

Please note:

- For security reasons, the chalet is equipped with a camera facing the outdoor entrance area. It does not capture any images from inside the chalet or from the back patio, ensuring full respect for your privacy. The camera helps us monitor the property when it is unoccupied. (It does not record conversations.)
- During your stay with us, we provide the following essentials: toilet paper, hand towels, shower towels, dishcloths, bedding, kitchen essentials, utensils, dishes, cookware, fondue and raclette dishes, glasses, and glass for wine. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Salt and pepper are also provided. Hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap, and some cleaning products are available.

- Exclusions (not included): paper towels, tissues, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and towels for the hot tub. Please note that we do not provide plastic containers for leftover food. We encourage you to bring your own containers to take home any remaining meals.

*SKIING and SNOWBOARDING*
We would like to point out that there is no direct access to the ski slopes like a ''SKI-in and out'' style chalet.

*TV*
We have 2 smart TVs in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. You will have access to apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ where you can connect your account.

*BARBECUE*
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

*NOISES*
Because our neighbours are sensitive to noise and want to enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by nature, it is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. We ask that you be sensitive to the volume of the music or if you are singing around the campfire.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor fireplace available to you. You need to bring your own firewood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual.

The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.

*SPA*
The spa is at your disposal throughout the year. However, you must bring your own towels for the spa.

A true winter paradise. The area is bustling with activity. Located 4 minutes from the Stoneham ski lift.
From the house, you have a magnificent view of a small private lake. Hiking trails pass directly over the property, which is also bordered by a small river. There's a tree house and a zip line, and kids love our large wooded lot for all kinds of games.

The Space:

The lot is unique in the area. A private lake, a large wooded lot, a river that runs through the property. This is what makes our cottage a bucolic location. No other chalet in the neighborhood has a lot like it. Put on your ski boots and a 4-minute walk takes you straight to the ski lift. To get back to the chalet, a good run and you can ski straight down.

We designed the house with family and friends in mind.

On the main floor, you'll find a large kitchen with a magnificent view of the wooded grounds and small lake. The living room with giant screen and pellet fireplace. A room dedicated to outdoor equipment and a powder room. There's a sofa bed in the main-floor living room for people with reduced mobility.

On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a second living room. The sofa in the second living room is a sofa bed that can accommodate one person.

Formerly an intergenerational home, the stairs on the second floor will take you into the "bar" section of the house. Furnished with a pool table, a second kitchen with fridge and stove.

In the basement, you'll find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom and a large games room with table soccer and arcade basketball. In the playroom, there's a trundle bed, so two single beds. We've also created a cozy night-sky corner with a sofa bed. The laundry room is in the basement.

The large ground-floor terrace is furnished with a bbq and a private spa.

A bassinette is available in the master bedroom. There's a highchair in the kitchen.

From November 1st to April 15th, it's important to highlight that there is no hot water available at the chalet. During this period, we provide a 20-liter water tank that you will need to heat yourself for hot water, especially for showering. So, it's crucial to plan for this step before embarking on your winter stay at the chalet. Back to basics, quite literally!

In winter, access to the chalet is somewhat limited. The owner will be available to assist you in carrying your luggage up to the chalet. However, please note that a short 5-minute mountain walk is required between your car's parking spot and the chalet door. This brief hike is an integral part of the experience and adds to the authenticity of your stay.

-During the winter season, the last stretch of 0.7 KM to get to the chalet must be done by snowmobile (included on site).

Our chalet "at the foot of the slopes" is a great place to come and enjoy nature, summer or winter. Our location allows you to access the mountain by a small path directly in front of the cottage. In winter, you can even let yourself slide by skiing to the front door of the cottage and come and warm up around the fireplace. In the summer, come and enjoy the nature, tranquility and activities that Stoneham offers. All just 25-30 minutes from Old Quebec.

The space
The chalet is completely furnished and equipped to welcome you. The chalet offers 3 bedrooms including 1 double bed and 6 single beds.
Check-in is done autonomously at 3pm using a code that will be provided to you during the day of your reservation and check-out is at 11am.
We ask you to respect the neighborhood. Please minimise volume after 10pm . No parties will be tolerated.

Beautiful cottage in the forest in Tewkesbury. 5 min away from the Jacques-Cartier river, 15 min from Stoneham and 30 min from Qc. In SUMMER only, access to the trails of our private mountain behind the cottage. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, projector with netflix. Tons of activities nearby (skiing, snowshoe, cross-country skiing, Nordique spa, rafting, fishing, biking, kayaking, hiking, snow sliding, etc.). We have a private little lake (5 minute walk) in which you can swim. :)

The space
Cute little cottage, very cosy, 1 enclosed bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with a queen size bed (so 2 queen size beds total). Little relaxation/reading area on the mezzanine. Big bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub, shower and washing/drying machines. Big open space on the ground floor (kitchen, dining space, living room) with a couch and a hanging chair. Fully equipped kitchen, and we provide olive oil, salt and pepper. Water from the sink is unsafe to drink, but there is a water dispenser with drinking water in the cottage. Inside and outside fire pit with unlimited wood provided. There is a video projector with a netflix access, if you wish to have a relaxed movie night by the fire.

In SUMMER only (may to october) : you will have access to a trail in our private mountain (3 km round trip, 200m height). The mountain is right behind the cottage.

Big patio with a table, chairs and a bbq (in summer). You will also have access to a big field (3 minutes walk) with stunning view, sunset and where you can observe stars. We have a small private lake (5 minutes walk) with a dock in which you can swim and relax on the dock. Our house is located on the same property, but far enough so we each have our privacy :) We also have a little vegetable farm, and we are opened on Saturdays from 10 to 1 pm during summer, if you wish to buy delicious organic veggies :)
