Huge bedrooms and teeny tiny common area. The owners utilize the space to it's max, and provided small kitchen appliance in lieu of a full kitchen. All good. Lake is beautiful! The not for us part is partly the interior and mostly the exterior. Very overgrown landscaping, rotting wood steps, cumbersome paths in-between all the cottages (very close together) to get to the very small SHARED beach area. If there are other big groups renting at the same time, you're hooped for space unless you spend your entire day on the water. We weren't a fan of such close proximities with the larger groups taking up all the space. We were glad to get away, but it wasn't for us. "

Set on 100 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, this property will fiercely protect your privacy while offering a private spa, as well as a hiking trail connecting to public trails.

This extraordinary chalet has 4 bedrooms (the 4th bedroom is closed by curtains only, there are no doors) sleeps up to 10 with singles mattress in extra (3). The first floor, with its open-plan layout and 22-foot (6M) high ceilings, includes a fully equipped kitchen with large central island, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a pool table, and a full bathroom including laundry room.

The mezzanine houses a living room, two bedrooms (one is the room closed by curtains only) and a large bathroom. The basement includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

A contribution of $7/adult and $3/child is required for access to the center's trails. In winter: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing (rental for $10) + same contribution for trail access.

Even mountain bikers can enjoy the L'Inter-Vals trail (medium difficulty level). A 38 km circuit between St-Donat and Ste-Agathe, it passes through the L'Interval outdoor center, a 9-minute drive from the chalet.

Getting Around:
ATTENTION WINTER: Good winter tires a must!

Please note that the driveway leading to the chalet is very long (500 meters/1650 feet) and slopes more or less steeply in places. In winter, a 4 X 4 vehicle is required to drive up to the chalet. We have a professional snow-clearing service and 2 parking spaces on the side of the road, as well as 2 more halfway up the driveway for those who can't make it all the way up.

The residence is located in the countryside, so there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals around or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.

Other Things to Note:
A security deposit of $2000 is required as a pre-authorization on a credit card for all rentals made through Book, VR and our site.

Pet are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 100$+tx/chien).

Only downside is the location. It’s right at the entrance to a community of houses that are under construction so there are many big trucks going up and down the dirt road all day creating noise. Sometimes they sit outside the house for hours waiting to go up the road. There is also no privacy from the road so when you are sitting outside or inside the house, passing trucks and cars are in full view. It would really help to plant some trees to block the view of the road so that there is some feeling of privacy and a little less noise."

*Park vehicles at the bottom of the driveway in the designated parking area.
*Use the sleds provided to bring your belongings up to the property (approx. 100 meters / 330 feet).

Other seasons: Vehicles can be driven up to the top near the barn.

Please make sure all members of your group are aware of these instructions.

*Chalet Capacity – Up to 8 guests. Base rate for 4 occupants (ages 2 and up), with an additional charge per extra person.
*Hot Tub – Accessible and functional year-round.
*BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided).
*Campfire – Summer only, when the designated black steel fire pit with grills is installed.
*Dogs are welcome (max. 2) at $75 + tax per dog, but must stay on the main floor. Safety gates are installed for pets and children. Please keep dogs off sofas and beds, clean up after them outside, and if there’s noticeable shedding at checkout, a quick brush or lint roll is appreciated.
*Cats are not permitted
*We provide soaps for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands, as well as 2 coffee makers, filters, and a grinder, but you’ll need to bring your own body/hair soap and ground coffee or beans.
*Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 5 p.m check-out by 12 p.m. No Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions possible upon request).
*Cameras – Outdoor only, facing the entrance. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 90 days.

Even mountain bikers can enjoy the L'Inter-Vals trail (medium difficulty level). A 38 km circuit between St-Donat and Ste-Agathe, it passes through the L'Interval outdoor center, a 9-minute drive from the chalet.

For the kitchen, in general, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, etc... The kitchen is well equipped, you will find, among other things, a coffee maker, a mill coffee machine, a blender and equipment for the fondue (gas), raclette (electric) in addition to all the usual accessories in a kitchen.

There is a 42" smart TV for Netflix, youtube, etc, a DVD player, a sound system and Wifi internet access. You also have board games at your disposal.

Outside, a spa that can be used year-round, a BBQ and a location for outdoor fires (in summer).

Family chalet near Lake Ouareau and at the foot of Mont La Réserve. Large plot with spa, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, BBQ and access to Lake Ouareau (pedal boat, kayak) 6 km from the house, bring your nautical safety belts. No loud music allowed outside and camp fire only can be used inside the fire barrier.

We provide kayaks, canoe, SUP in the backyard for free :) and you can go to the lake directly from our backyard. But we are not responsible for the safety of the guests. Please play safely and must wear the life jacket for the security.

Inside, the cottage exudes comfort. Upon entering, you will notice the main living room with a real stone fireplace as well as very comfortable stylish sofas. A TV is available to listen to your favorite shows.

Then move into the huge dining room that can serve as a dance floor for your enchanted evenings. Two large tables overlooking the lake as well as a lunch counter area are available to enjoy your favorite recipes.

As for the commercial kitchen, it is fully equipped. Impress your guests and prepare your delicious dishes using a large workspace and a huge gas oven.

The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and is on the same floor as the living space. It offers 2 queen beds with stunning views of Lac Provost as well as a peaceful environment.

In the basement, you will find an atmosphere of fun and gathering. Bar counter, pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey table, sofas, TV, full bathroom and more.

In this same space, you'll have the option to use 3 very comfortable sofa beds to sleep 6 people.

Combined with the large chalet, the Tanière is included in this reservation. This offers a second full accommodation, accessible from the inside by the main kitchen. 2. Freshwater:
This cottage is perched high in front of Provost Lake with an amazing view. The fresh water offers 2 queen bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and a living room with gas fireplace. Outside, you will find a spa as well as direct access to the private beach of Lac Provost.

3. Le Boréal:
This chalet offers you a sweet and peaceful environment in which you will find calm and happiness.
