We offer year-round cottage rentals of 2 nights minimum, weekend or weekdays in the Laurentians, one hour north of Montreal, nestled in Sainte-Agathe-Des-Monts between Saint-Sauveur and Mont -Tremblant. Our units offer a superb view of Lac à la Truite and are equipped with a fireplace, a kitchenette, some with dishwasher, some with sauna, double whirlpool bath or spa, a balcony or terrace or both with patio set and BBQ ($). There’s a an acces to the Lake with small beach just down the street and you will have a Paddleboard at your disposition. Great location for outdoor lovers! Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms; one on each floor for more intimacy, nice gas fireplace in the living room, TV with Neflix and Prime TV. Compliance with the house rules described here is an essential condition of the vacation rental agreement. Non-compliance with the above-mentioned rules may result in penalties, including withholding amounts from the security deposit.
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced, and tranquility must be respected at all times.
A penalty of $125+tax per night per additional person will be charged.
Sauna: Accessible year-round. The use of glassware in or near the sauna area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.

Noise and Neighborhood: Please note the importance of keeping quiet and respecting the neighborhood after 10 PM. We reserve the right to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.
Visitors: Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to additional fees as indicated in the price.
Damage and Breakage: Report all damages and breakages to the property manager promptly. Non-compliance may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. To prevent damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.
Compliance: The owner/manager reserves the right to terminate occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbing neighbors/residents.

We had four large rooms to sleep and enjoyed the time in the Hot Tub and playing Billiard. We even had snow when the rest of Québec was green. The chalet was nicely decorated for Christmas! The only downside was that we had to buy wood for the stove at Canadian Tire, since we only had four logs to use. However, we would book the chalet again, since it is a really nice place in the Laurentides!!!"

They threaten and blame us for something clearly we didn't do and for which we have proofs as we take videos/photos during check-in/out. Kitchen area does have appliances but no pots/pans and cheap cutlery. 3 rooms (one of them in the basement) with closet space but uncomfortable mattress & loose cots (not beds) 1 bathroom with small sink, kid size toilet with bathtub and shower. Another toilet (just a bigger seat) in the basement laundry room. Basement has a projector and 3x2 seater couch. No window curtains/blinds to minimize the glare so to watch you have to wait till sunset. BBQ and split AC doesn't work. House itself is cozy, perfect for a stay and the location is nice, plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and things to do. Nice place but horribly managed. This is a swiss chalet type of cottage, leveled on 3 floors. The second floor holds a large beautiful living room with the view and the veranda to the mountains. It is a very quiet place surrounded by trees where you can enjoy lazy days, with that fresh mountain air.

Blue Bird Chalet is located in Ste Agathe des Monts, about 1 hr north of Montreal. We are on a small lake (Petit Lac Long) with access to a much larger lake (Lac Papineau) 5 min walk away (where you drop your canoe or kayak into if you like). Newly renovated and fully equipped, there are 3 bedrooms (one of which is the entire 2nd floor with a queen and two singles plus a luxurious full bathroom (perfect for a family). We have great internet, all the appliances you need, a propane and charcoal bbq, foosball, darts, video games, Netflix, the list goes on. As well, you have your pick of embarkations! 3 kayaks,2 canoes, 2 SUPs, myriad floaters and big dick to lounge on. A great deck and firepit as well! Finally, even though we are 10min from the town of Ste Agathe des Monts (which makes life very easy), our cittage is on a private road and very quiet!

Other things to note
The terrace has been all set up this summer to enjoy the warm weather. Homemade, with lots of love, I'm pretty happy with the result!

The same goes for the front balcony. Very nice to spend time in. But he needs love and paint. I'd rather say it in advance!

Please note the stairs at the back are not renovated (I am waiting!). The railings (fence) are not super solid, it is not overly leaning hard on them. But anyway I would advise you to go through the front only, especially to set up your things. This is a private, strong indoor stairwell;)

The apartment is located right on the main street, so for the corner it's very busy. But it's still a village! The area is relatively very quiet and it is very peaceful in the apartment. I've always been told that it's been a great place to sleep and none of my guests have ever been accommodated by the noise.

*** for parking I will explain once the reservation has been made. During the day there is parking at all times in front of the house or on the street. In winter only at night you need to park the car in a 24-hour parking lot a few steps from the house.

BEDROOMS:

Main Bedroom: A cozy space with a queen-sized bed, private balcony, and storage space.

Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed, vintage mountain décor, and storage space, perfect for couples.

Third Bedroom: Suitable for (but not limited to) kids or groups, with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps four) and storage space.


KITCHEN:

The fully-equipped kitchen features an open concept, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include a fridge, stove, microwave, and a coffee station with a drip coffee maker, French press, and complimentary coffee and tea. We also offer basic kitchen amenities such as olive oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap. The water supply is fresh from the municipal source.


LIVING ROOM:

Relax by the fireplace on a comfortable sectional sofa, or enjoy a family game night with board games. The Smart TV with Roku allows access to Netflix, Disney+, and more. Fire logs are provided during your stay for your enjoyment.


BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY:

The chalet has 1.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a toilet, bath/shower, and sink. The secondary bathroom features a toilet, sink, and laundry area with a washer, dryer, detergent, and softener. We also provide an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and plenty of towels for guests.


OUTDOOR SPACE:

Enjoy the great outdoors with a private hot tub, sauna, BBQ, and fire pit. The outdoor space is perfect for family gatherings, with a picnic table for alfresco dining.


WORKSPACE & WIFI:

Need to work during your stay? A small desk in the hallway offers a dedicated space, and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the chalet. We recommend noise-canceling headphones if you require a quiet environment.
